Not the only person taken! Beware! Bought two necklaces and one pendant for my granddaughter, pretty boxes closed with tape. When I arrived home and gave the gifts two of the boxes were empty! And sealed with tape! See the second photo! I remember the man who sold my husband and I, a grandfather to a little girl he said! Not to be trusted!!!!!

Not such a good experience. Watch your transaction carefully. Bought a ring marked $29.99-i thought. She said would give it to me for $59.99 +$8 off. I thought ok..a 2 and 5 can be confused. Then she rang me up for $79.99. I didnt look at the receipt until I left, went back and said -you overcharged me, and I think you did it on purpose. She claimed she didnt, mood totally changed- embarrassed she got caught. She said shed give me $20 and I said, refund the whole thing- wont ever buy there again. Thought I was a distracted little tourist. Not. Great customer service disguised by deceptiveness.

My experience with House of Gifts has been above expectation. My fiancée and I have come in many times to admire the unique pieces and he came in yesterday to purchase a turquoise men’s ring not knowing I had already bought one for him and the person on staff graciously accepted our apologies for the miscommunication and returned the ring for us no problem. Excellent customer service and the wide variety of unique rings will definitely have me back!
