I went to buy glasses at the jcpenny optical at the viewmont mall a few years back. The lady that sold me the glasses was very rude and had a bad attitude! After a few weeks I had to return my glasses because they scratched somehow. I had to pay a $20.00 co-pay to get the scratch out of my lenses. I would never go to this place to purchase glasses again!
