The manager, Ray Lane, is a pleasant guy who was very helpful as I was planning my latest move. He cooperated in every way possible and was able to provide the space I needed (10 by 15) in a very convenient location close to the loading dock.This is the second time I have rented space from Ray. I returned because of the convenient location, the well maintained facility and the personal service provided by Ray.

This facility took really good care of me at a time when life was not so great. My family had just endured the unexpected loss of a sibling and so initially all his belongings were packed and shipped from Chicago to StorQuest here in Scottsdale AZ. Shortly thereafter, I started encountering some close calls when it came to the bad fires in California. So then I moved the more cherished items out of my CA home to this same facility. Finally, I decided to just sell the CA house and move permanently to a townhouse my family owns here in AZ. Since we had a tenant residing there for another year, again more storage was required last summer. Ray was so helpful in getting that all set up to make my move easier. The facility has always been clean and well run. I always felt my stuff was in safe hands there and am so thankful for their help over the past few years while my life was in transition.

I needed a storage locker in a pinch and StorQuest made it easy. They had the small size I required and they even had it on discount. They beat the other prices around, so it was a no-brainer.

The facility is conveniently located off the 101 and Pima/92nd Street exit on Via LInda with 24/7 security monitoring. The entire place is extremely clean including the unit you rent. Ray Lane, the Manager, is so very nice and accommodating making it a very smooth process during your move in and out. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of it.

What the StorQuest call center told us and the local Scottsdale storage facility told us were two separate pieces of information. First, we were told our homeowners insurance would cover the few items we have in the 5x5 unit. Not the case per the Scottsdale storage facility. We had to buy their insurance at $12/month.Second, we were told we could use a circular disc lock on the storage door. Not the case at the facility. One would have to buy a particular lock specific to the storage facility. The lock was $20.Third, we asked the call center to let us know if there was a better floor for storing instead of the one we were initially assigned to. She promised they would call us if a lower floor by the elevator became available. That never happened. Neither did the Scottsdale storage facility call us for an updated location. If you change location within the facility, that is an additional charge. That was never explained to us.All in all, poor business customer service. Just a sales pitch to get you into the storage facility with the details of more expenses coming later.The Scottsdale storage facility is clean as a positive.Dennis

Recently rented a a storage unit and found it to be a pleasant experience. Having never been to a storage facility we didnt know what to expect.The quality of the building and entire operation far exceeded any expectations. The staff was very helpful in selecting the unit that had convenient access to the elevator. Really enjoy coming to the unit and hope to stay indefinitely.

My husband and I are currently between homes, waiting for a new build to finish. We started purchasing goods for the new place and realized we we had no place to put them. So, we walked into StorQuest today to get a small unit. Ray was extremely helpful and in short order, got us set up with a unit. He was professional and friendly. I leased the unit for holiday decorations and this year decided to store all in my garage. The staff is great and friendly. It is clean and secure. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

This place is new within last two years and very clean and well run. The big difference is that these units are actually kept at 75 to 80 degrees. The inside ceilings are tall and open so cool air flows freely within the hallways and INSIDE the units. I left Public Storage as my inside the unit air temp was in excess of 90 degrees because of poor air circulation, lack in exterior wall insulation and no solution for cooled air to enter the unit. Plus Public Storage is owned by faceless people who dodge responsibility and accountability.

Super friendly person on the phone with a very caring attitude. Site Manager very nice and helpful. Only 20 minutes to get all the paperwork signed, install my lock, and get on autopay. And a great price. Im telling everyone!

StorQuest on Via Linda in Scottsdale is great. This beautiful new facility is well-worth the money for a climate controlled unit. Although like everything else, Scottsdale prices are higher than most other areas in the valley, StorQuest is very competitive for our area. The only thing I would improve upon is that the motion sensors lighting is only in the halls and is quite dim in the units. If youre in the unit and they go off, you have to walk down the hall waving your arms to get them to come back on. The staff, Toni and Darrell, are very professional, helpful and super friendly!

