The customer service was terrible. The lady working the counter was rude and unprofessional when we ordered. She yelled at my niece for ordering something and when she politely asked her to change it she responded with that’s not what you ordered. Overall very rude. She also was not wearing her mask over her face or using gloves when she helped us.

Over priced but worst part is the only employee working handles cash and your ice cream with no gloves or hand washes. Not to mention 6.75 for a small ice cream bowl. Giving out samples with dirty hands no gloves during covid

First time visiting! Delish ice cream and toppings options- But SUPER overpriced. 14$ for 2 kid sized cups. I’d rather go to the store and buy the same brand for much much cheaper. If you aren’t worried about price definitely come here for some great ice cream.

What a nice change to go sit in an ice cream shop and enjoy a treat. The girls working there were all super friendly and efficient. Nice working environment, you can tell. It is in an excellent location on the corner of old town Scottsdale. We walked the streets window shopping and burned the calories from that banana split.

I was in Monday and the older lady with glasses working was so pleasant while I was there! You can also tell that they taking pride in cleaning here, very nice experience!

Came for ice cream after lunch in old town. The ice cream was delicious and the service from Sharon was great!

Started my spring break here with my friends and we were so satisfied with the quality of the smoothies and coffees that we got! We didnt try the ice cream, but so many people bought some scoops of ice cream here. They told us the like Häagen-Dazs because of the yummy ice creams they have. Well, I will make sure to try them as soon as possible. If you visit Old Town Scottsdale, please make sure to stop by here.

Friendly staff. Need to ALWAYS have the Belgian chocolate available!!!! Otherwise not worth the calories... They only have half the time. And to the Mgr, thx for the response but I was there aboutb2 hours ago and the worker said they didnt have. I left without getting anything.

The girl who was helping me on the 15th of April was really nice and it gave me an extra scoop because she got me through some frustrating times with a customer at my work. I will be definitely coming back with that kind ness and customer service.

Try the Irish cream and chocolate pieces. This was a good shake. Ice cream was melting in the freezer. Mango ice refreshing.

Great ice cream, BUT the outdoor tables were disgustingly dirty!!!! Would’ve liked to have given a higher rating because the ice cream is delightful but cannot ignore the filthy, filthy table.

Went out for an ice cream night, and was very disappointed to find that they did not have any dulce de leche ice cream. Apparently “It’s popular “ . Next time I travel 10 miles for ice cream, I think I’ll call to make sure they have even the popular ice cream!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, super helpful with choosing flavors. Wouldnt want to go to any other icecream shop. Carmel Cone is to die for!

Ice cream was good, but the bathroom looked like it wasnt checked the whole day. Paper bin overflowing with used paper towel, floor all dirty.

Disappointed you couldn’t try a sample due to COVID of course but the ice cream selection was pretty good. The mango sorbet and coconut ice cream together with coconut flakes was delicious. The raspberry chocolate ice cream is really tasty as well. A bit overpriced for chain ice cream but overall tasted good.

For the love of god the blonde girl working nights is insanely slow. Like so slow the ice cream starts meting while she’s preparing a second order. Hurry up

I am a long time resident of Scottsdale. This haagen-Dazs serves some of the best Ive cream in town. It is directly across the street from Sugar Bowl (another ice cream store). If you love great tasting ice cream eat here.

Best ice cream. We always had to go to arizona mills 15 min away now its really close to our house. So far have loved both places and will continue to eat ice cream with my wife in this location.

Amazing Banana Split Sundae!

This is my 4th time in and the same male that works in the evening is rude. I do wanna make this racial but I’ve seen his energy change depending on the type of individual that walks in. I hope Haagen Daz checks this out because his customer service sucks. I see him scoop ice cream in the cup, reach for the top, then decided to take ice cream out the cup. He didn’t know I was looking. Maybe he doesn’t like his job, I wouldn’t like serving ice cream all day either.

I ordered a banana split dazzler and the pineapple inside was spoiled! What a waste!

Wonderful employees and the ice cream is to die for!!

Opened Nov 23rd, 2019. Just found today!Directly across 1st Ave from Grimaldi’s on Scottsdale Rd, tucked in the corner of the multi-use building. Hard to see from Scottsdale Rd.Currently multiple sorbet flavors and one non-dairy flavor, so there’s options for vegans and the intolerant.I’ve been waiting for a new one to open since the one in Fashion Square closed. They have mini cups now, so you can cut way back on calories.If you come by, there’s a chance they may not be open. Their hours are ultimately flexible to suit them and how busy they are that day. They have no posted hours.

This is the second time we got a dazzler sundae. This time the scoop of ice cream was 1/2 the amount of the first. At 6.71 this was most disappointing.
