If I could give zero stars I would. Cannot believe the lack of communication and service we received from here after we paid for my fiancé wedding band. We purchased it 3 months before for our wedding and told it would be in 2 weeks before our wedding. We kept calling and making sure it would be here in time and they said yes. Come now our wedding is in a week and after we call them again for an update they tell us it won’t be here for another month!!! No sympathy no remorse, i am disgusted with Kay Jewelers now we have no ring for our wedding!!!!! They then have the nerve to tell us they will issue a check refund for our ring since we did pay in full from corporate instead of refunding back to our credit card!!! Wow! Never ever will we do business with them again.
Brittany helped us and was absolutely amazing. She took the time to upgrade my engagement ring and then find the perfect jewelry to fit with it for the wedding. She even followed up with me throughout the process to let me know when it was ready. I will definitely be going back and talking with her if I need anything.

Google says the store opens at 11:00. I called to confirm 5 after 11 to see if someone answered and they did. Got to the store and they don’t open until 12 and one of the employees setting up confirmed. Went to eat some lunch and came back at 12. Waited 5 minutes after noon n and then asked another employee setting up how much longer until they opened. She said because of all the inventory they had to set up it wouldn’t be until about 1!!! It is poor business planning and customer service to not prepare ahead of you know it will take longer to set up. Will need go here again.
Travis is freaking so awesome . I have to admit I was nervous about coming to this location because of the reviews that I read but I stand corrected. Not only did Travis take care of getting my ring sized he also is soldering it together at no additional charge . Mind you my ring did have the extended warranty included in the original purchase. Other Kay Jewelers wanted to charge me again . This saved me the 250.00 dollers as well as gave me the ability to finally get to enjoy my wedding ring. This was a beautiful three piece set with black diamonds still available at Kays Jewlers .... A little cheaper than when mine was purchased by 500.00 dollers but nevertheless available.... Travis he was my Angel, efficient and friendly and I would recommend sending anyone his way. Thank you so much will keep yall posted . Ring is in route till 8th of the September.

I had been there today with my husband asking them about a lab created diamond ring and the lady asked me how much is your budget? So I replied 3 to 4 she gave this bad look and said $300to $400 then I replied $3000 to $4000.The sales lady there has a bad attitude
If there was anything lower than 1 star, I would give them that. This Kay Jewelers has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The staff, INCLUDING the store manger is rude, impatient, and disorganized. I had my ring specially ordered because I was only in town for a certain period of time, and the salesman, Larry, assured me that it would come long before I was to return home. I would consistently come into the store, just to make sure that it would come on time, and each time they would provide me with a different date of my ring arrival. Each time I left my name and phone number so they could give me a final set date, but I was NEVER contacted. The ring did NOT arrive on time, and I had to leave town without my ring, although I was reassured that it would come long before I left. In frustration, I called the store for the hundredth time, and I demanded to talk to the store manger. She listened to my situation and without even apologizing, abruptly told me that she would do some research because she did not know the status of my ring. I was completely infuriated with this response because it had been 3 WEEKS that I had been dealing with this miscommunication and disorganization. The manager did call me back later that day and GUARANTEED that the ring would come the following Tuesday (2 weeks after the first promised arrival date). So on that day, my boyfriend drove to pick up the ring, just to be told that the ring had not arrived yet. My boyfriend refused to accept that answer, and after FINALLY checking their database, they were surprised to see that the ring had indeed arrived. Yet no one could find it in the store. After waiting for almost 20 minutes of the staff looking through the store, they finally found it in a random drawer. How reassuring to know that this incredibly expensive ring had been casually tossed in some random drawer where it took several employees to finally find it. THEN after checking the receipts, the manager (not the same one from the phone call) informed my boyfriend that the price of what he had paid for the ring DID NOT match the current price of the ring. The manager had the audacity to tell my boyfriend that he would have to pay an additional extra cost, even though it was NOT the final price he was given the day he purchased the ring. After EVERYTHING they had put us through, after waiting for SO LONG, just to get the ring and be told that he would have to pay a huge additional cost. This Kay Jewelers is the most disorganized business I have ever encountered in my entire life. They are rude and inconsiderate towards their customers, and COMPLETELY disorganized. I would NEVER recommend this store or staff to anyone. The unnecessary stress and money that went into this was absolutely chaotic.
Brought a ring in for a fairly simple repair, Kays had it for around 5 days before denying the repair because The center stone is not a diamond.We instead picked it up and took it to a smaller jeweler repair shop two stores down. They not only repaired the ring for a similar price that Kay quoted, but had it done in less than two hours and it looks flawless.Completely and utterly disappointed in the lack of any and all service from Kays.
The best service ever by Mr.Eli he is very kind and knows hes stuff. If you need any jewelry ask for Eli he is our guy he called us when our rings were ready and he always has everything ready when we get there best customer service we will never go to another Kay jewelers unless Eli leaves thank you for your great customer service....

Would give it 0 if I could. Completely unorganized, sales people lie. Travis mislead us on reward dates. I repeat do not shop here. Even the outlets have better customer experience. Managers are quick to sell you something but will not help in any situation to correct a problem. Never shop at this Kay’s.
My experience with Kay Jewelers over the last 15 years has been amazing. This particular location has very knowledgeable staff concerning inspection and the warranty process.

