The layout of the store is nice. There is so much to select from- lots of colorful soaps and so many smells and styles to choose from. The bath bombs are just so cute and aesthetically pleasing.There are test containers that you can smell too. And... the associates are walking around to help answer your questions and make sure you find the right stuff you need; although I do wish they could also leave you to browse if you are just looking around. Im sure it helps their sales though by being extra friendly. :) Theyll recommend more stuff for you to buy.The guy working in the checkout- cant remember his name- he was great. He was humorous and gave out a free sample too to another customer as it was her birthday.The only downside is this place is very pricey. $7 for a small small hotel sized container of soap.Id say itd be fun to stop every once in a blue moon to find something to treat yourself.

This is such a great store with such an incredible staff! They were so kind to us and our two kids and I can’t thank them enough! They have tons of testers and samples and so many prepackaged grab-and-go gifts! This is probably the best run and maintained LUSH store in the United States! Make sure you visit this one and thank me later!

This is my absolute favorite Lush store in Arizona. I’ve been there multiple times and will keep going. The products and staff are amazing! Dan was great and assisted me through the purchasing process. Leslie, the manager, is incredibly helpful and kind. She helped me find exactly what I needed. I can’t recommend this store enough!

Id heard so many raves and positive experiences from people who went to LUSH. Customer service is A+. This is a great place for anyone who loves bath bombs, face masks, anything you could imagine tailored toward hydrating your skin and making you relax. Not the best place to take your boyfriend lol especially given the fact that you could easily spend hours browsing their selections. Everything is fresh. Their oatmeal scrub was amazing.

If you go into LUSH while Zara is there, you’re going to have an amazing experience! I went in looking for Snow Fairy but they didn’t have it since it is a seasonal scent. However, Zara helped me find similar scent(s) that I fell in love with and gave my friend and I many recommendations on other ways to use the products. All the employees that worked tonight were incredible and all deserve a raise!

HUGE store with a wide variety to pick from. Great implementation of safety measures and mask wearing (thank you)! I don’t know if this is LUSH broadly or this store but wouldn’t give out any samples. Given it’s a pandemic, I’d rather try a small sample at home without a mask on or risk touching high-touch areas. But they weren’t giving them out the day I went.

Just love the bath bombs and all the other hair and facial items. The staff was very helpful to the family.

The clerk at the entrance to store made everyone put their mask on correctly. They only admitted a limited number of customers. We were so happy with their safety rules. Great products. We will return

The store is your typical lush with the items that they sell. It was the staff that made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. They were super friendly, helpful, and amazing. The lady who introduced and explained the store procedure at the entrance of this store was really nice and friendly, and she did this to every customer with same amount of hospitality. Not many people can do that. Every staffs are caring and when I tried to buy face pack she immediately came up to me and brought the product. I appreciate how nice they are. Even cashier too. Thank you!

Wow oh wow was this experience amazing! First off I came in with two small kids and while I’m usually trying to wrangle them in from touching things, this store actually encourages being hands on. They even let them each do a bath bomb demonstration which the kids loved! We walked into the store and although with all the hustle and bustle we were greeted and ask what brought us in and how they could help us. Right away I could already feel the positive atmosphere and was really enjoying the vibes. After being escorted to the facial area I was helped by the most amazing person who’s name I cannot recall. (I want to say like Katie, Kathy?? I wish I could remember it because she was just fantastic!) She helped me find a facial cleaner that worked best for my skin as well as give me a moisturizing sample. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! It was truly a wonderful experience and not only do I love Lush as a company but this location is killing it! 💕

They were so kind over the phone and in person helping me out! I appreciate them for being so kind through the masks ♡

I purchase all my bath bombs here. I have tried other products and the skin care is touch and go for me unfortunately. They do have a good return policy and really try to help you out in that regard. However, I seldom need to return anything because their products are wonderful. They will do interactive product demos for you and you can touch and smell everything.

This LUSH out of 2 in AZ is my favorite one! There is always someone to help with selection of products and explain ingredients and many more other things. Love this place!

Such an amazing store, im not a big fan of stores with overwhelming scents and this place took maybe 10 seconds for me to adjust and then I was fine. I love that they have products for every part of your body!! Hair, skin, face, you name it theyve got it. A very knowledgeable staff thats more than willing to show you whatever you like. There are little signs next to the products that actually give you all the ingredients in those products, and they are all natural. If you want a sample of anything that isnt an issue either which, I love since you never know what is going to work for yourself until you try it out for a while. They actually use their own products which is rare nowadays but so amazing. I cant believe it took me so long to find this place!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the best Lush employees I’ve ever interacted with. Rachel took the time to walk me through several products and ultimately purchasing two new shampoos. I can’t say enough good about Rachel. Every company needs a Rachel.Lastly, it would be wrong to mention Taylor. As I spoke with Rachel (35 minuets easily) watch Taylor bounce around from one customer to another. The whole time with the most infectious energy and SMILE. Great products, a little on the higher end in quality and price. Staff is overwhelming though. You cant walk in without everyone stopping you and trying to sell you stuff. I couldnt browse to think about gifts I wanted to buy. They were very distracting and hovering around so I left.

I really like the cause behind the company, using sustainable products, refraining from animal testing, reducing landfills with their naked range and so much more . I have used quite a lot of products from Lush. My favorite being the shampoo bars. I loved almost all the products except the jelly face masks and the avocado shampoo bar.

