Had a great experience with Trent. I came in because my watch was running fast. He immediately took it back and said it was magnetized and was able to de-magnetized it and now the watch is running within normal perimeters. Saved me the hassle of getting it serviced early before it was needed. Thanks!

The store front is beautiful. The inside is fabulous, just like the inside of a high-end jewelry box. The customer service was impeccable. They treated you as if you had a million bucks.

Excellent experience! I just retired my 14 year old Seamaster GMT Great White and upgraded to a Planet Ocean and the staff could not be more accomodating. They even gave my 6 year old son an Omega coloring book because he was so well behaved. Victor was an awesome salesman as well as the other staff that was assisting. They treated me like I was royalty. I think I am sold on the Omega brand.

I had a great experience with Omega. They let me look at the watch in person before I made my decision. They held the watch for me until I could make it back to purchase the watch. Highly recommended. The entire staff at the Boutique was great. They immediately ordered a smaller strap for the watch because of my tiny wrist. Going to buy more watches here.

Always an excellent experience, one of the few luxury establishments that I feel truly comfortable in. Trent and the team helped me pick out a new piece and demonstrated the utmost knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Ill certainly be back!

Absolutely incredible. The Omega website and google list the store hours with a closing time of 9:00 PM. I called to get directions (which were also incredibly poor). I arrived at 8:03 to find the door locked. Naturally I called the store back to ask why they were closed an hour early.The person I JUST SPOKE WITH told me that the hours are incorrect and this happens all the time. Knowing that why would you not tell someone who calls 30 minutes before close asking for directions? I even asked if I could just look at 1 piece for a minute and was told no, after I drove 30 minutes to get to the store.Why this store closes an hour before the Breitling dealer directly across from them and literally everything other store in the mall is beyond me. Don’t give this boutique your business, there are authorized dealers that are MUCH nicer to deal with and you won’t suffer this level of incompetence.

Fantastic selection and extremely knowledgeable sales associates. The selection is excellent, and they really take time to explain all of the movements and materials involved in the various watches. 5/5 experience!

This boutique is great. They have almost all of Omegas models to look at and try on, and when I asked for a specific one I didnt see in the case, the associate went to the back brought it right out for me. Customer service is top notch; they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not once did I feel out of place or inappropriately judged. Special thanks to Trent who spent lots of time helping me out! I would highly recommend a visit for anyone curious about or shopping for an Omega!

Omega makes the finest wrist watches available today. I took my 12 year old X-33 Speedmaster in for service and expected an $800 service charge, but instead I discovered that because I had purchased it from the PX while on active duty, it had a lifetime warranty! I was thrilled! The good people at Omega said they never charge military personnel for service on their PX purchased watches. The staff at Omega Boutique in Scottsdale love their product and seem to really enjoy their work, but as a veteran they were especially nice to me and my son. I got my X-33 back and it looks and works perfectly! Even though I live in California, I will call this store the next time I need service.

Stellar customer service. I look 10 years beneath my actual age, but I didnt feel an ounce of snootiness or judgement coming in and trying on watches. They were even accommodating when I asked to try on watches that are well outside my budget (one can dream right?). One of the rarest occasions where the service alone enticed me to make a purchase (second Omega watch, first brand new one). Had a sports related accident and needed replacement spring bars and they did it at no cost with a walk-in. Yes Omega watches are cheaper if you dont buy from a boutique, but they work their butts off to give you that difference in customer service. I was even asking questions trying to throw them off and they hardly skipped a beat.
