Please update your posted hours on google. I’ve only been able to shop here once and loved it. I’ve attempted to go a few other times, but they had a paper posted on the door with different hours than what they have listed on Google. Disappointing. I’d love to support a locally owned business.

I was looking for a gift for a friend’s birthday. The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. My daughter and her friend were with me and the owners showed such kindness to them while I shopped. There was such a great collection of items to choose from. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a gift for someone.

This store is the best for those unique and special gift ideas. The owners are amazing. Kind and helpful. Don’t be afraid to tell them why you are coming and who you are shopping for or even why.... they are happy to help you find that special gift. The owner surprised me with a gift for me after purchasing several things for others. Wow. How thoughtful. I’m a customer for life!

What an outstanding experience! I was looking for a very particular gift and I found it on the Giftology website. Wanting to be certain it was actually in the store, I called ahead to confirm its availability. It was 4:30pm, 30 minutes before closing. Not only did the owner confirm that he had the item, he also offered to stay open later so that I could get the item in time for Fathers Day. Once I arrived in store, the customer service was beyond my expectations. I left with gifts for 3 people and was gifted two items for my daughter and me courtesy of Giftology! I will definitely be back!

Was harassed by an employee for not being able to wear a mask due to a pre existing medical condition. Left the store and will never return. People like this are the reason we are losing our freedoms. They showed absolutely no compassion or empathy for my condition. Do better.

When ever I travel to Scottsdale I visit the Giftology shop. The owners are so helpful and kind. They always recognize me even though I come in 3-4 times a year. There selection is lovely. Visit Giftology for the perfect gift.

Disgusted by the owners - refused service from someone not wearing a mask when he had a medical EXEMPTION. The way the owner reacted was absolutely disgusting. Will never shop here again. place should be shut down. also the prices are way too over priced anyways.

Terrible & unwelcoming atmosphere because of the rude customer service i received I will definitely not spend any of my money in here. The owner (male) is extremely bad tempered and needs to learn how to treat customers or he will lose business.

This place definitely has some cute and perhaps even useful gifts. The prices were a little high though. Also, and the reason for three stars, is that the sales people are like gum on your shoe; you just cant get rid of them and walk around browsing by yourself. Oh well.

The owners and staff at Giftology are so friendly. They truly know the products they sell at their store and will help you find the most unique gift for a special someone.