I called ahead for shower gel product availability and they kindly held the 2 products for me until I could come in the next morning. Such great service, Lush. Thanks!

I love lush so much and love this location the most in all my life! Everyone there is super nice and they always offer me a sample! I went there today to spend my graduation gift Card and they helped me stay within budget and made me almost cry by giving me a freebie! Great staff! They were all very busy when I walked in but Im glad I was patient because the young guy who helped me was very friendly and helped me make an informed decision on which products I chose based on my skin type, preferences, and budget. He even made sure I knew about their -very reasonable- return policy!

Great products and very nice employees! I talked with 3 different women - all very helpful and not pushy. I got to try out a few of the items and even take home some samples with my purchase. For $54 I bought a variety of 5 different bath bombs, a massage bar and a bubble bar. I also received samples of a face mask, jelly soap, lip scrub, mouthwash tabs, and a body scrub.Ill definitely be coming back!

Great staff, they answered all my questions and were super relaxed even when I checked the ingredients of the products I was interested in over and over again. A nice lady eventually cut the big bar into a smaller piece so I can give the product a shot without spending a lot of money. Thank you!

Love the product, had difficulty figuring out which were my favorite items with the online format and ended up not ordering anything via their website. Will have to plan to go into the store to purchase additional product.

I love this place! Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Ask them what their favorite product is and theyll gladly let you test it but never pressure you to buy anything. The whole store always smells amazing and theres usually a couple new items every time I go in. Must buys for first timers, a bath bomb that smells the best to you, the charcoal soap and a bubble bath bar.

Love this place. Everyones so nice! I lost my lush bag in the mall, and went back to buy the items again and they were out of one of them. But they gave me the other one free and said that we could pick up the item they were out of a couple days later when they got it again for free aswell!!! Amazing place!!!!!Also the employees names that helped us were Marcus, and Josh!

Wow! This was my first visit. I was impressed with this place. Everything is made by individuals and all natural. They make everything from shampoo & conditioner to make-up and tons of bath bombs. If you have never been to this place I highly recommend checking them out.

I went to Lush about a week ago, looking for some acne control, and this man, I didn’t catch his name, he was blonde, wore earrings, and had his hair in a bun, anyways, he was so nice to me and gave me some free samples of some product he so greatfully explained to me in full detail, and he knew every question I had to ask.On top of the great service, I get home, which I may add is on the east coast, and try the product. Just as he said, the ‘Greece’ product worked over night and he did explain the steps to taking it.I would personally thank him, but I’m not sure who it was, and I hope that if someone reads this, they know who I’m talking about. I am so happy from this store and product, I’ll happily pay the full price for it to buy when these sample cups run out :)

Always something new to add to your collection 😁. Most of the employees are so attentive. You can find one or two that you can tell they had enough of all the people coming in and out of the store. Either way, I love the products!!!

I love it! Every time I go I get a bath bomb and try another new thing. They have so many different products with different uses and fragrances. The staff is always very helpful, sometimes almost too much. My friends and I often visit together. One thing I really like is that they will demo the bath bombs for you in their sink and also give you samples of the products. The holiday gift packages have been great for this shopping season.

Dont enter this store to browse because it is discouraged. Employees will hound you for information in order to sell you products. ONLY come here if you know exactly what product you want or if you are clueless and need someone to hold your hand the moment you step into the store.

The products are great but the employees act like they are blessing you with their presence. Ive come in solo a few times and have never been asked if I needed anything. I just was there with my friends and one employee was visually annoyed we didnt want to buy large chunks of soap even though on their sign it says they will cut you a chunk so you can get what a size youd like or try the product without spending $25 for one soap. Ill stick to other organic and vegan product brands that dont have the attitude.

Good soap, Im always covered in glitter though. They added in a sink where you can wash your hands off so I am content.

I have been to this location several times. This was the first location I was introduced to LUSH cosmetics, however they are always out of stock on the fresh face masks and the more demanding of the products. I dont live close to there so when I do go I usually tried to go at the beginning of the month because thats what I was told was the best time to go because they restock product. But, sadly I do and they do not have the masks or the products that are in high demand. I recently started going to the chandler location and they keep a stick of every item because they understand there is a demand. I will continue using LUSH but will only go the chandler store from now on. Plus they are way more friendly.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Lush store before - and Ive been to multiple locations in the US. After having a few products in my arms- clearly about to buy these items- I asked an employee for a sample and she said they only do samples on the face and they dont give any away to take home(which I would understand if I didnt plan on buying anything but I clearly was a paying customer who just wanted a sample. Plus every other lush I have been to did this) so after I said no to the face wash in store she was even more rude and ignored me so I asked another employee for assistance- she wasnt much help either. Moral of the story... Ill never get to try anything new from this Lush location, as I dont want to wash my face in their mall location, especially when I have a full face of makeup on for the day. My boyfriend also tried to get a sample of a face scrub on another occasion and got less than enough to use once. I love Lush but this is the worst location Ive ever dealt with.

My friend and I ducked in there to hide from an aggressively determined salesperson from the kiosk just down the corridor, and we ended up at Lush. The sales people there were so understanding and empathetic about it, we ended up staying for a bit to learn about the company and the products.

Very expensive items that only last for 10 minutes. I bought a bathbomb and I realized I wasted my money, so I went to return it. While I was returning it I was the Person asked me why and I said I don’t have a bathtub. And she was very rude and snobby about it. She also forgot to give me my quater and she had to chase me to get it to me. This store has rude employees and over priced things that you can get on amazon for 2$
