2nd time going here to get a set of performance tires installed for a BMW. All the work they’ve done is great and the service is exceptional!

Brought my car in for a 12 o’clock appointment for 2 tires, 2 bulbs, oil change, and break fluid change. After an hour and a half they only did the oil change and told me almost 2 more hours for the other things… I told them I just wanted my car back it took them 40 minutes to put my tires back on and give it back.. then they charged ME with a full vehicle inspection when I told them at check in and it was noted on appointment request online what needed to be done. I will never waste my time here again!

Firestone does good honest work I take my vehicles there for inspection and am treated fairly. Best to make an appointment.

These bunch of losers tried to take advantage of my girlfriend who was visiting from New Jersey. My girlfriend was having sudden car troubles on her way to Scranton. AAA towed her car there and they reached out later on to notify us that the problems she was experiencing were because she put diesel in her car instead of gasoline. They quoted her at $500 then had the audacity to call back and said the manager advised them that the repairs would be around $900. We called the gas station and the manager at the station confirmed the purchase was made for normal gasoline! I had the vehicle transferred to my local mechanic and he confirmed there was absolutely no diesel to be found and the problem stemmed from something completely different! I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to use these crooks. Very upsetting to see in our local neighborhood.

I made an appointment online for 9am today 7/31/21 3 days ago. I get there 3 minutes early and the guy tells me they don’t update or follow online appointments. Needless to say their bays were already filled with cars. The guy tells me he doesn’t know when he could get me in or how long it will take. What a waste of time and how unprofessional could you be. I was never even offered an apology by this incompetent rep. Why offer online appointments if you’re not honoring them? Why don’t they notify you? They had my email and phone number. Unbelievable. I will never use Firestone and will tell all my friends and family members not to either. I won’t have to worry because if this is how they operate then they will be bankrupt soon enough. Pathetic.

I had a small accident and they got me on the road and they were so nice and timely. I recommend this place.

They gave me the wrong kind of oil, the expensive synthetic, that I did not request. They told me things were wrong with my vehicle that could not possibly need work. For one thing; I had recently had my brakes replaced elsewhere, but they told me they needed to be fixed. The mechanic that was working on my car was seen running around goofing off with another mechanic while my car just sat there. It took hours for simple oil change.

This place is very efficient. It was so simple to make the appointment online. I was able to choose; curbside dropoff, or just go in. Everyone here was friendly and they seemed to have done good work. I went in today for the lifetime alignment, living in this area you need it!

Got stranded due to car failure and they were so nice. Got us going again! Good work at reasonable price.

I would like to Thank both Ken and Will for helping me out the evening of 03-02-21. Heading up to Syracuse NY from Newark NJ I hit a large pot hole as I was entering Scranton PA. This resulted in two flat tires on the driver side of my vehicle. Ken was contacted by my company and a work order was written for me to bring the car into have two new tires the only consideration was that the shop was closing at 7:00 pm and I had yet to have been towed off of the highway and it was getting close. To make a long story short, The tow driver got me to the Firestone shop at 6:55 and Ken was waiting there with his mechanic Will and kept the shop open so they could mount two tires to my car so I could resume my travels. I would just like to say that this is the essence of what customer service should be. Thank you both Ken and Will for your help with a big bucket of gratitude.

Came in for an inspection this morning on a Sunday 9am hoping they could squeeze me in. The Manager was extremely nice and he really went out of his way to help me and fit me in. Great customer service I ended up getting my car back within the hour. Great experience. I will be back . Thank you !

The guy at the front desk with the spiked white hair tried to swiftly over charge me, Until I told him I already viewed their prices. He immediately had the shocked, embarrassed, angry red shameful face on ... & of course I paid what I was supposed to (their listed price) I’m an intelligent black woman & I run a business of my own. Ladies & gentlemen beware.

Brought my car in for a break line repair. The repair was done fine, however i now have a issue with my alternator which was recently done 2 months ago also they loosened my brand new sway bar stabilizer links and messed with my fog lights that all worked prior to leaving them my vehicle. I found the fog lights fuse was removed, i guess they seen my inspection was coming up and are trying to drum up work. What they dont know is all this work was already recently done so the vehicle would pass inspection. The only reason i had them do the brake line is it blew on a sunday morning right at the mall so i took it there since they were so close and i had no tools with me and i am dealing with a hernia so couldnt repair it myself.

My brother takes his car hear all the time. Last time he waited 7 hrs for his front breaks to be done. I figured the complete auto care was a complete one. But they wouldnt even service my tires because I have beadlocks on them. Should change the name. Other than knowledgeable friendly.

So thankful that they were still open to get new tires on my cousins car as she had a blowout on her way from NYC to Binghamton. They were super accommodating and didnt get annoyed when we asked if they could rotate the tires after one tire had already been mounted and balanced and it was closing time. Thanks guys!

