I wanted to purchase some product from a Canadian company named Lumen Truss. Lumen Truss asked me to reach out to Lights Up Arizona. I ended up reaching out, where David Gill got involved. Ive been trying to get under cabinet lighting done for my wife, so I poked my contact to get the ball rolling again.David Gill responses back with the following. Mike, Stop wasting our time. We can not do business with you! You need to get a life., then another email, We are done !. Now this email came in at almost 7PM PST, and I was in the middle of watching Star Trek Deep Space 9. I was so off-put by Mr. Gills comment, that I had to write back asking Mr. Gill to remain professional and if he thought customers were wasting his time, he should shut the doors, go home, and find a new job.Now I run a business myself, and I would NEVER think about treating a customer this way. I would highly suggest not using Lights Up Arizona, just because of the audacity of the other of Lights Up Arizona to treat his customers, unprovoked.Mr. Gill, Good luck with your business endeavors. I wish you luck, and hope that you can put on a cool hat and cool down your anger towards customers. Insulting customers is never a good thing, and does nothing good for your business. Ive only been in business since 2006, but this is a vital thing that you will have to learn moving forward. My Dad always said, If you do not have anything positive to add to a conversation, shut your mouth.. This would have been a perfect time to not insult people, and just let others deal with this for you.Again, wouldnt recommend Lights Up Arizona, and the owner needs an attitude adjustment. Thanks,
