What an amazing place! Smoothies are great, tea was amazing. They even let you workout for free in there! The staff was super nice, informative and helpful. I will definitely be making a habit of this place, highly recommend!

Came down to visit and tried a couple different other herbalife places and this by far was our favorite 💛 super friendly and very caring for their customers. Definitely will be back when we visit. Awesome products as well go visit them! I recommend the Arizona Sunset tea and the cinnamon roll waffle 🧇

I have never been to this business, but never will!If they lack the curtesy driving on the road, they do NOT deserve my business or anyone elses.You have YOUR NAME on the back of the Grey Toyota Tacoma that you cut people off in, in traffic. Caused by your lack of planning.You need to learn that customer service starts with YOU!

Quick and great tasting teas and smoothies! Everyone is very nice (including other customers), I couldnt decide what sounded best so Ben and Matty gave perfect recommendations.

Delicious protein shakes, fast friendly service & always an inviting environment! I highly recommend you try the protein brownies with a scoop of ice cream, you won’t be disappointed!

Vince and Tawnya are so awesome! Always super welcoming with a big smile and their smoothies are delicious! Never tried one I didn’t love.

Everything about this place is the best. The smoothies are delicious (and high in protein and low in calories), the staff is AMAZING, and the community is unlike any other smoothie shop I have ever been to. I sat down with one of the nutrition coaches ONE time and she completely turned my nutrition and eating habits around. The coaches work with you to develop an individualized nutrition plan that works easily because its FOR YOU. I would, and do, recommend The Nutrition Spot to my friends, coworkers, and family.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Came here for the first time yesterday and cant wait to return. The tea plus shake combination is awesome! Loved that they had low sugar intake and was very healthy and fulfilling. Got to meet the owner Vince as well who was very knowledgeable about the shakes and nutrition.

Tawnya and Heather are so welcoming! They always make my experience to The Nutrition Spot entertaining and tasty! I start off with a peach tea while my special smoothie is prepared. The smoothie that I love to get is a blend of banana, chocolate, and coffee! Plus, there is a puppy there sometimes, so that makes it even better!
