My son’s car wouldn’t start for the second time in a row, and Mr. Kelleher is at the bottom of our street. I walked down the moment it wouldn’t start, and he was so helpful! No charge to help test, and no charge to install the new battery. Gave me the option of whether I wanted the cheapest battery or the best battery, and 10 minutes later my son was off to college on time. He is one of those ethical business people who cares about your needs and goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend.

I couldnt shut my car off at all the car wouldnt start if I did and already had to get jumped twice that day ago get to doctors and grocery store. I googled car batteries near me and saw this and called they closed at 5pm it was 4:35 and he let me drive over . He had my battery in stock and for cheapest price since I cant afford a brand new 200 battery form other places. I raced over there didnt even have to get out of the car. He checked alternator made sure it was not that and just the battery. And within 10 min had new one installed and showed me how to reset the computer on the car . I could only tip him 5 bucks since I was broke after shopping but $50 total with the core charge for old battery and 5 dollar tip for doing it so close to closing time and being a awesome person. ! Also had other batteries a variety of better ones not just cheap ones. I had to go with the cheapest. I usually go to interstate battery down in Clifford but now that I know about this place I recommend all my friends and I recommend you go there too Thank you for reading my long review. Lol 🤣

Went for a battery and met Chris the owner. I think. Was polite and worked quickly while chatting with you. I was there for ten minutes start to finish. We had some trouble with corrosion and a terminal, took care of that as well. Great price, and an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back for car battery needs going forward.

Id talked to Chris several times over the period of a week about a new battery for my 2013 Nissan Sentra, which Id parked in my garage for the winter and had the battery go, since I hadnt started it.. Finally, I borrowed a charger from a neighbor, got it started and took it to Chris shop. He left his home in the wake of a water main break and changed my battery in 10 minutes. I never got out of the car. Great service, great consideration for an occasional customer, great manners, great experience. I would highly recommend Chris business and service.

Great service. I called and asked about a battery for my derby car. I was able to pick up the battery within an hour. He gave me a great price and gave some advice on how I should mount the battery in the car for the derby.

Original quote of $45 but only charged $40. Im a disabled vet so every dollar counts and it was a pleasant surprise to have him lower the price. He even checked out some minor issues I was having on my car for free and was professional, courteous, and a very good person. My battery works great and even came with a warranty. Terrible place. The battery I got sucked from day 1. My car had to be jumped several times. They used every excuse in the book to explain why they wont replace it. I have receipt. Went to electro battery in West Scranton and purchased a battery which solved all my issues. Terrible place nasty owners. Do not recommend.

I have no idea why these crooks consistently have 5 stars. They replaced my battery 3 times after I was STRANDED multiple times with a dead battery. Even missed work multiple times. The 4th time they refused to replace it and insisted I had a parasitic drain. I work with electronics, got my meter out, searched for a drain. Even took my whole dash apart but found nothing. Turns out... they just kept giving me bum batteries that were way too small for my car. Didn’t even fit properly in the compartment. Went up to pep boys. Bought the correct battery and I’ve been riding smooth for over a year. I love to support local business but screw these guys. Take your vehicles elsewhere.

I had the privilege of speaking with Chris today. It was such a pleasure to have an honest conversation with him regarding a battery for my sons car. Chris went so far as to contact another dealer to validate a question. Chris was thorough and explained how the industry has changed from longer warranties to the existing 3 year warranty. He also provided insight on some of the newer instruments that can cause drainage from the battery. (e.g. computer, safety, cell phone charge and anything else that might be plugged into any of the newer ports in vehicles). I have recommended Kelleher Battery for years and will continue to do so.