All I needed was an oil change and a knock sensor. My car was here for 5 days and I never received a single phone call about any updates on my car. I was never even notified when it was finished. The only reason I knew anything is because I had to keep calling. The customer service here is a complete joke and the staff could care less. Update: Ive been trying to contact them for over a week, and am getting no call or email responses. They put an aftermarket knock sensor in my car instead of factory part, and my check engine light is still on because of it. 400 dollars down the drain because theyre a scam.

Don’t bother. This place was always good but has gone downhill. Obviously staff changes have effected this. I made an appointment online and when I arrived they told me they don’t have time to do it, then he asked what I needed done. How do you know you don’t have time if you don’t know what I need, lol- what a joke. He also said they do not participate in the online scheduling. I have been a 20 year customer but will not be returning.

I have been taking my car here for years, and my experience this week was excellent, as in the past. I asked for several things to be checked and done. Everything was accomplished more quickly and efficiently than I was anticipating. I especially appreciate their friendliness, honesty, and the fact that they didnt try to make a sale when one wasnt needed, explaining the facts to me. All prices were explained and very reasonable! I know that my car is safer to drive because of the care I received. I have recommended Firestone to several friends and relatives, and have actually taken two there to have work done on their cars. I am a person there, not just a customer! Thank you, Firestone!

So I made an appointment with Firestone today for 1pm and when I arrived I was told that it would be 1 to 1-1/2 half hour wait just to get my car in the garage for a tire rotation & balance. Then they wanted to charge me for a mistake they made when balancing my tires the last time. What a joke! Not even sure why they even make appointments if they cant honor them. DONT GO TO FIRESTONE...STAY AWAY!

Firestone helped me immediately when I was in a bind. Tire pressure light went on for the second time after putting air in them. The day before Christmas Eve, I went to Jack Williams. I was dealing with a non-repairable tire with a screw in it. I needed to get a new tire before heading back to Lancaster. I was visiting family for Christmas. I was upset and distraught because I knew it had to be taken care of. It was a decent air leak. I called Firestone and they immediately, without hesitation, took me in when they were closing in an hour. I was treated royally. They made sure I was taken care of and had the tire on in no more then 15-20 minutes. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and customer service. I will go there anytime and will be going there in the future for any of my emergent needs.

I love coming here to have my vehicles serviced. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Most other places, you have to sit for hours and hours. Not here, you are in and out with an hour. Great place to service your vehicles.

Unprofessional place...

Ive received amazing customer service at this auto shop. I needed a bulb changed for a headlight, and it was late, and the manager drove to the nearest shop and got it changed after the time it was open, just because the computer system had the bulb listed incorrectly and they didnt have the right one in stock. This is just one example. They consistently provide customer service above and beyond, as evidenced that while I was waiting for the bulb, close to close time, they took in someone to change tires quickly before a storm and someone else who came in with a bad wheel off the road. They will always help, at least to get you driving safely, if they happen to be at the store.

Driving from New Hampshire to Dubois, PA. Got a flat tire by Scranton. Called firestone Tire, mount view mall and Robert did not hesitate in helping! Robert and Tom dropped what they were doing, after hours to help replace our tire! They were so nice, helpful and quick!!! I would highly recommend them! They did a great job

Tried to say that we had bald tires on our car. We purchased the tires new less than a year ago from them. I brought the car in for a flat tire fix. Before we bought the car in we examined every tire on the car. THE CAR TIRES HAD LOTS OF THREAD. NEW TIRES. They also said the nail was so big on the tire that it split the tire and we had to get a new one. Plus another that had worn. We found the nail BEFORE we went up to get the tire fixed. The nail was in the THICK PART OF THE THREAD OF THE TIRE. NOT THE OUTTER EDGE. THEY CLAIMED WE HAD TO GET TWO NEW TIRES EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE CAR INSPECTED A FEW MONTHS AGO. I DID A LOT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM .. NO MORE. RIP OFFS.

I can only give this place one star due to the fact they are a very expensive place to go, but I will give one star for the staff they are polite. EXPENSIVE. So i will give two stars.

I am completely done with Firestone. I called ahead of time to get a vehicle inspected and was told to bring it in and they would do it. After sitting there for 2 hrs, I was told they wouldnt be able to help me and referred me to the Pep boys which was located right up the road about a 1 mile or so. But by the time I got to pep boys it was too late in the day for me to get the service I needed. If firestone had told me up front they wouldnt be able to complete the service and let me sit there for hrs, I couldve and wouldve gone elsewhere and this review would never exist

Honest and professional. Quick to ensure you have all the information you need when it comes to pricing and or the diagnosis on the car. I dont come here too often but when I do, theyre generally quite helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help you out.

Be careful what you leave in your car while they have it in the garage. They seem to have sticky fingers in the back! Thank god we didnt book an appointment for tires, wouldnt want to give them the opportunity to shop from our vehicle again!

The management team at this location is by far some of my favorite. They listen to the problem, look to make sure you receive your automobile as soon as possible and most importantly look for the most savings for you!

