I had my first visit to Cartier today. I had wanted the bracelet and the ring for the past 4 years when I began college at University of Arizona. After years of yearning over it, I decided that Id get the ring for myself as a graduation gift. And I must say, it was an incredible experience. I had the pleasure of being helped by James Perkins, who was knowlegable, kind and lovely! I bought my first Cartier piece which was the classic love ring in yellow-gold. And trust me, the pieces are even more gorgeous in person; pictures dont do justice. Highly recommend and hope to be back for the love bracelet next!

Since there’s no cartier boutique nearby, my husband had to make the purchase out of state through a phone call. We had a lot of questions about the bracelet, sizing, metal color, and etc., and the AMAZING sales associate, Michelle Kim made the whole process so easy and stress-free! The bracelet arrived a few days after the purchase and was just stunning and beautiful!!! About 6 months later, I had to send the bracelet back to get it repaired. Again, Michelle took care of everything promptly. I would highly recommend Cartier Scottsdale boutique as they’re very professional and trustworthy. Most importantly, they have impeccable customer service. And don’t forget to ask for Michelle Kim!

Appalling customer service. Had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am, but Houston (who should be working at Old Navy) made me wait an hour and afterwards refused to accept an exchange that was pre-authorized a week ago. No apologies for wasting my time, just bitter sales staff. I’m going to Van Cleef instead…it’s ten times classier anyway.

I had a great experience purchasing form the Cartier boutique located on Camelback Rd in Scottsdale. I am out of state in Portland, Oregon and Michelle Kim was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond and provided great customer service. She was friendly, experienced, and took photos that I could see in real time. She helped me select the right size love ring and helped find a unique necklace (which was a shot in the dark). I will certainly go back and purchase from her again. Michelle Kim you are a gem!

I made an appointment last week for an appointment today at 4pm and waited outside until 4:20 as I watched numerous employees stand around. I needed to leave before they let me in. I understand about social distancing, but there was ample room, several employees not doing anything. Whats the point of making an appointment if you cant honor it? Disappointed.

I have purchased 2 Love rings and absolutely love them.

I took my mothers watch in for repair & a new band. After 6 WEEKS I got a call that it was broken & did I want it repaired. Yes, that is why I brought it in. They would not give me an estimate on the repair but I really wanted to fix it so I said yes, please fix it.Finally after ANOTHER 6 WEEKS it is ready for pickup.Nothing was done, no repairs.Unacceptable customer service from a high end store. Unbelievable, we are so disappointed.

Went here today, was looking to purchase a Love Bracelet to match one my girl already had on so she could wear two for our Christmas Party tonight. I didnt make an appointment, nor were we dressed up yet. I was very disappointed in being made to feel like we werent good enough to be there. Not a single person was in the store and all the staff were just standing around by themselves. Yet they left us at the locked door, relocked as they walked away from us to see if they could get anyone to help us they said. I guess they assumed we werent worth thier time. The sales associate which I would like to praise is James Perkins . I first encountered James several months ago . I wondered into Cartier with a few questions about the Love bracelet and the Juste Clou. James was so nice, very helpful and knowledgeable .Second store visit June 30 I purchased my first love bracelet . This experience was as pleasant as the first. I believe the purchasing experience and the sales associate are just as important as the piece you’re buying.Employees like James is what keeps customers loyal to cartier . I went in to see about getting my wife an anniversary present, found a wonderful looking messenger bag I thought would be perfect for my needs. When I asked the clerk if I could look at it first thing she said was you want to know the price? I was so insulted I was speechless, no, I asked to see the bag not the price.I understand there is a little profiling you have to do working there, but not dont be rude!So I went Chanel. Im sure my wife will enjoy her watch. If not I will go anywhere but here. I do love that bag though.

RUDE !!!! The people working in this store have either received the worst customer service trainning or somehow feel by working there, they are the customer. When you are the worker and I am the customer, how dare you be so rude and flippant . She acted like I bothering her.AGAIN....Worst high end shopping experience of my life. Terrible service & bad attitudes. Not to mention the return policy is a joke. I thought sold as is,no refunds was a policy of 99 cents store. I will NEVER buy anything here again. I received an AMAZING service from the Cartier manager (Ampapan Chislett) at the Scottsdale Fashion Square boutique. My husband bought me a beautiful Cartier watch for our anniversary gift while we were traveling in Florence, Italy. As soon as I started wearing my watch, I noticed that my watch was not working right (was always behind). Unfortunately at that time, we flew out of Italy so we couldn’t go back to the store we purchased in Florence. When I got back home (Scottsdale), I took my watch to the Cartier store at Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. I explained the situation to the manager. Apparently if you buy anything from Cartier (outside of US), and if something goes wrong with that product, you have to make the exchange in the store where you purchased the product.So they couldn’t do the exchange for me in US. I ended up doing sooooo many back to back repairs on my watch for almost 2.5 years! Eventually, I was so disappointed with all the repairs (especially since the watch had problem since day one!). Ampapan (the Cartier manager), worked SO hard on my case (as I’m sure she does the same with other clients), and finally got the approval from the Cartier head corporate to exchange the watch with a new one for me! I’m very pleased and grateful for a service that professionalism that I received at this store. They have a great team, lovely employees and an INCREDIBLE manager! When I want to buy my next Cartier watch, I will definitely shop from this store! Totally recommend this store to anyone who is looking to get an amazing service while enjoy shopping the Cartier products.
