Incredible customer service! We worked with Bridget twice now to pick out a pair of sunglasses for both my husband and I. Bridget was beyond gracious, knowledgeable, and gave us kind and honest feedback on which ones looked best. Very quick in-and-out in 5 minutes, which is what I needed because I was on my way out to a party. This store did not have the Tom Ford frames that I wanted. But quickly set me up with a similar shape and style by Burberry.

Been a sun perks member for a few years now. Stopped by this location to try to rehabilitate a very old and worn-out pair of Ray-Ban aviators. The store associate was extremely helpful. He was able to bring the shades back to life, almost like new. Cant remember his name but he was wearing a pink Hawaiian shirt and was very professional and courteous. Much appreciated!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are very helpful in helping thieves make large purchases at their store. My stolen credit card was declined for a purchase of nearly $2000 and then they allowed them to use my debit card to complete the purchase. They DID NOT check ID when the cards both say SEE ID The manager Sarina indicated that it was their practice to simply check for something else with their name on it. A picture ID is not required. This must have been a purchase with multiple pairs of sunglasses, and it is shocking that the manager showed no concern. I am very disappointed in their policy and security practices. I will urge my friends and family to no longer frequent this company.

Very upset drove 20 minutes just to pick up a gift card and unfortunately their system doesn’t work what A waste of time I pulled out of work just to do this it’s obvious that the person that was working there is new was super frustrated with the system couldn’t even figure out what to do didn’t even have a second person at the shop in case of something like this happening for some help very disappointed hardly tryed to make somthing happend worst customer service
