Absolutely horrible place! I got a money order here they over charged me, I tried to give the right amount and she assured me 60$ was it and it was wrong. Therefore even with the calculator attached to the cash register they cant get it right... Although it was only 8$ the fact is they messed up and refused to fix it. I strongly suggest avoiding dealing with anything at this place. Awful customer service!!!!

Really good option for picking up essentials if you live around UofS campus, better prices, decent selection, and clean. I wish they had later hours, but the store itself has definitely gotten better over the last couple years.

Excellent store and excellent customer service. They go the extra mile for customers. The best Rite Aid Ive ever been in. Words alone can not convey.

I had to handle getting refills, and paying for prescriptions over the phone. The doctors office was hard to reach. Steve was very, very helpful. He went above to take care of my prescription needs.

I went to this pharmacy every day for five days to get one simple prescription filled. It wasnt until the third day they they found out the medication was on back order. Because it was time-sensitive medicine it would have been really nice to know that 3 days before when I first went. My doctor is not in the area so missing my time frame would have meant driving over an hour for another visit and more blood work. Thankfully another pharmacy actually ordered the medicine the FIRST time i asked about it and got it to me. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes after speaking to someone on the phone just to be hung up on. The line was busy the next 5 times I tried calling. I would not use this pharmacy again. Staff was very nice though and tried to be helpful for the most part.

Thank you so much we came to the Poconos for our vacation and my husband left his needles home. Hes a diabetic Thanks to the staff there they find his needles for his meds made our weekend great.

The service is terrible, the manager is rude and likes to tell her customers to go somewhere else if they dont agree with the service, and they charge fees on not chargeable gift cards and on top of that she once told me to get the f out because I asked why there was a few on a Xbox currency card and she said because I said so... I hope this place gets either re staffed or shut down

The customer service was horrible, Im never trustin this Rite Aid place ever again, chargin me with fees fer a fillin up a visa gift card.. It either needs a new manager and staff or shutdown completely...

Good place great stuff

Called to refill my prescription & was told it would be ready whenever I got there. I arrived & was told “give us just a few minutes” with no customer service sincerity. I have now been sitting here waiting for my prescription for over 25 minutes.

All your drug store needs in one place along with some extras. I was wrong on time closing for Sunday. Sundays closing time is 5pm
