Very nice they gave me a 2 for 1 item. Was returning a can without a spray nozzle. So the cashier gave me a free one. I just used the same nozzle for both cans of tire shine.I really never expected that.!

Kirk Dahl has very poor customer service. Needs to go back to training on how to treat customers with kindness and respect.1. Does not have courteous Customer Service2. Told me to go to O’Reilly if I wanted a lifetime warranty.3. Would not look up an item at another store outside his radius. He said, he only had access to look up items with a small radius distance from the store.4. Once again, not courteous at all.5. Several bad reviews from other postings. Kirk was the most Condescending individual I have ever encountered in customer service. He actually told me to use common sense.

Great customer service! The manager even went out of his way to pick up a part from another location just to make sure I got it. The new Seabrook location on Repsdorph has a most excellent staff and so very helpful!!!

Great and friendly service. I had purchased a battery at a different auto parts store and they said they couldn’t install it for me, therefore I return it and came to this autozone. As easy as it may sound I have never changed a battery. It was 10 minutes before they closed and Justin helped me. I really appreciated his help specially when they were about to close.

Normally I get great service here. Today I could tell walking in the mood wasnt good. I had battery trouble from one that Id purchased there. They wouldnt help open my hood, told me to go home and take battery out and bring back ? Im not able to that !!! Battery died again on way home, thanks guys ! Got another jump, went to another Autozone, they replaced my battery checked my system and were so nice.

Store is orderly and easy to navigate. The employees are very accommodating and will help upon request and usually ask if you need a hand. If there are items needed that they dont have in stock, they will do their best to locate and provide you with said item. This location is newer but has an amazing team.

The Grey shirt, Duhkirk,was a bit snippy when I walked in. After 20 seconds of humor to cheer him up looking for a wheel nut n stud. I get a fresh attitude about how Oreilys is giving away parts, I should go there! I bit my tongue and paid the 9.52 for a nut that wasnt a perfect match. Made it to the door n realized, I WONT pay for the wrong part,AND be treated like an amateur (20 yr shop owner ). Got my refund, and my exact 20$ bill back, and went to oreilys. .. 2.21$ later.Yes 2 bucks! I got the exact one.Didnt have to give the yr and model and and transmission and engine either....Yeah. Ive come to really dislike his arrogance. Its subtle., but trust its there...Id rather drive to another city, or competitor like oh oh oh,even though its brand new and rt down the street.

I feel so lucky to have this particular AutoZone crew so close to my house. Twice now theyve gotten my beloved old Miata (1997!) what it needs to keep running strong. Friendly, very competent assistance and reasonable prices. Check engine lights flee from these fellas!

Trying to be fair and not give a terrible review. As it stands it could be better. They didnt order a part on time. It didnt show up. No one knew anything about why or how...They gave a discount but it honestly doesnt come close to covering the time and expenses that are having to be used to because of thier mess up. Having worked qt a parts store and as a mechanic they should be more determined to get it right the first time. People depends on transportation to do basic things alone with critical life tasks... sucks when you cant cou t in people to do a basic task and click a mouse...

I cant recall the name of the young lady who worked behind the counter, but I do remember she had several piercings, long story short she was excellent, very helpful, patient & informative great customer service serves as a hospitable agent and that is definitely what she displayed.

Wont be returning here again. Mother got pulled over by police for a out brake light. She went here to get a new one and asked if they could put the light in since she didnt have the tools. The guy refused, said it would take over 30 minutes to do it. So she went to OReillys they put it in, in 5 minutes. This Autozone hasnt been the same since its moved to Repsdorph from 146. Wont be returning here. Ill trade with OReillys from now on.
