I’ve shattered my screen to the point I couldn’t use it twice and have had other issues with the lighting port. These guys are the best at getting it working again within an hour. Prices are fair for the services they provide. I recommend them to anyone that has a phone/laptop issue

My iPhone SE 2nd Gen got smashed and I thought it was a goner—the lcd screen was messed up, and the entire screen was shattered. The techs at iDropped fixed it in less than an hour—at the fraction of the price of a new phone.

I needed a new screen for my iPhone X Max. I had it replaced less than a year before at the shop across from Viewmont. I ended up with a dead spot in the middle of the screen after paying about $267. Warranty was only good for 3 months 🤬 Apple wanted somewhere in the neighborhood of $360 for a new screen 🤬 I called “idropped” at Steamtown,they explained my options, I paid $180 with tax and got a 1 year warranty. They delivered exactly what they said, in the time frame they said. I recommend these guys. Stay away from the other one!

My son and I stopped by iDropped this afternoon, after he shattered the glass on his iPhone 6Plus. It was BAD! The associate was so professional. He let us know to stop back in 45 minutes, since we’d be shopping. Not even 40 minutes later and his phone was as good as new! The associate even assisted us in finding something stronger than a screen protector. The price was much less than expected, as well. I hope I don’t ever need the service again, but if so, I’ll be back. I 100% recommend them!

I needed screen replacement on an iPhone 8plus. Cost was $99 plus a tempered glass for $15 and took roughly 35 minutes. Both gentlemen were professional and helpful. They even gave me an impact accessory since the phone is older and going to be used for my toddler’s speech programs. I’d definitely go back! Thank you 😊

Low quality screens, I fixed my iPhone 11, after a week it stopped working, I took it back they said it’s not covered under warranty. Don’t waste your money, their prices are extremely expensive.

Unfortunately they were unable to assist me with screen repair for the type of device that I had. But what they did do was priceless. They went out of their way to find out how to get in touch with the manufacturer to resolve my issues. For this reason, I give them a great big two opposable thumbs up! It costs absolutely nothing to be nice. They went above and beyond knowing that they were not going to make a dime on a sale. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Wonderful service. My estimate was for $99 for replacement of screen and internal components (phone was dropped, no external damage but touch screen was not working.) instead it only cost $25 for a diagnostic fee as it just needed a minor fix

Informative & Friendly - knew just what phone I had when I said the problem I was having- which made me feel the technician knew how to fix it- and he did! Was ready at the time promised ! The paperwork that goes through a check list with you and the technician before the work and again after the work before younoay for the job- also is a nice plus. Happy to be back up and running !! My son dropped his iPhone 7 in the parking lot outside the mall, shattering the screen. In an hour, the iDropped guy had it looking and working like new. He was also very friendly.Yes, $100 isn’t cheap, but I’ve done screen replacements myself before and it’s worth it to have someone else do it, especially since if something goes wrong, they have a stack of additional parts sitting right there.

Absolutely wonderful! I didn’t know if I was ever going to get the screen fixed on my iPhone as I live in the country, an hour from Scranton. I dropped off my phone and left to do some shopping. When I came back to pick it up, it was ready and in perfect condition. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Avery at iDropped. I dropped and smashed my phone screen the night before I had to leave for a trip. Avery fixed my screen, applied a tempered glass screen protector and set me up with a case that would help assure this wouldnt happen again. He was able to do this for me in a timely manner and I was able to go on my trip the next morning with a new, crack free screen.

Lint made the front facing camera on my phone very fuzzy and out of focus, took it to iDropped and Justin was a huge help! The camera looked like the phone was brand new and he did it in about 10 minutes right in front of me. very personable and professional. Also made me feel very comfortable about having my phone opened!

Customer service was great! The person CS was good to talk to. I should have inquired as to what to expect. The screen seems different from the original and I keep catching my finger on the home screen. Better than a new 900 phone though.- edit: took it back after some issues and they fixed it. Seems much better the second time around. They didn’t give me any problems about the warranty of the screen.

I’ve had iPhones, iPads screens and batteries replaced. Both at the Viewmont mail and Steamtown mall locations. They do great work and are very quick prompt. They are also extremely and very polite.

The staff at idropped were friendly and saved me a lot of money. I went in prepared to pay them to replace the lighting jack on my iPhone. Before doing the replacement they suggested letting them clean the port instead. They were able to clean the port out and return it to full functionality. The best part....they didnt charge me for the cleaning! This saved me $65. Instead of letting me pay for a service I didnt really need they put customer value over profit. Thats a rarity.

The battery on my sons iPhone wouldn’t take a charge and when we went to Verizon the only help that they could offer was to send the phone to the insurance company for a replacement. This would have cost $150 and taken 3 days . We went to idropped they had his iPhone fixed in under an hour for $50. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I would like to commend Shannon Bunzey on her fabulous customer service! Im known to break my phone screen ALOT! But through her advice was convinced that having a tempered glass screen protector along side a more durable case was the way to go! Not only was she extremely friendly, but the time and effort she took to inform me about my phone and apply the protective cover were far better than Ive experienced anywhere else.

I had my iPhone screen replaced and it wouldnt work so I went back and they replaced it again under warranty and it still does not work. The screen will freeze or turn off as well as mis-read where youre placing your finger. Spend the extra money and have it fixed properly or youll have to buy a new phone like I did, wasting the hundred + dollars that it took to replace the screen.
