Amen to Ashley! I was sending special items home to my mom and I came in with so many things to ship and to top it off they were about to close. She went above and beyond for me and had a smile on her face the entire time. She was so personable and professional. I worked in customer service for years and she is someone you are lucky to have on your team. Thank you for having someone like Ashley on your team! I will only bring my items to be sent out to your store going forward!

I went in here for the first time last week. Unfortunately I ran in in the last 5 minutes before they were closing. Suddenly everything became a debacle, where I couldnt find the address and the information I needed, didnt have my glasses with me so I couldnt see... The young girl behind the counter, ANGELINA, was so unbelievably patient, sweet and helpful. Not fake sweet, but genuinely sweet. A lot of people would have had an attitude, considering she was about to close. I appreciated her help because I needed that done that day. We had a quick chat about where she was from, and why she had moved here. She was very pleasant. Thank you, Angelina, for easing my stress that day by helping me get done what I needed to, and for your patience, and great customer service!

Came to pick up my prints I had placed yesterday and the gal who was working in the afternoon shift on 11/11/20 was extremely unprofessional and rude! Honestly, it seemed like she didn’t care at all to be at work and was really rude to me. She didn’t talk to me in a professional manner at all.First, I explained to her I was picking up prints I had emailed over yesterday and she looked at me like I was an alien from another planet and didn’t know what I was even saying and just said she didn’t work yesterday and kept bringing over the wrong prints. I don’t even work there and could have probably have found it faster. After figuring out where my prints were, the ordered wasn’t right. My email stated I need 2 copies printed and only 1 copy was printed. Ok - fine not a big deal, I didn’t mind waiting, but I asked to hole punch my documents and she said, “you can’t use our tools, I’ll do it” in an extremely rude manner. I’m sorry but there’s a way to talk to people nicely. I’m sorry she clearly hates her job and doesn’t want to be there but that’s not really my problem. She shouldn’t act like that when I’m paying $50 to have some items printed.Lastly, she kept whispering rude comments under her breath. I am in customer service for my work and I would never ever have an employee like her work at any of my stores. She needs a major attitude adjustment! I asked to talk to the manager but they don’t have one hence this google review.

Unlike the Alma School location, employees at this store diligently wear masks. They said they regularly get customers who are unhappy with the Alma School store lack of covid precautions. And the people here and polite and efficient!

LOST MY PACKAGE THEN IGNORED THE RECEIPT THEY GAVE ME.THEY DONT GUARANTEE THEIR PACKAGES. THEY SAW THE PACKAGE WASNT PICKED UP. ITS LOST. THEIR RECEIPTS MEAN NOTHING.AVOID THIS STORE!!

I recently visited this location, and had a complex task ahead of me. I was cleaning out my fathers house after he passed away, and had many priceless heirlooms that I had to get back to the East Coast. Michael and Brad were very helpful in making sure that everything was packed properly and I am happy to say that everything made it safe and sound! These gentlemen were very polite and willing to help. Thanks for making a rough situation just a little bit easier!

These guys make a lot of mistakes which is the last thing you want when you need something shipped and delivered. It’s not UPS that’s bad, it’s this small franchise store.Update 4/19/19 - after further review and discussion with Louise Magy the Operations Manager, it appears that UPS Corporate was at fault, not this small UPS Store Franchise. And to add to that, when things went sideways, UPS Corporate pointed the blame at this small mom and pop store. My apologies to David and Louise and team, you seem like good people, doing the right thing, and I am sorry your business got caught up in this. I would recommend this store, but am very disappointed in UPS. They should be ashamed of themselves for throwing you under the bus. Best of luck to you.

They screwed up a time sensitive dhl shipment and I paid a very big price in so many ways!!! Completely unreliable and they dont know how to run a business. Never going back!!!#😠

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location. I am a box holder so I am in and out frequently and I have found that each of the staff knows me by name as well as by box number which is so helpful when I am in a rush. Most specifically, as I end up receiving a ton of mail on behalf of others (not necessarily with my name, OR even my box number on it!) one employee specifically, Michael, is a rock star. He is intuitive and is able to quickly problem-solve to figure out whether the item belongs in my box whereas many others would just reject it and send it back (which I have had happen) because the name and box number dont line up. This has caused me many problems in the past but since Michael has worked at the store I can always rely on him to check in with me on whether I was expecting anything/etc. He is a life saver! Give that man a raise!

The now owner is one of the worst people on earth. Paul, the previous owner was so genuine. Do not let these people handle your mail. They are sell-outs.
