We have got to vehicles from keystone auto on keyser ave and both have been great. The first one we got back in September-October of last year and our truck is still going strong and just recently we purchased another vehicle and that also is great! The owner and his workers are wonderful people NO bad ratings here! Thank you guys for everything very satisfied customer 🤗

Horrible just horrible.. a mere day after driving car off lot engine over heated and gasket blew... told me there was nothing they can do because it was an as is sale.... fraud! fraud! fraud! we live paycheck to paycheck now we are footing a car note on a car that will not run! still waiting on registration sticks been over a month and half!! buyer beware and stay away far far far away!!!! now i know im not the only one..... because of all the reviews and BBB complaints on this business... one good car sale out of hundreds should not be something to be proud of....

These guys dont even derseve one star in my book bought a car from here and ONE WEEK later the engine blows up. Been trying and trying to call them and they wont return any of our calls so my husband went down there and he goes oh Ive been meaning to call you you back but says he never got a call or text ? we tell them the problem and they werent willing to help us or anything just kept saying it was our fault. And i see now that we arent the only ones with this problem. Bunch of sleezballs. Plz anyone trying to by a car DO NOT GO HERE!! They only want ur money they dont care about customers at all.

Two vehicles from this dealership in the last couple months, and both of them needed new engines. tried to resolve the issue with the owners dave and rob, but they insist that both vehicles needed new engines because of the way we drove!!?? we must have been driving like maniacs, being we had both cars for 3 weeks each before they broke down. both cars ended up needing new engines. we were offered a warranty that covered everything under the hood according to dave, to later find out it was only powertrain! $2000 of repairs later, now it needs the engine replaced. sure, they drove fine for the first 2-3 weeks, but watch out. after overheating, we were told there was a hole in the radiator because the battery was never even tied down and kept hitting the radiator. dont you think this PROVES it was poorly inspected by the dealership? they are not willing to again take responsibility or accountability. we are honest, humble people who live paycheck to paycheck, and now have to pay for the incompetency of this dealership. the vehicles spent more time in the shop than it did in our driveway, and its sad to have to make payments on a vehicle on top of the bills for major repairs. it is obvious they buy from the auction a mile down the road and do not inspect or repair any vehicle before putting it up for sale. they ignore our calls and delete our comments and reviews on their fb page, so we have no choice but to find other avenues to get their unethical business practices known to the public! it is a shame it has come down to this, as we have spoke so highly of your company with the cooperation, consideration, and professionalism that we first received. how can a company be willing to make good on one vehicle and not the replacement, being it has encountered the same problem? clearly there is an issue in the procedure of inspection before sale on the dealership level- things are being overlooked by the mechanic. they are not willing to again take responsibility or accountability this time for the same problem they already admitted to. shame on you, you lost a good repeat customer.
