Michael was friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable in helping me ship my RayBan sunglasses back to the vendor for a replacement. I felt very comfortable knowing that Michael will use the necessary shipping materials to ensure my fragile shipment arrives in a safe condition. Do NOT GO HERE. i dropped off a package as they are an approved DHL company. They did not send it out. I called and asked why and they said documentation wasn’t all there and DHL refused the package. Totally fine. My fault, i asked why they wouldn’t contact me and he said my info wasn’t on the package.I went to pick up my package and my business name is on the package as well as my phone number. He started speaking down to me notifying me that i did not give him business as it was a free drop off. TRUE, for the instance but not true on the regular. I will never go back and i hope you all save yourselves the hassle. Because i went there for convenience but truthfully every time i have gone they have been less than helpful and super grumpy. Not ideal in a customer service industry. Post net off Thompson Peak and Hayden has been wonderful and i will be giving them my future business.

I came here for work required fingerprinting, which was very quick and easy to schedule, I showed up 45 minutes early for my appointment and was still helped right away. On top of that I was planning to submit an application for a concealed carry license which also requires fingerprinting and they were quick to help me with both my work fingerprinting as well as my CCW fingerprinting in one visit. I would highly recommend this place for your fingerprinting needs.

Michael was so helpful with completing my fingerprints for the state board of nursing. He knew the exact forms and where to send my fingerprints to. Also he makes the process so easy! He was a wealth of knowledge and gives great customer service. I would highly recommend him and his business any day!

I have been here three times for fingerprinting. Michael is punctual with his appointments and very professional. Plus, there’s always good conversation! If your fingerprints get rejected, they will redo them for free, but that’s never happened to me because they really know what they are doing. He would not give me a receipt stating that I dropped off and shipped two boxes. He said he wouldnt take liability for the boxes! He said this despite each box having a prepaid shipping label. I left and went to the United States Post office and I received a drop off receipt with a tracking number for both boxes.

This is my first time using finger printing services at Postalmax, I must say I am impressed with the service I received from Michael. They have both Digital and Ink based finger printing services. Honestly, this was one of the weirder customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It felt like if I said the wrong thing the man would snap. And for fingerprinting I was alone in the locked store with him so I honestly just wanted to get it done and get out. He kept asking me about what my husband did...then he said he gets a lot of bad reviews online and as he stood between me and the door he said “I need you to do something for me. You go home, and leave me a review of how good this experience was for you. I need those stars to go up.” I agreed only because I wanted to get passed him and out the door. Overall left with such a cringy feeling. I gave 2 stars because he was clean and wore a mask, and my fingerprints arrived where they needed to go.

I came in for a 10 minute finger printing appointment and left absolutely floored by the owner. Even before my appointment he was asking questions over the phone to ensure that my service went smoothly.I was already willing to write a great review about this experience without him knowing but then he offered a gift as I left for being such a great customer. I implored him to accept a donation from me for his thoughtfulness and he reluctantly accepted after I berrated him for a few minutes.The real shock came when he told me that the UPS drivers coming to his store were suffering during this time and that he would use my donation to pay it forward... are you freaking kidding me...?It is hard to find people of this caliber in the world today and this man deserves every bit of credit for what he does. I am a nurse looking for a new job in the middle of COVID and needed to get fingerprinting and passport photos to apply for a new nursing license. I was SO relieved to find a place where I could get both those things done at the same time. Great place for fingerprints! They wore face shields, gloves, disinfected before and after, and the doors were open so the only thing I touched was the fingerprint machine. Very easy and very quick!

#1 location in the state for finger printing. Owner is an expert. Open normal business hours during covid19. He is diligent about sanitizing, is masked and doesnt even reuse pens. Excellent service for mail and shipping too.

My experience today at Postal Max was a 5 star! The owner helped me quite courteously and explained several mailing options to me. Additionally, he showed me the Google Maps street views so I could see the security of delivery. I would recommend this mailing service location.

I’ve been waiting here to package and mail my item that I already have the shipping label printed for, for about a million years.I had time to pick out 2 greeting cards and 3 postcards for family - and wander around and notice the decor.Because at Postalmax, communism is also socialism.If I hadn’t had time to pick out the perfect few pieces of stationary before seeing the decor, I would have left.If the lady had told me the boxes weren’t out for customers to do themselves, I would have left right away.Send help. I don’t know if I’ll make it out before dehydration from living in the desert kills me.

Michael the owner is the rudest, most immature and unprofessional business-related individual I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting. His abrasive, defensive attitude toward conflict resolution would have been laughable if not so sad. I shipped a package via FedEx with him and it was never delivered. FedEx showed evidence that he signed for it when they sent it back to him (he signed for it) and he blamed FedEx. FedEx has his signature on file with a specific date and time. He told me that he doesn’t have it and to leave his store. Zero resolution.

