Excellent they always have what I need

We keep trying to like and use Central Arizona Supply yet they continue to give us reasons not to. Do they offer a great selection and sometimes very unique speciality products that you cannot find elsewhere? Yes they do. Are their prices reasonable? Absolutely. Do they make it easy or even reasonable to buy these amazing products in a timely manner? That would be a HARD NO. Products are stored in their Mesa location more often than not and need to be delivered to their branch stores for more convenient pickup. At other plumbing supply houses such as Ferguson this process of transferring products to the more convenient branch goes on as well and is seamless in its simplicity. You order a part, they say it will be in on such and such a day and you go pick it up, serve your customer and everyone is happy. Simple, painless and customer friendly. Central Arizona Supply cannot make this happen to save their lives. Customer service has deteriorated to the point of nonexistence. An order placed becomes an order lost more often than not. Promise of delivery dates are empty promises.We ourselves are a small family owned plumbing company that understands that the service you provide your customers rather than the products offered is the best representation of your brand. Integrity and quality of service are so important and are what keeps customers coming back.Your inefficient processes and disregard for customer service and satisfaction does not just inconvenience us as a company, it costs OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS precious time and causes needless frustration with rescheduling.You can buy products anywhere, although Central Arizona Supply even makes this difficult. If you can find it somewhere else, buy it somewhere else. I cannot express our disappointment with Central Arizona Supply enough.

My Air Conditioner went out. I researched online and watched a You Tube video on how to replace the part I needed.I called Central Arizona Supply and emailed a picture of the part. Ron emailed me back with a price and said they had one in stock.They had the run capacitor replacement part $20 that I needed at internet pricing.The same part was $65 in Mesa and $65 in Phoenix.Took 5 minutes to install and we are cool again.Good customer service, good price.Thanks!

I do remodeling plumbing repairs and they pretty much carry any and everything for plumbing there . All the employees there are very helpful and friendly all their pricing seems really reasonable you can call it order in and theyll have it ready and waiting for you

Very helpful and offer good value for the products

Nice looking store, very high end plumbing products. My contractor suggested I stop by and review a list of items to purchase. I walked in to a store empty of customers but 3-4 people working behind a large counter. Ive been in professional sales for 30+ years and was very surprised no one was home. They were not on the phone or talking with any customers, just quietly sitting there avoiding any contact. After walking around the store for 10 minutes trying to get anyones attention I left. Sales is a service business. I may as well buy online or from a box house, this appears to be a self help store...

Very negative experience. Parts took months and months and months to get in, in fact still waiting on a missing part. Worked with Jason - terrible follow-up .no communication. My builder bought my plumbing here, otherwise I would never recommend this place to anyone.
