First time here and really chose this place as a good half way point between New River and Gilbert. What we found was a great place with hard working, friendly and helpful staff, lots of great flavors for ice cream and snacks and good options for seating, including outside tables which was our preference.That would have all been enough but we got a surprise on each of our cones!! When asked if we wanted these, I didnt have a reference and wondered about an extra charge. But, for no additional charge, they put The cutest little faces on the cones. Huge bonus!!Im sure well be meeting up here again as this was quite the treat!! :-)

My husband and I went by scoop and joy after finding out some heartbreaking news about my father in law. We saw the ice cream shop on the way home from the hospital and decided to pop in. The staff was amazing and friendly. The ice cream was tasty and the “surprise” was just what we needed to add a small smile to our faces. Thank you for your wonderful and fun place ❤️

Stopped in recently on a very hot day for a scoop of Jamaican rum raisin and wasnt disappointed. The young lady working there was very helpful and pleasant. She adorned my cup in a cute way.

Finally a selection of uncommon flavors, variety of flavored boba drinks, fresh pies and cakes, variety of icecream with different kinds of cones. They even have a neat game corner to play with as you enjoy your ice cream!

Nice little place thought I give it a try.... Well if you want milk in a cup for $5 this your spot, disappointed in the boba. Wanted to try the ice cream but they dont sample so not sure what to get and was not encouraged to get it either..... Sweet republic across the street much better.

Must try. The guy was so patient to allow my friend to try as much samples as she did with a smile on his face. He was very accommodating. Don’t let the name Riccata Cake turn you off, it’s a must try, slice was bigger than I thought it would be and it was moist and not to sweet. Will go back again and try the Lemon flavor and I tried the Amazon tea without the boba and it was surprisingly a great mix. Looking forward to trying many more flavors. 😋

Good flavors options from an ice cream standpoint. Some very different and good options.Upside and downside: They advertise having gluten free cookies for ice cream sandwiches but were all out when I arrived. For gluten free folks, I would recommend calling ahead to check since thats a real bummer if thats the reason you were going there.My husband had a regular ice cream cookie sandwich but didnt think it was that impressive overall. Customer service was pretty good, but could be improved upon.

This was my first time here and the guys behind the counter were super nice and let me try a couple if different flavors. I went for the toasted coconut and rum and the banana caramel chocolate chip. Since it was my first time here, the guy turned my ice cream into a surprise pig! Tasty treats and friendly staff means I will be back again!

My family and I came here for the first time today. Staff was friendly, the store was very clean and the ice cream was delicious. My kids really enjoyed their cookie monster and dog ice cream cones. We will definitely be returning.

Never knew this place was there until saw it in an online article. Went today. Staff very friendly though service was a little slow because we happened to go in at the same time as two other groups. Different flavors than typical ice cream. We had a cookie ice cream sandwich which was very good (cookies and the ice cream). And a waffle cone with one scoop. Also very good. Not cheap, but about the same as any decent place.

Ive been here twice in as many days. Without a doubt the best ice cream I have EVER had in my life - and I eat a lot of ice cream. The surprise was fantastic so absolutely say yes to the surprise. The owner is super nice and her cheerful attitude made my day.

They have the best tasting ice cream, hands down! The person at the counter was busy attending to other people but we were greeted warmly when we entered. We sampled a couple of flavors before decoding on our order. The place was crowded with kids and their parents. They also bake cake but most of it had got sold by the time we got there.

Came to the strip mall looking for dinner, and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised!! Great desserts, AMAZING bubble tea (I had Maui, it has become my all time favorite bubble tea drink- a must try, along with their cones), and above all, great staff! The owner is kind and helpful. Great way to beat the heat. Looking forward to coming back here!

Good ice cream flavors and good service. Ice cream cone was not that great though. Tried the cholocate flavor one but it was too much of sweet for our taste.

The service was amazing and very accommodating. However some of the claims they made about the ice cream seemed dubious at best. One comment was that no artificial flavors or dyes were used... But they have neon-colored flavors. He also said it was low calorie like gelato. Im pretty sure neither of those claims are true. And we werent asking either.

We happened to be in Scottsdale on our sons 6th birthday. After a long day of traveling, we decided we needed to take him out for a special bday treat. We couldnt have picked a better place. The owners here are awesome! So incredibly kind. Everything was delicious. They even made a cute animal out of our sons ice cream. He thought that was pretty cool. We will definitely visit again next time were in the area.

I thought the pineapple whip we got was very tasty but the salted caramel shake had too much pretzel giving it a mushy texture like over saturated cereal.

My family and I frequent this place often as we live close to the establishment, usually ordering their Thai boba Tea and Coconut Boba Tea. We always get very nice service however amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I would have hoped to see the employees enforce their mandatory mask rule to a group that was in right before us. I had assumed that the employees were just teenage girls working, which I would have chalked up to their fear of confrontation regarding not enforcing the rules. However I believe the owner was the one working today, and that made me more upset because there are so many businesses just writing their approach to tackling the virus but actually not following through via actions. I have a girl who is extremely fearful of germs and this experience was a huge letdown, to say the the least.

The owners are the most friendly people! If you have a sweet tooth the ice cream is delicious! Try Hana Road, coconut pineapple and or pistachio. You wont be disappointed, I promise. I asked for a taro boba tea, tastes like watered down almond milk with the slightest hint of taro plus the boba gels are either old or made incorrectly, much too hard a texture and no chew to them... Im not upset, Im disappointed. Waste of money, I would be shocked if the owner had ever been to a real boba place before opening this mess.

Delicious and fun shop! We came with our four year old daughter who loved getting the surprise. The ice cream was great and there were tons of flavors to choose from. Our server was terrific and they were more than happy to let us get tasters before selecting. Highly recommend for a sweet and personable experience!

Extremely nice staff. A lot of fun and different ice cream flavours. We had the Kona coffee, pistachio, and strawberry. The surprise was a nice touch. Wasnt completely sold on the taste of the ice cream, though. It was just something I couldnt put my finger on. Almost tasted like it may have been sweetened with something other than sugar, but not too sure. I would go back, though, to try it again. Maybe my taste buds we off. I would give this place the benefit of the doubt, just because they were so pleasant and it seemed like a nice place.

I was so excited to stumble across this spot. The have Lapperts Ice Cream with a great variety of flavors. The owner is incredibly friendly. He even made our ice cream into cute characters like a snow man. Their flavors do get rotated out, but they are all delicious and it is hard to decide what to get.
