Doughnuts were great as always and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the reason I am giving this particular location only three stars is because it seemed that it was not as clean as other Krispy Kreme locations that I have frequented. More attention needs to be given to cleanliness. I will be fair and state that they seemed pretty busy and it was snowy and wet outside the day that I was there.

Stopped specifically to get some of the holiday donuts. Very disappointed! Got several of each of the different variety of Christmas donuts. Each and every single one of them had a filling that was maybe the size of a dime around inside at most. Every single one! That meant that over 80% of the donut was just dough and tasted bland. They were decorated nicely, but not up to par of what we normally get. The regular donuts without filling were as good as usual though. Just beware if you’re trying the Christmas ones.

I really like this location! Great parking and friendly staff. This location is always spotless! I recommend fresh out the oven Glaze doughnuts 🍩 the assorted ones are great as well and so of the seasonal ones!!

OMGosh I forgot how good freshly made donuts are! In the Binghamton area we have Dunkin Donuts and they use to be awesome until they cut costs by precooking donuts and trucking them in to locations...There is no comparison to fresh donuts cooked on site so Ill be praying you expand to the Binghamton Area and in the mean time, I guess Ill travel for my fresh donuts!

Krispy Kreame are by far the BEST donuts you can get. They are super fresh, and at various times you can even get them hot out the oven. If you are on a diet this is not the place for you. I can easily eat 6 original at one time!! Lol. The place is clean, the workers adequately friendly and the service quick. Stop by if your in the area. You wont regret it!!

Excellent quick stop. Krispy Kreme has the best glazed donuts ever. Fast friendly service, good location, great parking. Easy in, easy out. There is a cozy place to sit inside and enjoy your coffee and donuts. They even have hot chocolate

The establishment seemed clean but the customer service is horrendous. I stood at the register for almost 10-minutes, with 3 employees standing behind the register. One of the girls looked at me several times and then walked away to stock napkins - while the other stood around talking and another was making drinks. I understand you have cleaning to do, but acknowledge your customers with a simple greeting and let us know you see us standing there instead of blatantly ignoring. It took me speaking up for assistance and then never even apologized for the disrespect. I understand businesses are struggling but you had 3 employees, and only 1 was making drinks and there was only one other customer in the location. Also, my donuts were ice cold & not fresh.

There were good but I think they put a different type of glaze on the donuts if you know what I mean

As is always the case the donuts were fantastic. I had to drive from Jim Thorpe to Scranton for the experience but it is more than worth it. If I had the money I would start a franchise in Carbon or Monroe county just to bring so much pleasure to my friends and neighbors.

They did not serve me when it was my turn to pay. They served others, completely disregarding my presence. I had to call upon a staff member and asked to pay for my food. I was made to feel unwelcome and will not be returning here.

Best donuts ever!

Incredibly overpriced. $1.30 for a single doughnut. Thats twice the price of wawa or dunkin. The raspberry filled is good, but not worth that much.At least they had a nice selection and seemed pretty stocked up when we went in.

Can never go wrong with the glazed...my husbands favorite but be careful with the filled donuts. We stopped tonight to try the 3 new holiday pie flavors....the chocolate cream wasnt even filled half way. (See pictures) big fail...would have been delish if it was filled.

Staff is great and store is clean. The restrooms are not clean. There was water all over the floor.

Although the people behind the register were not very friendly I cant say a bad thing about the donuts. I drove 2.5 hours to get them and it was worth it. The donuts were not warm when arrived at 7:00 but they were still good. The original glazed is by far the best. The coffee is also good!

Wow. Every now and then you must indulge.

Krispy Kreme shops seem pretty reliable with good quality. I prefer the donuts without the glaze. I like custard filled, apple filled or lemon filled but with just a dusting of sugar or chocolate topped.

My bottom is not getting any smaller when they make such good donuts, I have to do better with my cravings because I need back up beeping and the wide load sign for my rear, end,..

They went above and beyond. We visited this Krispy Kreme the last time we were in Scranton PA. Today, after showing our covid vaccine cards we got two free donuts and they gave us a whole other box of donuts free just out of the kindnessof their hearts. Krispy Kreme treats you like family.