Unprofessional, bothersome, and unorganized.Went here to buy my wedding band 6 weeks before my wedding and they said theyd have it at the absolute latest the Monday before. That Monday rolled around and they hadnt yet called me, so I contacted them. The woman who answered the phone put me on hold for 5 minutes after I asked what was up. When she returned, she hastily explained that my ring was back-ordered two weeks prior to this phone call and that they wouldnt have it until the end of the month (weeks after my wedding). Upon hearing my frustrations with their lack of communication, she offered to lend me a placeholder ring with a guard to make it fit, for the wedding and photos. Begrudgingly, I accepted as I didnt have any other option.As I went to pick up the placeholder, the woman was rude and kept reminding me that I cannot lose it and that I was responsible for replacing it if lost. I think I can handle that, since theyre the ones who never placed the order for my original ring or bothered to tell me it would be late.When my actual, fitted ring came in, I returned the placeholder and they didnt offer me a single discount, condolence, or way to make up their massive blunder.To top it off, they call me almost every other week to remind me that I have a promotional credit to spend at their store. The people who call always sound completely incompetent and dont even seem to know their own spiel or what theyre doing. They can keep the credit; its not enough to buy anything, anyways - and its definitely not worth being treated like a child again.I will NEVER be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it to ANY potential jewelry customer. This Kay clearly has no organization nor strong leadership in the store to keep everything running smoothly. Shane Company may be a bit more expensive, but theyll take care of you, at least. Much more pleased with them over Kay.
11/01/17HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!My now-husband and I visited this location on 06/19/17 to begin custom designing our wedding rings. We read the poor reviews, but decided to give the location a chance and Im SO glad we did! From the first day, the employees have been extremely professional and easy to work with -- specifically the managers Larry & Shauna. We came prepared with our ideas of how we wanted to design our rings and they helped us take these ideas from simply ideas & sketches to the rings we are now wearing! We even had some out of the box ideas that they helped us bring to life. They called us and texted us pictures during the design stages to make sure it was what we were wanting and kept us informed of the progress. We made at least 10 trips back and forth for designing and picking up rings. When we decided to move up our engagement, they made sure he was able to propose with the diamond we originally purchased. We picked up our final custom designed rings right on time on 10-18-17 (Promised 10/19/17). Know if you are designing custom it will most likely take that entire time from the start to the guaranteed date.We chose Kays because we know we will be moving in the future and wanted a national brand so we could have our rings cleaned at multiple locations instead of just a local place (although we love local shopping!).In addition, they also cared about us as a couple. We had many talks during ring design about my husbands schooling and my job. They asked to see pictures of our engagement and we genuinely felt they cared about us as more than just paying customers.Please remember my review when you consider where to go. We will definitely recommend this place to others and will be back in the future!P.S. In response to another review, the telephone # worked whenever I called it! :)
Lesson learned, read reviews before visiting a store, especially when making a large purchase.In my situation I made a purchase through the store less then 90 days prior to today. The item I bought broke and I recall being told that they have warranties on all their products. My memory is not the best to I thought I better call to be sure. I called and spoke to “Alice” I was told that they would repair the item if I brought it in. I specifically asked if I needed to bring anything with me, like the receipt or a warranty card or anything at all, I was assured that I did not need to bring anything, that as long as I had the information (my name and phone number) that they will be able to help me.I get to the store, conveniently “Alice” is at lunch and in the matter of minutes after I gave them my info I am told that I should but the lifetime warranty for $50.xx because it will be cheaper then paying for the repair. So nothing is covered and I need to spend more money. I ask what the price of the repair would be and the Rep did not know. She checks with another Rep and I am told the amount. At this point I am already there so I figure I will spend almost the same amount I spent on the piece to get the insurance I thought I already had. Of course not though, that would be to easy, since I did not need to bring ANYTHING with me besides the piece I reluctantly did not have the money to pre pay for the insurance, because I am sure so many people abandon their already paid for jewelry that only needs a small link repaired.Lucikily the place next door will do it for half the price!!! Not a complete loss just need to make it to the car for my wallet now. 😁

Picture this id been on a hunt for hours for the perfect watch to surprise my boyfriend of 3 years With since he just landed a huge promotion . He dresses very classy & sophisticated for his job. When I stumbled upon Kay jewelers @ Scottsdale mall I was burnt out from the day and unsatisfied with all other jewelers products . I expect this to be no different. I found a watch I liked and couldnt qualify I was SAD . Just as I was about to leave the salesman here really worked with my budget and ended up finding me a watch I loved 1000 more for him! They were SO SO awesome helpful encouraging and funny. The professionalism really reflects their work ethic! No scams or anything . It was all very sincere . I surprised my bf and he was IN LOVE with the watch he endlessly thanked me I was soooo pleased !! He even cried . It was beautiful . Then The saddest part is 2 days after that the house was broken in to .. And they stole his brand new watch the day before he went into his new position at work .. We were absolutely distraught . Still am to this day. Kay jewlers you were absolutely phenomenal . Unfortunately life came in and took it back though.
