I had the pleasure of working with the ever so pleasant and courteous, Debbie when I stopped by to take care of the finishing details for my storage unit. She was spot on with saying my name correctly and that truly impressed me. She even acknowledged the lady behind me and did everything spot on. It was great to see someone with a smile on their face and passing that same cheerful demeanor over to myself. It’s always a welcoming experience when you receive service with a smile. Kudos to Debbie for a job well done.

Oh my gosh Deborah was awesome! Super kind staff - very knowledgeable. I rented the wrong size and I got into a bigger size in ten minutes and I got a tour by Deb who was so kind. Getting a divorce and having to move my life into a unit, which is hard enough, every little bit of human kindness helps and I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff here.

This is our second time doing business with Public Storage located at 1650 North Pima Road, Scottsdale Arizona 85257 and these guys are excellent. Not only is this the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen (eat off the floor kind of clean) they are very secure, well manages and easily accessible. I highly recommend Public Storage . . . You won’t be disappointed.

Great climate controlled units here at this Public Storage! The facility and lockers are Clean, Well-Lit, and Safe. Debbie, the manager, is always super awesome and helpful. Unlocking the door using the app is great! Contactless and you dont have to enter your code everytime to gain access - very convenient.

Debbie is a great manager! She started recently, but was very friendly and helpful, and she made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. The price for our 10 x 10 was good, and the units are all indoors and climate-controlled. You need a CYLINDER LOCK for the units, a regular padlock wont work.

Been renting a space for about 5 month, was happy with everything until Public Storage bought them out. rates have went up, temps went up, landscaping is non existent, elevator is gross.. main drive in gate has been broke for about 3 months or so.. wouldnt recommend to anyone looking for storage look somewhere else. Im moving out and looking for a different property soon.

Homeless walking around trying to open doors. NOT SAFE! When I signed up, they told me the gate would be fixed right away, that was 5 months ago and its still broken so you have to hope theres room to squeeze inside or keep an eye out for random trespassers who will be lurking around. AND they raised my rate! NO WAY, Im out of here!! I was looking at old reviews and most are for ExtraSpace storage which violates Googles policies, why are earth are there a ton of 5-star reviews for a different company on here.

***Update*** So now you can only access the facility during the offices open hours. Maybe the keypad is beyond their control (doubt that since its been down for months) but the office hours arent. If they truly believed in customer service, the hours would adjust to accommodate the customers instead of themselves. And their rates keep increasing. ****Since Public Storage bought this facility, the quality has gone downhill. It is no longer kept clean, the floors and elevators are filthy, the one gate in front has been broken for months and the back gate is kept open so its no longer a secure facility. It is also very hot in the storage spaces so not sure how they can claim its air conditioned. It was MUCH nicer when we first rented there with Extra Space Storage. Had it been in its current condition, we would never have rented a storage unit there.

Drive through front door is broken. By look of sign on code machine its been awhile so exit door open all the time. Oh thats safe! NOT! No notice to renters of this. They raise the rent every few months. Were working hard to empty our unit in the summer heat. Sick of the prices.

Love this place! Very convenient and accessible, but what makes it better is the customer service. I was recently helped by Vida and I really felt she understood my concerns and worked with me until I felt I was fully satisfied with my concerns.

Good affordable renting fees.

I needed a place to store my belongings for a short period of time and they offered month to month affordable rates, the whole process was SEAMLESS. Todd was such a great help in everything from the contract to even helping out physically in the car shuffle when it got busy in there. The whole place is super clean and I always felt safe and knew that my stuff was safe. It’s also so much easier/more pleasant to have this experience in an air conditioned environment, which all of the units are. Would definitely use this extra location again and would recommend to anyone that needs a unit regardless of time needed, or amount of space!

Oh how I miss Extra Storage Space! No more are the professional, friendly faces. Unfortunately, this property is now a part of Public Storage, a group that owns/manages the worst of the worst. No doubt, they will run this once vibrant, spotless facility into the ground. I had an unfortunate encounter with a rude employee and have already noticed the deterioration of the grounds. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I decided on Extra Space Storage for my storage needs even though there was a similar storage facility closer to me. I went with Extra Space because the facility was bright, clean and I was impressed with the customer service experience I received from Todd, the manager. Todd is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile to be of assistance where he can. And he does it all with a positive energy. The facility is well maintained, clean and I never had a shortage of cart situation. I also love the huge covered garaged area for loading and unloading.I would definitely recommend the Extra Space Scottsdale facility to anyone who is looking for a storage unit