I had a flat tire and they happily put air in my tire. The man waiting on me was wonderful.

Pulled in here with a flat (in my brand new tire). They weren’t purchased or installed here, but they checked it out and found the problem. They swapped it out for my spare while I waited. Robert was so patient and kind - I would highly recommend.

This place got me in fast when my car started having problems on my trek from upstate ny to nc. I had two cats and a dog in the car with me since I was evacuated from hurricane Florence and the people here were so nice they let me bring them in the waiting room with me. Reasonable pricing too!

Great service, they went above and beyond

Staff was hesitant to come ask my girlfriend and I if we needed help then once being helped out we were basically informed that the tires we had brought to be installed it was not allowed to be installed due to policy. Completely understandable, but then the sales associate just walked away. I was not given any other options, so I just left. Completely confused and unsure as to why I would ever want to go back there again.Other then the cons, the inside of the shop had a very modern layout, nice little waiting lounge for when your car was being worked on. Location is great, easy to find and parking wasnt challenging other then some light confusion with the garage bay door location.Would not return here because Im not sure exactly what services they offer, to be honest, Im not even sure if they sell tires cause it wasnt even offered to me.

Ordered new 35×12.50 on 17 tires from here and they came on time, also ordered new wheels for my Wrangler off the internet they had no problem installing my new tires on my new wheels and then installing them on my Jeep. One thing that kind of annoyed me was they didnt automatically do an alignment but I had to ask either way it was done and was only at the shop for about 2.5 hours. Have been going to Firestone for the past few years for my Jeep Shoes. Will continue going here.

Ordered tires they came in, store said come up we have time to do them. I get there and then I am told it is a 3 hr wait time and the price was higher than the website. Ok they will match the price, good, can you fit me in the morning? No mornings available untill next week. Seriously? Not happening! Will not go there do not recommend them!

My car broke down while visiting on a saturday night. This was one of the few places that would be opem on Sunday to fix the car in time for me to get back home. The service was exceptional from the moment i called. They said they would squeeze the car into their busy schedule and were even open later than expected on Saturday night to receive the car. They were clear on the work needed and got it done fast. If I lived here, I would definitely come back.One extra plus is that since firestone is a chain they will know about repaira done at any Firestone location

If I could rate a zero I would. First off they forgot to tighten lug nuts on my husbands truck the tire flew off and caused loads of damage. Now they tell people to bring their cars in to charge $50 then say they cant do the work for 2 days. They want to charge 1300 for a 100 part! Rip offs stay away!!!

They will work with you if you have an emergency but if it isnt and emergency make sure to call and get an appointment cuz the online service is awful and doesnt work at all anymore. Make sure to get warrantys on your tires too cuz they are great with replacements and servicing them if you have a warranty

Walked in to get a price range on brakes guys asks fornt pr back i said idk so said he couldnt give me a price. Said Im just lookin for a round about evwn if its front and back brakes. He said couldnt help unless he knew what was going on.

This shop is all about getting money if you bring your car there I bet it comes out with somethimg else wrong my daughters pipe was cut from underneath and it wasnt before she took it there. They lie and fix things in a way that you have to come back. Place should be investigated by the B.B.B. before they kill someone my daughter drives with a baby and they really dont care and funny they fixed my radiator and my car is running hot again guess where my car wont be going. Hope this helps others firestone ✌

The folks at Firestone really bailed us out of a jam... After a recent caliper replacement, a bolt fell out of the bottom of the caliper while driving up the highway, an hour and a half from home. We limped it to Firestone and they got us right in to diagnose the problem. They fixed the caliper so that we could get home and get it replaced properly.Firestone saved us the hassle and cost of renting a hotel room for the night and gettin got fixed in the morning.The staff was very knowledgeable and communicated with us at every step. If we lived closer I would do all my work through Firestone of Scranton.

I recently was at this location getting an oil change and inspection; I was told that I would need three tires and to replace the windshield washer to pass inspection. They tried to charge me over 100 dollars a tire, I declined and got a second opinion. It turned out that I only needed two tires, they lied to me about the one failing. I explained about the windshield that I did not have fluid in it so obviously it would not work. They told me they did put fluid in as a curteousy and that it must be frozen; clearly they did not check because when I got in my car it worked immediately. I advised them I was going to get tires else where and then told me I would need to pay 10 more dollars to re-inspect my car. This they did waive; but still lied about my tire and did not check my windshield washer.

Best place for vehicle service in my opinion! Never disappointed thats for sure!

A bunch of rip offs, brought it my car for electricla reset i told them before bringing it in thats its electrical issue and they should reset it and if its comes back i will bring it in for a full diagnostic, after 15 min they manager comes out with a big list of electrical issues that needs to be fixed bassicly thebwhole car is bad and refused to reser it unless i fix the problems, oh and its a 3 years old car 44K miles. Nothing wrong
