I ordered the cinnamon toast protein shake, it was delicious. Andy and Viny were super friendly and kind. They have an amazing service. Its a really good experience since you enter the store until you leave.

AMAZING. Im here on business for two weeks and Im so glad I found this place. The energy is upbeat and the smoothies are delicious. The barista Jacki super helpful and I let her choose my smoothies both times because I couldnt decide. Wish this place was out in Nashville!!

Loved the energy in the place but I’m lactose intolerant and asked and was told there was less than 1% dairy but there was way more than that, their shakes are almost to no flavor, chalky tasting and I have horrible cramping and horrible aching pains because of the smoothie. In addition to saying I can’t have lactose and then the employees still giving me a shake with lactose in it is horrible service.No lactose means no lactose and I stated that and the manager replied to my comment in a very rude and unprofessional way. Won’t be coming here again.

It all started with a shake. My friend brought me in one day for a free workout and a shake and has literally changed my life. Im living a balanced life and its all thanks to Vince and Tanya for the constant encouragement and accountability.

Absolutely amazing! Vince and Tawnya (the owners) are absolutely the sweetest people in the world. We’re from out of town and this place immediately caught our attention because of the phenomenal reviews. After visiting it not only lived up to the hype but exceeded expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both smoothies we had were amazing with tons of options to choose from and the kicker is they are actually healthy (no added sugar). Will 100% be back next time I’m in town.

I discovered this place thanks to Googling Smoothies near me. What I thought would be a one and done visit, ended up with me stopping in nearly every day for 3 months. These protein smoothies are phenomenal, and there are so many options to choose from! The owners and staff are super friendly to everyone they meet. The customers are the same way. It’s a super positive atmosphere with delicious drinks. I highly recommend!

Where do I start...when I walked in I noticed absolutely nobody had masks on, the employees were not wearing protection and the guests did not either. I understand guests not wearing a mask because they are coming to get drinks and then leave soon after, BUT the employees have no excuse. My second issue, is that the menu they offered me to look at was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and with no good reason..it was laminated and could easily be sanitized with a cloth. Seems like pure laziness. That’s a basic AND IMPORTANT piece of your clients experience and can easily be sanitized. My third issue, the counters, chairs, and table surfaces were visibly dirty with dirty hand marks, cup rings, a few straw wrappers. My fourth and final hangup with this place is that the owner was openly talking about his political views, in front of me, a “first timer”. It’s just not a good look or experience to hear about somebody’s political opinion while I’m guest in their establishment. The final straw for me was hearing the owner ask his wife, “oh how was your shopping experience?” The wife replies back, “well I didn’t wear my mask, and it was great.” I’m so happy to have had this experience because now I know where to avoid and I can share with others who may have illnesses, conditions, or concerns about COVID-19. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT VISIT IF YOU’RE CONCERNED ABOUT CORONAVIRUS, YOUR HEALTH, AND YOUR EXPOSURE RISK! The people behind the counter need to clean up their establishment and their workplace conversations.
