First off, This facility is state of the art. I ended up going with the gen3 irons. The fitting went great. We were able to custom fit each club In order to meet my height, grips, swing speed and weight requirements. These irons perform just as good as they look. My order was ready in less than 36 hours from the time I got fitted. Really happy with this purchase. Looking to add a few more to the collection really soon.

Came in for a full bag fitting. The fitter was great and knowledgeable but everything felt very rushed. The PXG fitting FAQ states a full bag fitting should take about 2.5 hours yet they schedule them for 1.5 hours. You can really feel that time crunch in the fitting. I don’t blame the fitter and the customer service was great but I wouldn’t be comfortable buying a full bag off that fitting maybe 2-3 clubs that we were able to focus on and even then all of those probably could have had loft/lie dialed in a little further, we only tested the clubs in the same lofts as my current clubs and standard lies.

100% 10/10 driver fitting with Kevin Smith.Came to Scottsdale from PA for a weeks vacation, it was a priority to get up to PXG to buy a driver. Kevin made the fitting process very enjoyable! Testing each shaft / head Etc was a breeze with Kevin! Very very friendly & personable. Only bought the custom driver but 100% will be coming back to Kevin for the rest of my clubs in the near future!Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

PXG customer service was phenomenal. I was in a pinch trying to get a driver as a gift and failed to realize that each club is custom built (which is awesome). John and Dan were beyond helpful and got it rush built and shipped to me so I could give the 0211 driver to my brother. I’ll definitely be coming back for more PXG products!*only caveat to this review is I’ve never been to the Scottsdale store, I’m from MA

Placed order on Thursday, Sept 2. Order confirmation states Gen4 equipment ships in one day. Not counting the holiday its now been 3 business days and was told may ship at end of week. Also, the price for this Gen4 driver has changed 3 times in last 10 days. $299, $399, and now $349. I was told it would be 7-10 for a $50.00 credit to process so I can get $349 price. When it was priced at $299 was told the 10.5 degree was unavailable, but then next day after sale its available for $399. Now today, its $349. This company does marketing very well; just as GoDaddy did when Parsons owned it. Spoke to Matt today and now waiting to hear if this club will ship today or not. If not I am canceling order and moving away for PXG for now. They have until today to email me response as they promised or canceling for full refund. Will update later.Parsons golf is a poorly run company. Stay Clear. They state they will build club in one day (Gen4 Driver) and ship. I placed order several days ago and they send you a tracking number before item ships and claims its ready for shipment. FedEx doesnt even have the package. I am so disappointed I bought into their advertisement. What a joke!

Had a personal fitting at PXG and was impressed.The fitter was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to fit me with the BEST club for me. I will be purchasing clubs there soon.

I was very disappointed with my interaction with the staffer that I encountered this morning when I arrived to pick up the irons that I had ordered. He asked for my first and last name, he then went and got the irons, he did not ask me for my ID to make sure I was actually who I said I was, I didnt even have to sign anything to receive the clubs! When I asked if I could try them out, he said no, all bays were full, which I find odd due to the fact that it was 9:20 in the morning and there was one car in the parking lot and that customer was looking at apparel. I am not one that leaves feedback, but I figured with the one and only experience that I had at the PXG Headquarters was not what I expected, maybe it is due to the fact that I only purchased the 0211 irons!

Worst worst worst customer service. If you are ordering anything online be aware they will take forever to ship your stuff. And you will get an email that one item is out of stock. I replied right away saying then I want refund send me rest. A WEEK later… a week!! another email saying another item is out of stock again. No apologies nothing. And I was so upset. Also before this, they sent me wrong item because of their LATE response or i don’t know I feel like they ignored my email, and calls. It took almost two months to take it back. Do not expect any nice customer service here. The workers I cannot say everyone but at least who helped me not even good as their products.

Just ordered, they said 1-3 business days, now it is 2 weeks. in addition, someone used my order info to contact me immediately to offer club fitting ripoff services even though I didnt check the box about spam me with addtl offers. really regretting doing business with these folks.ordered another club, and again used my order to spam me with club fitting. the clubs are good, but pushing this club fitting service is rubbish. PXG reached out to yak about this marketing ploy after the initial review, clearly they dont maintain any do not contact lists even though they have a box when you order that does exactly this. it is a variation of robocalls!!!

This is by far the most amazing company I have ever had the pleasure of working for! Employees here are just so relaxed, chill, and friendly. There is no ego here just a great company that manufactures the greatest golf clubs and apparel in the industry!

Dont expect any customer service here. I had a gunboat putter snap off at the putter head and they would not replace it. I then bought the next gen gunboat 2 putter and the black paint on the shaft started peeling off. They said they had no black shafts but I could replace it with a chrome shaft.Personally, I think this company is not going to be around much longer. Avoid buying here.

If you want clubs, this is it. Not only is it Marine Veteran owned, all of the clubs pay homage to the military in both their names and design. Not to mention the outstanding customer service they provide when fitting you. Justin was exceptional, informative and honest through the whole process.

Went there for a putter fitting and was extremely pleased with the process and the outcome. Also had a tuneup fitting done on my year old PXGs. James (fitter) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great facility!

