No one greets you when you walk into the store and they pretend they don’t see you as they continue their side conversations. Not helpful at all or knowledgeable. Very disappointing experience. Both times I ordered glasses no one called me to let me know they arrived.

Worst place Ive been. The exam was 5 min said my eyes didnt change yet I was there because I couldnt see so well. Then get the glasses the never fitted them to my face tge lady was rood. Said they looked find . Off she went.

Spoke to someone on phone the person I spoke to could not decide if they tale Medicaid or not I explained that I went there last year and they took Medicaid ask to speak to manager I was told the same thing but they also said they did not take Medicare the manager was very rude I will not recommend this place to anyone or never go there again

Debbie and Jasmine took the right amount of time to fit my difficult prescription. They are extremely pleasant and the prices were really fair. The store is spacious and exceptionally clean and I cant recommend Visionworks in Scranton highly enough if you are in the market for contacts or eyeglasses

Visionworks is supported by my eye insurance and lets me take advantage of promotions, a thing not many places let you do. The staff has helped me many times to adjust (and re-adjust) my frames to sit on my face just right. Ive gotten many compliments on glasses I purchased there, and will be getting more from them soon.

Dr Rupp was so great today!!! DJ the Manager was so helpful and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection and great prices too.

Staff members were friendly and terrific at explaining options. They were also understanding of my long commute/availability in the Scranton-area only for one day, so they worked to get my glasses to me on the same day as my eye exam.

Deceitful advertising ploy to get people in. 2 pairs for $59..? Joke...Dr spent no time with me. He needs personal skills training at the very least. Go elsewhere!!!

The optician at Viewmont Mall Visionworks, broke my vintage Ray Ban Wayfarer frames trying to get the old non-prescription lenses out (to replace them with their prescription lenses)So I had a second pair of RB Wayfarers, and I got the old lenses out myself, successfully in one minute (the irony of this did not escape me) I gave my second pair of Ray Bans to Visionworks to put their prescription lenses in. (They seemed annoyed that I would not buy their frames, and told me if there was a problem with the prescription lenses they would not fix it, because it was not in their frames)They made absolutely no apology to me for breaking my vintage Ray Bans frames. The manager and optician were arrogant and condescending to me in my dealings with them. When I complained about the prescription lenses being off, the optician came up with every excuse in the known universe. Well their prescription lenses were off, and I was so sickened by my experience there, that I did not go back and demand they correct it. I will never, ever purchase anything from Viewmont Mall Visionworks again.

Took my wife to Scranton VisionWorks for the Buy one Get one sale The doctor did a fantastic job he nailed the script she can see perfectly. The staff was polite and didnt try to upsell us stuff that we could not afford. One pair was in early so we picked that one up first the second was done within the 2 weeks they said it would take. 100% great experience I cant wait till I can afford to go myself.

Dr. was great rest of the staff was rude. I had to walk around and ask 2 different people for help who then tried to push me off on another associate. Told I would get my glasses in a week and still havent gotten them. I called and they told me the glasses didnt pass quality control so they had to reorder. I shouldnt have to call 3 times to figure that out. No one communicated this with me. Probably wont go to vision works again.

As a new patient the doctor didn’t even say hello or introduce himself, even after I said hello to him. He ended the exam not by telling me anything about my eyes just handing me a card to schedule exam for next year. He led me out of the exam room and said I can pick from the glasses on the wall. I was interested in contacts but no one ever asked me. So when I asked the girl at the counter she told me the doctor would have to take me back to measure my eyes and he wasn’t going to do that. The glasses were all over priced and while I browsed them then I had to listened to one of the employees make rude comments about patients who weren’t currently in the office. I ended up just getting my prescription and leaving. The staff gave the impression that I was annoyance. Not a great first impression. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Rip off. Instead $20, like it said in their window, I was charged $78. Never again, very unprofessional.
