Ive been going there ever since they opened, place down the street nobody knows anything and they give you the wrong parts. Today I went in they put the windshield wiper blade on for me very knowledgeable answered a lot of my questions and told me some things that I didnt know about wiper blades. I will always go back there again and always say good things about that store and the employees friendly.

Tried warrantying a part that had a “lifetime” warrantee but they can’t find it in there systems okay so that whole sales tactic about being lifetime warrantee is NOT true don’t listen to them. Being a commercial customer you’d think they would just warrantee it instead of all the bogus but nope advanced strikes again!

Stopped in for a air filter cleaning kit, store was clean and well stocked.

My husband had a water leak in his car with very little coolent hence the reason he was there buying coolent. The water leaked on the parking lot and an employee came out and asking for him to clean it up. Apparently they dont have any product for customer to clean leaks nor do they help you clean up. They made him buy the shavings and clean it up no offers to help. We have seen larger oil spilled or leaking in that parking lot and nobody made the customer clean it. I am all for the environment and absolutely believe that if it was a huge spill it should have been cleaned up or reported to the store what happened today was highly unprofessional

Advanced auto parts > Auto zone all day. Employees are actually helpful. Auto Zene manager in Seabrook is not only not too bright but hangs up on customers and is rude. Bottom line... go to Aadvanced auto parts. Ps. Auto zone didnt even have the parts for my 19 Equinox.

Ordered a part a week ago, was supposed to be delivered this morning, was told the order was cancelled at midnight this morning, another family member went later and they gave a completely different reason and said it was never ordered in the first place, and during that same encounter gave another 3rd story that didn’t match with either of the previous stories

As to be expected from most large auto parts stores, you wont find uber nice detailing equipment or accessories. Staff was friendly but not overly knowledgeable.

I normally do all my business at Autozone mainly because Im familiar with them and have no issue with them whatsoever but I needed an 02 sensor for my 2004 Subaru outback and Advance Auto Parts sold it around 30 dollars cheaper than AZ. I had help from a mechanic friend who made a mistake and I had to run back in thinking I had got the wrong part.I showed up 5 minutes before they closed which I know can be very frustrating for retail clerks. I linked up with JC, and honestly I was a little worried at first because he looked quite young. He pulled out the same part in my hand from behind the counter and it was a perfect match to what I thought I needed but he suggested that I may have taken off the wrong 02 sensor. So he now at about closing time took the time to go and run a code reader and confirmed that I had the bought the right part and simply removed the inccorect sensor and took even a few more minutes to answer a few questions I had in depth and set me up with the right information to do what I needed to do. Id been toying with my car all day and now probably about 40 minutes after I left Im all set and ready to inspect. First impression is everything, Ill probably start doing all my business at this store. Very nice respectable and knowledgeable guy. Probably the best experience Ive had at a retail outlet. Id buy him a beer, but Im not even sure hes old enough. Many thanks friend.
