Beth and her team did an outstanding job reupholstering a classic sofa for us and we couldnt be happier with the result. She took an old beat up couch and turned it into the nicest thing we own! We have an antique chair that was brought to Doug Schmitt antiques to have the wood parts repaired. The work was excellent. Doug then recommended Keystone Upholstery for the fabric. While the craftsmanship was ok, what has me giving a rating of one star is the unprofessionalism and the treatment of customers. The gentleman I dealt with was very much conceded, ignorant, and arrogant. I was so unhappy with the mannerisms and statements said, I urge anyone reading to not consider Keystone Fabrics as a place to take their business.

We have two leather couches, that we purchased from Boscovs 30 yrs ago. The leather remained in pretty good shape, but the saeting suspension and padding were worn out. An old friend recommended, Keystone, Upholstery, so we gave them a call.Matt arrived exactly when he said he would, evaluated the couches and gave us an honest evaluation of the two pieces, and a total cost for a rebuild (not the leather). He also told us when they would pick up the furniture, and when it would be returned. He gave us a later date for pickup and promised return, all within one week. At the time he stated that he did NOT want to keep us furnitureless for any period of time,. In other words Matt put us in his schedule. No phoney cable TV guy type of scheduling ! We have all had estimated times of service between 8 to 12, or 1 to 4, only to have the service guy show up whenever, while youre sitting home wasting time. This was NOT our issue with Keystone.Keystone picked up the couches at the exact AM time that Matt stated, and had them returned within one week, and the results are better than when they were new.We were so very pleased that that we had a couple of more pieces scheduled and done, all with the same,on time pickup, return delivery and a quality/cost ratio far above any replacement costs.In my opinion, it is so rare today, to find a company and people, that do exactly what they promise and then provide top quality workmanship. All of this locally, is as great as it gets.
