I first went to Saddlebags in the 1990s on a visit to Phoenix from Australia with my mum. We both purchased a belt each in their Borgata store and a couple more on a subsequent visit. My mums favorite belt is in the attached photo.Fast forward 20+ years and my mum passed away in 2021. I just purchased another belt from Todd and I think my mum would have been happy to see it. Todds excellent customer service has not wavered one bit in all that time. I would give Saddlebags ten stars if I could - simply excellent products and service.
