Literally the rudest sales associate ever. I get there was another customer in the store, but we were ignored for 15 minutes before we were remotely acknowledged. The Tumi outlet store in Chandler they were actually friendly. In today’s day in age, it’s a bit offensive to be treated so terribly in any store.

Staff here isnt as knowledgeable about Tumi products as they should be. Youre better off going to Scottsdale Fashion Square if youre in the Phoenix area. Of course, Ive found with Tumi you really need to make an employee by employee assessment in general. Theres very little consistency in their knowledge of their own products, thought some stores are better than others.

Well I have not gone yet but my son gets 400$ every December he wants a travel suitcase for two reasons one he saw Tumi on a TV show two he has a sister who has a Travel bag like that to 🇹🇺🇲🇮💼👜🎒🚙 PS its a short drive from my house