The place is beautiful. Extremely clean. Easy auto pay setup. In the beginning I was very impressed with the service.Until you realize that 24/7 is not true and here’s why. They make you purchase their specific lock when you sign up. I went today Sunday at 5:55 pm. My lock doesn’t work. It is stuck. I called so that someone on the 24/7 assistance can come help. They say they cannot send anyone until the next day. What is the point of having phone service? I dont need emotional support from the pleasant guy. I need assistance with the lock they sold me.They also are only willing to help from 9-6. Of course I have a job during those hours. The job that helps me pay for this service.I am canceling our service with them for offering false advertising. This is not 24/7 help.They called the next day and said they messed up and overrode the lock on my unit. Keep in mind I was not late or anything. Obviously this was a mistake. I get they happen. They were not willing to help me when I needed help. They said they could take off $30 or something off one month payment. This doesn’t fix my satisfaction with them. I guess its better than nothing.

Best experience I have had with 3 different storage companies. Wide aisles, good lighting, easy access, ample carts, and clean! Competitive pricing and friendly staff. I like being able to provide proof of my own insurance rather than being forced to buy an expensive, inferior product. Toni was great to work with!

This is brand new, very clean storage facility, well lit, and they have ample parking and carts to help you. Toni and Sierra are very nice and professional. They care about customers to give you the best deal possible and it is the best deal in the area. They also work with you to help you in any way they can. They care about their customers. I am very glad I went there, also very reasonable and safe. I would highly recommend the Storquest in Scottsdale. It is a great storage facility.

Theres a obligatory insurance fee added onto the cost of renting storage space here-minimum if $10/month, plus you need to buy a lock from them for $20. Add other $24 administrative fee and the cost for the smallest space of 5 x 5 is $56 for the first month -- far from the $1 illusion for the first month they try to lure you in with. The facility is new and clean, but beware of the actual cost and shop around for the best deal.

Toni and Daryl at the 94 Street location are superb!! I recently moved out of my place and had 3 weeks in-between moves and both provided excellent customer service.Daryl went above and beyond, on the day I received the unit. I was all disorganized and flustered carrying too many items and dropped the set of keys in the parking lot. I did not notice until later in the afternoon and called to see if I left them in the lock of the unit, Daryl called back and said he found them in the parking lot. Very grateful and thankful!!

Staff here were very helpful! From the main customer service number to when I got to the facility. Sierra was super sweet and very personable. She helped answer all my questions, gave me a tour of the facility, and showed me the optional units I could pick from. Would definitely recommend this location!

StorQuest’s Facility on Via Linda is impeccable, and well maintained. Everyone on the staff is courteous and helpful. Not that I love storage facilities, but this place is heads above all the rest in the area, which I know from renting storage space in Scottsdale non-stop for over 20 years.

Just rented a unit for EcoTouch Cleaning supplies and equipment. The whole process was fast and seamless. All of my visits will be early morning and after business hours - StorQuest has the longest access hours among storage facilities in the area. Every unit is climate controlled and it’s brand, spanking new! Less than 5 minutes from home, close to the freeway, friendly customer service. It’s been a relief to offload excess work stuff from my truck and condo. I’m a very happy customer :)

Darryl was very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. He gave us a tour and provided us with multiple options on the storage unit. He also held the unit of our choice, as we needed several days to collect everything we wished to store, rent a U-Haul, etc.

Storage place just opened 2 mos ago, so very clean & it was also close to home. I had reserved the unit previously & Toni showed me the unit before I signed up. It works for me! She was very pleasant & signed me up right away.

This location leaves a lot to be desired. I went into StorQuest in September, and reserved/paid for a specific unit. The intention was to move my items from a Public Storage unit on the other side of the valley. When I showed up in October with a truck full of my things, I couldnt get into the building with the code I was provided for entry into the StorQuest building. After calling the office in frustration, I found out that not only did the entry code not work, but my unit had been given to someone else and there was a lock on it.Their explanation??? They said that when do their routine walks through the building, they noticed that I hadnt moved in yet, so they went ahead and rented the unit to someone else. I guess it didnt matter that I had paid for the unit to rent and had a written contract.Their solution?? Rent me another unit - that is IT.I would NEVER have accepted another unit with this place, but of course, they had me pinned against a wall as I was sitting their on a Sunday after hours with a truck filled with things that needed to be stored so I could return my u-Haul truck. I had absolutely no choice. I will not be keeping this unit for long.Make sure you move in immediately upon signing, EVEN THOUGH that is NOT a requirement... but do it anyway to avoid the same thing from happening to you.