Slick marketing. Not sure about performance of their products.Good looking clubs.$50.00 for a fitting which is not refunded upon purchase.Would have to find a local club that rents these to check them out.Otherwise, price wise they seem quite affordable. Less expensive than TaylorMade, etc.Web site shopping is strongly recommended aa they do not have the option of hitting their clubs without a fitting and all that entails

My Uk waiting experience, carries on. So disappointed in their responses and contradictions. The enthusiasm of Bob parsons is not matched at times here in the Uk. Taking all the shine away from my Pxg experience. Cannot get a straight answer.

My husband who had the intention of buying a driver walked into your and was not given the time of day by your staff. Your staff comes off very pretentious and does not make for a comfortable buying experience. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

It was an amazing experience, all the fitters are very professional and knowledgeable about my game. The new putters will in fact reduce my score.

Bought the Gen2 0311P irons and wedges late season last year. At this time they were out of 3 irons so could only get the 4 and up. Called today to see about getting a 2 iron and is impossible, as they’re out in both Gen2 and Gen3. I can’t be the only person looking for a 2 and 3 iron to match my set. Seems ridiculous they can’t make clubs available for purchase. It’s not like I’m looking for vintage clubs here. PXG needs get this figured out. It’s pathetic they can’t provide these clubs new and they have to direct people to the used market.

Amazing showroom and friendly staff

I went to PXG for a putter fitting and it was a great experience. I thought about buying the PXG clubs but since I only play 6-10 times a year it was hard for me to justify the price of a full set. When I saw the clubs were on sale I decide to go in for a fitting to see if I their was a measurable improvment over my current clubs. After James Russo fitted me for the clubs (hes awesome and did a great job) and proved to me on the launch monitor that I was getting a higher ball flight and improved distance I decided what the hell, life is short and purchase the entire set of irons and woods. Today I played with the clubs for the second time and shot a one over par 71. Only missed one fairway with my new protogype driver. I guess the only thing I need now is the PXG bag for I feel its somewhat s slap in the face to have another brands bag and a full set of PXG clubs.I hope Santa (or Bob Parsons) comes through for me this Christmas.Kaboom Baby!!

Hmm, covid is rampant in AZ! Called to purchase a 2000.00 gift card for my husband for Christmas. I was told you must come into the store to purchase a card; we do not do ecards or take orders over the phone. Really, with this virus raging in our state. Pretty nasty customer service on many levels.

Had a fitting session to get new irons, potentially...Was reluctant to pursue PXGs due to the higher price but ended up purchasing 5-GW plus 54* and 60* wedges of the 2nd generation 311s at a nice discount. My fitting specialist Jason adjusted the lie to +1* and now the sweet spot gets in the way more frequently with my normal swing. First class place with first class service, highly recommend PXG for your golf club needs.

Very little stock. Receptionist was lukewarm. The room with the clubs is not accessible and when asked a guy who must have been a fitter said access to the room was for scheduled appointments only. I have a gen 2 set and wanted to look at STs and hit some balls...doesn’t seem to be an option. Odd for PXG to have a fancy showroom with very limited apparel and no way to test clubs.

Just got my PXG 0311XF Extreme Dark irons in the bag for a round at the range today. Long, high bombs with such a buttery feel. Ive had nearly 100 sets of clubs...these are staying in the bag. Next up, the 0341 3 Wood! I just found the best set of clubs...PERIOD!!

Well where do I start? I had my PXG fitting last September and since then I have never hit so many fantastic golf shots, I literally am apologising to my playing partners saying it’s not me it’s the clubs !! My short game has improved out of sight driving must be 35 yards longer and straighter don’t even talk to me about putting !! We just happened to be in the area for the weekend, and found out about the headquarters being close to us. As a beginner golfer, my good friend recommended us to go check it out. We came in as a group of 4, checked in the front desk and we were told to look around, and fitting was by appointment only. From then on, we were never approached by anyone else and that was disappointing. I didn’t come in to get golf clubs fitted, but came in to see, experience, and learn about what PXG is all about. And let tell you, I walked out after 20 mins later knowing nothing more about PGX than before. It’s was pretty much just walk in, look, and leave. Still clueless as why I should buy their brand.

Where do I start, this is by far the best experience I have ever had getting fitted for golf clubs. I am a 17.3 handicap and I can honestly say I was treated like a PGA professional when I was fitted. not only did I get treated the best ever by the fitting department, Rachael and Kendra in the retail Department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with my merchandise. my hat is off to all the staff at PXG as well as Mr Parsons for the program that he has for us military as well as all the first responders. I dont recall any golf company ever having a program like Mr Parsons, thank you all again. I can honestly say my irons are the best clubs I have ever hit. I have never been able to spin a shot on the green until now and my score has definitely dropped. I cant wait to get my fairway woods.

Was hoping to drop in and find out more about the PXG clubs. There is a small show room you can look around but you need an appointment to have a complete club fitting to talk to anyone. They had an opening for a fitting in 4 days but I said I just wanted to find a out a little more not go thru the whole process yet. Even though I was the only customer in the place with lots of staff I guess that wasnt an option. I looked around their small showroom, nobody asked if I had any questions and I left.

A great place to get custom made golf clubs

I am a 67 year old 11 HDCP, Last year I purchased a used PXG driver, 0811 9*. Being a club maker I wanted to compare it to my titleist 917 D2 9.5*. I put the same shaft in both heads, spined, same length, same weight, same swing weight, same shaft stiffness. Went to the course, marked 20 balls with a X, 20 without, Hit 5 at a time with each club to be fair. 18 of the 20 PXG drives were longer than the titleist 917. I have been playing the PXG since, sold the titleist.
