The store in dickson has been literally impossible just to get inside since COVID started, but this place was apparently always right down the street and I was able to walk right inside and was assisted immediately. So refreshing compared to having to book appointments weeks in advance, Im never going anywhere else but here!

Waited 30 mins for help, with only one employee in the store, who was blabbing on and on about everything BUT work related issues for a good 20 mins.. I asked how long, she said 10 mins. Another customer comes walking in the door, and ANOTHER employee cones out of the back and takes a customer that literally just opened the door and walked in. I said really? Ive waited 30 mins now and youre not going to tell him Im next? And she gave me this attitude and said Ill be with you shortly. 10 mins later, STILL WITH HER CUSTOMER conversation non stop while the other guy was finished and gone. Ended up walking out of store. Employee was rude and disrespectful. Will NEVER recommend this store to anyone at any point for any reason. Be prepared to be talked down to, and to wait for social hour to be over!

I had a VERY bad experience at the M.B.A. authorized dealer in Taylor. I was beside myself with what happened to be there. This company.... T.C.C... came to my service... helping me beyond my expectations. I heard they got whole new staff in there.... this place I would recommend to anyone who chooses not to go to the corporate Verizon store. I would send my family and closest friends there. Thanks to Patel, manager, for helping me 100%... as he said he would. Friendly and professional, VERY knowledgeable, and willing to help. 5 stars. :D

Had to transfer providers. Customer service was bad and wouldn’t allow promos for upgrades went to AT&T got a way better deal and I got an iPhone 11

Never going to another store again!!! The manager Taylor is the most helpful, sweetest sales person I have ever worked with! You’d think most millennials would be lazy, but everytime I come in this girl is busting her a** all the time! My husband and I have had nothing but terrible experiences at the store in Dickson city.. So it was a breath of fresh air to come here & be treated with such kindness and respect. On top of that she really knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend her or any of her staff!

Honestly this is the ONLY Verizon store I will go to. Every time I go there I always walk out happy. I have changed my plan, bought new phones, & even added a new line. Every person I deal with is kind & helpful.

Excellent Service

This place is a rip-off and not an actual Verizon store. Just got off the phone with Verizon customer support -- our daughter was having problems with her SIM card and they charged her to replace it, even though we have insurance on the phone and it should have been covered. Verizon CS explained to us that there are various stores that are authorized to sell Verizon products but are not actually Verizon-owned. Verizon CS refunded our money and we will never return to this store that is acting in a fraudulent manner.

I called this store looking for someone to talk too. I was told that I needed to speak to their district manager. Krevin was his name. I had to ask for the name and number of the one above Krevin and they all continually refused to give it to me to file a complaint like they were hiding something. I then spoke to a manager at this store. Vrajesh was his name. He was very rude and unprofessional. He talked over me, just kept Mhm me with a tone. He even tried to push me off to the dickson city store. What made it worse I heard him call me a bonchode. When I spoke to the district manager about what that meant and why his manager said it, he told me he had no idea what it meant. I used google translate to learn that it means sister f***er! So I guess if you have a problem with them they will just insult you in another language. Would rate 0 if I could. Telling all my family and friends to stick to real Verizon store! If you were smart you would too. Very unprofessional and rude. I also heard they sell refurbished products which is a horrible! My friend got a tablet from them and the stupid thing didnt even turn on!