I have been receiving my mail at this Postal Max for four years now. Michael and Terry and very caring. They work hard to create and easy environment. When we send things, they always are right on top of the best available choices and prices. We have never had any problems and they always greet us warmly. Terrible place to get your passport photos taken! The man is unknowledgeable and rude. He uses an old point and shoot on a tripod and doesn’t know how to adjust anything on it. He literally scolds you for wearing the wrong color. He tells you “you’re not allowed to smile.” WRONG! You can have a natural, unexaggerated smile according to Gov website. After he took our photos he told us they were washed out and I had on the wrong color shirt. IT DOESNT EVEN SHOW in a Passport photo. When we called him out on the smiling thing, he told us our photos were free. We went to FedEx right around the corner and got great photos for same charge in a nice passport folder with instructions. This place tosses them into a small brown envelope. Don’t waste your time and money with a grumpy guy who takes terrible photos. Wish I could post the difference in photos!!!

- Does not respect appointment times.- Cant do fingerprints right.The person working there was very courteous, but this is my experience:Im in AZ for a few days before heading back to the East Coast and needed to get my fingerprint clearance card so when I move to AZ in 2 months I have it for employment.Appt: 10:30 am, got there 10:27 am. His response: Busy with a customer and cant do fingerprints until 11:00 am. (30 minutes of my time wasted so he can make money)I get back to the East Coast and I get an email that my fingerprints were illegible and needed to do them again.

Michael provided excellent fingerprinting service at a price comparable to local police departments! Best of all I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for 2 cards which saved me hours of waiting. I went to PostalMax and approached the counter to be greeted by an older man. I told him I was there for my passport picture, he looked at me then looked at my clothing and said that there might be an issue with my bright shirt. He said that its too bright for the picture, it might cause a glare with the white background. He also mention that my slightly gray hair might cause glare as well, which I replied so I should dye it? Ridiculous!I was wearing a light gray shirt and a brown jacket which I told him I was taking the picture with the brown Jacket. He said that it would not matter, he has 15 years experience and know that the picture will not come out right. I mention that all of my previous passport picture were taken with a white shirt and was never an issue. I mention the brown jacket again and he asked me if I have another shirt in the car that I can change to. I told him no, that obviously he did not want to take my picture and walked out of the store. I drove to CVS and had my picture taken with no issues. There is no mention of color or type of clothing in the US Department of States website. You can take your picture with which ever color shirt you want.At first I thought this was just an old man that thinks he knows better but after I had more time to process what just happened I realized he was just making excuses, he did not want to take my picture because of my nationality. Im not one who throws the race card but after talking with family and friends they all came to the same conclusion as me that this guy was discriminating!If he was actually discriminating because of my nationality this person should not be working or own a place that provide services to others!

They had all the boxes I needed and provided great and friendly service. One of the packages was books so they offered a reduced shipping rate. They also have a great selection of cards and post cards - really nice options. I picked up two of them to include in the packages I was mailing. I would definitely recommend them for shipping!

I went to PostalMax Airpark to get fingerprinting done per the requirements in obtaining an Arizona Fingerprinting Clearance Card in order to teach in a charter school. The individual who helped me was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about precisely what was needed in order to complete the entire process accurately. The service store is also conveniently located and easy to access.

Michael was awesome! He weighed all of my Holiday cards and helped me put stamps on them, stamps that I brought with me! I did not even make a purchase! Will definitely be back!

Totally horrible experience at this facility yesterday.I reached the store and the lady at the front desk terry asked me what I needed,I told her that I had to post a letter to India. She then leaves the desk and goes to the people who are filling out their forms for fingerprinting and asks them if they are done?She tells me that she must help them first so I wait. One gentleman is actually filling out his forms still and she tell him, its okay I will wait.When one of the customers point out that there is someone waiting in line she tell her No, I have to help him first.At this point I am really upset but try to give her the benefit of doubt.I then spend a total of 10 mins in the store . When she comes back to the line,instead of helping me she turns to the person after me and says how can I help you?He rightly points out that I was first, she says I know that she is first but I want to know how I can help you? Really lady!!She then tells me that she has a problem with the system and cannot send international mail.This is after 15 mins of waiting!! I am an indian and I cannot help thinking that this had something to do with her behavior

Horrible, unprofessional experience. I stood in the store waiting for assistance for about 5 min and was never acknowledged. So I helped myself to an envelope and was then insulted by the man who worked there. He made a rude comment regarding my 18 month old son. I walked out. Not to mention, he was chatting with another customer about how he hates America. I would never ever go back. I’d give a zero rating if I could. Terrible customer service.

Expert Knowledge and outstanding service for shipping of highly valuable and fragile items. A close friend of mine died in 1972 at the age of 19. Through the magic of Facebook I became reconnected with his sister in Scottsdale in August of 2013. Not only was it astounding to see her and reconnect again, she graciously gifted to me her Brothers Gretsch guitar that he and I played endlessly from about 1966 until the time of his death. It is something Ill treasure for the rest of my life. But the challenge was to get it back to San Jose Ca. in one piece. I contacted Michael at Postalmax, and he was very knowledgeable about how to pack and ship such an heirloom treasure. He was first interested to know the history and get a feel for the significance of this instrument, which impressed me. He gave me a lot of confidence that this could be done safely, and gave it his immediate attention. He didnt have the right packing materials but WENT OUT that day and got them for me so that it would ship same day, as I leave for a two month tour in one week. The guitar arrived at its new home this morning, and I could not be happier! Thank you Michael and Postalmax!
