Gabby & Joe were so helpful when I showed up asking for storage needed for boxes in my trunk. They both went out of their way to accommodate me and make it as easy as possible. I never felt uncomfortable with the level of security provided and the drive in feature is a definite plus. Gabby and Joe from Lifestorage were absolutely amazing. They are always willing to go above and beyond to assist with extra needs or in our case adding and vacating different units multiple times. I also felt that the pricing of the units was extremely reasonable for the high level of service. Do not hesitate to trust this facility with your belongings. We concur with the earlier comments of posters about how wonderful this location and its employees are. Gabby is our go to person when it comes to needing storage units. She assisted us with securing another storage unit in the north valley and was the first person contacted when a second unit was needed. She is always there for the customer and will go out of the way when additional information or clarification is needed. We actually look forward to going to the unit to store more stuff but more importantly to visit Gabby!!! Our experience at life storage was great. We had to find a storage locker fast because we were moving and they found a storage place that was just a couple blocks away from where we were moving. They booked our reservation we came in and met with Val. She was excellent!! She got our paperwork done quickly, she showed us our unit, and she was extremely friendly and efficient. The place was clean the locker was in great shape. I would recommend life storage on Gold Dust Scottsdale for anybody that’s looking to store some items. They also gave us a free month and the cost of our locker was very reasonable!

From Alex that I spoke to in the back office to make my reservation to Michael, who helped me get everything put together.This review is specifically for Michael though, I think he was on loan from another store, and it must have been a gift from God that he was there when I got there.This gentleman literally listened to me tell him my whole crazy story about why we were moving, offered some advice, and then just even had great conversation during my entire experience.He was very fast, super knowledgable, and just created a welcoming experience for me. I was nervous because it was my first time ever renting a storage unit and he made it very simple and helped as much as he could.I hope I get to see him again at our location before we move out, but I wanted to ensure that this facility (which is also brilliantly designed) got the commendation it deserves.

My experience at Life Storage has been wonderful. From the moment I booked my space online the customer service has been top notch. Gabby is so kind and professional. The staff is courteous. The facility is very clean and well managed. Life Storage takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. For example as I was moving my items from the moving truck into my unit I came back to the truck to get another load and was surprised to see a staff member had placed 2 bottles of water on the back of the moving truck for myself and friend helping me move.

Ive never had a terrible storage experience, but until I tried Life Storage, I hadnt had an outstanding one, either! This facility was built recently and is sparkling clean - from the bathrooms, to the storage floors (which they keep mopped - even in the units!). The indoor, air conditioned loading zone is top-notch. I always felt safe and trusted that my belongings were, too! I only stayed for a month because it made more sense for me to use a facility closer to DTPHX, and I was SAD to go! I never thought I would be sad to leave a storage unit LOL.Gabby and the staff are remarkable - they take care of their customers. When I came in to fill out paperwork, I was offered water and discounted moving materials. While moving in on a hot AZ afternoon, my husband, our friend and I were again given cold bottled water. They are honest, straightforward, and incredibly kind. Thank you, Life Storage Gold Dust! I would recommend it to anyone!

This place is the absolute best storage facility I have ever visited in my life. It is clean, wide open, very well-lit, safely guarded, and in absolute pristine condition. Signing up for a storage unit was an absolute breeze. Val, the manager, was incredibly kind and sweet and helped show me several options of storage units even when I couldn’t make up my mind initially. She was patient, thorough, and took the time to help me evaluate my needs and custom decide a storage plan that was best for me. The prices and rates of storage can’t be beat. She was even able to help me out when I accidentally lost my keys (rookie mistake). I am so thankful to Val and the team at this amazing LifeStorage location.
