Friendly people with free boxes. Only one problem, they would not print my airway bill label. This is 2021, get a thermal printer ready to use for customers guys.

It was cheaper than expected and the staff was helpful.

The guys at this store was so helpful and the knowledge is incredible I personally ask for a ball park price came back next day and surprise was only a few cents difference.My package arrive on time with no problem at all.

Was not too happy with this place. I was originally told to come here if I wanted to ship items a regular FedEx location would not accept so i drove here only to find out that shipping ammunition required some sort of membership. UPS took my shipment no problem with their requirement bring a black and white diamond on the packaging. Just wish FedEx would have been more clear about this before I made the drive

They need a bell or something at the front desk. Stood there for a good 5-10 mins before anyone came to help me.

I was running 15 min late getting package dropped, got there around 6:15 and the lady went out and made sure it was going on the truck that night(Friday) otherwise l dont think it would have made it back to the stupid shipper in time for my refund. Thank you!

I have never used FedEx shipping before. My grandson left his glasses at my house when visiting and I needed to get them to him fast. I sent them by ground thru FedEx and was told they would be there the next day. He only lives 150 miles away but he is not getting them for another 48 hours. I could have driven them there faster than FedEx. Next time Ill use the Postal service. Cant be worse than FedEx.

FexEx shipping that wont accept certain packages, as they have to send a truck to come pick it up from you. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense FedEx. But why the 1 star? Because instead of helping me with why or how to schedule a pick-up, they just said sorry, we cant accept it. We have to pick it up from you. Sorry, bye.

Eric Daniels gave bad customer service. I have a corporate account and had one label already to ship one of two packages. He would not look up or even try to help with putting on corporate account. Packages were shipped to me on account and had labels showing they were going back to same. Shopping for trade shows weekly every other FedEx location has been able to take care for me but he just did not want to try! Would not recommend this location or having an account

Waited 15 minutes to get in, (occupancy restrictions). They were helpful, (He didnt seem convinced I would send my package for the rate they quoted...very expensive )

This location has a Fedex Express drop off box that collects as late as 6pm. Very convenient to drop off late orders as it is on the way home

Incredibly painful experience. FedEx customer service was no help and rudely rushed me off the phone. My fiance was in Scottsdale for a bachelorette weekend and had items shipped to this FedEx location for pick up. The items were delivered 4 days late and she had already flown back to our home state. We have spent hours on the phone with Fedex trying to correct the mistake and have the package rerouted. This ware house has a pick up area but no means of contacting them. their phone is private so there was no way for us to get a hold of them other than the 1-800 number. What a joke. we talked with 2 representatives both were rude, both were unhelpful and both put a bad taste in my mouth. I finally got my issue resolved. normally I wouldnt leave a review, but hopefully people just use the USPS to avoid the situation I was in.