I just signed up for Extra Storage for the second time because of the great experiences Ive had here. I feel safe leaving my belongings and its easy distance from Scottsdale RD. At first I was skeptical of public storage but after working with Gizmo (yes thats his name) I wish I would have stayed at this location. I work as a travel nurse and move around a lot and depend on storage places quite often. In the five years that I have traveled and encountered employees with various storage facilities none have been as professional, kind and caring as Gizmo. I had a real concern that was a great stressor for me and he not only deescalated me, he listened to my challenges and communicated it back to me. Then he told me precisely what he was going to do; when he was going to get back to me and he followed through on all counts! We live in a world where integrity is not a priority but with Gizmo it is; if you want a great storage facility with someone who will make sure that any of your concerns are heard and taken care of this is the place to go!!! As long as Gizmo is there of course!👍👍👍🤗

Super easy I rented small unit first and needed a larger one soon after. Todd worked with me to make that seamless. Units and facility is mice and clean and I always felt safe. Price was good and very convenient location right off the freeway.

Rented a small unit to store fragile items as well as things I might need during the three months before moving to senior living and while most everything else was stored by a moving company. The place was clean and so were the contents when removed. I went there at least six times to get something and felt safe. On my first time back there I had trouble with the lock but a quick call brought someone to help.One Sunday while there I chatted with another renter on my way in, and found him waiting for my return to make sure I was on my way safely. Seamless experience from the the start. We considered going to another Extra Space Storage location and didnt really get a good impression so we came here and we were very impressed. Nice look, clean and well-kept location, good prices and controlled climate keeps your unit cool. The convenience of being right off the freeway made this location only more ideal. Our rental was shortlived as we only needed the space during our moving transition. Still, Joe and the others provided great service all the way through. Id recommend this location to anyone looking around the area.

Todd has been an amazing help when i needed to expand my storage needs in the middle of my move. He was able to secure an additional space near my existing unit and checked in on us as we went along to make sure we were doing ok. So costumer service: five stars easy. The facility speaks for itself. It is big and air conditioned so what else would you want?

This is the second time I have gotten a storage at the Pima Rd location, I came back because Todd was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and the facility was very clean the first time around. Today my experience was even better. I seamlessly was able to reserve, secure and pay for unit online. Todd was patient and accommodating going over contract and signatures via phone. Had a great experience storing my things here for about 6 months. First months rent was free! The space is clean and well secured with codes at entrance, exit and both doors inside as well. I liked that the temperature was regulated. Todd was always friendly, professional and helpful.

Most reviews are from Extra Space, NOT Public Storage. Now that Public Storage took over, everything is worse. Broken elevators, broken gates, higher indoor temps, higher rates, shorter access times, locked bathrooms, burned out lights so now I have to bring a flashlight and the list goes on. They will raise your rate up a lot after youre all moved it. Avoid this place!

Extra space is a great storage place sometimes the lot is full due to many renters being there and sometimes they don’t have many dollys for loading and unloading if it is busy but goes to show people would choose to come to extra space! It’s always well lit and there was never a doubt about the security this storage provides I would definitely recommend you go here ! Keep in mind to notify them before the billing date if you plan on moving out that way they can prorate you! 4/5 🤗

Todd is wonderful. Firstly, he helped me obtain my storage unit from out of town and made the process easy. Secondly, I made a bad decision with the moving company I chose to move from out of state to Arizona. Todd was very kind and helpful in coordinating with the delivery company and getting my goods into my unit. I would have totally stressed out in a bad situation without his assistance.His coworker, Becky, is also cheerful and helpful.The units are clean and temperature is well-maintained. The location is convenient and easy to access. There is also a restroom in the office if you need it.

Great place for your storage needs. Its climate controlled, so there is no worry about your items. Very friendly and helpful staff no matter what your looking for. They have multiple sizes and are willing to work with you and make sure your needs are met. They have multiple carts so If you have a lot of stuff you dont have to worry about carrying it. As well as elevators so no need to worry about stairs. Multiple locations as well, so its pretty easy to find one close to you. Todd is incredibly accommodating and always trying to be helpful with any needs!

There are some storage units closer to where I live, but this one was definitely worth it! Everything is nice and clean. Todd was also extremely helpful. Every time I’ve stopped by to drop off or pick up some furniture, he always goes above and beyond to help.

Very clean and well kept facility. I rented a temperature controlled one for my cleaning business. It worked very well for me and my team. Had we had not gotten a new office we would have stayed.
