Quick, easy, and delicious! I accidentally picked up the wrong bagel and took it to my table. They were patient and insisted that I keep the wrong one and still gave me the right one. They wouldn’t even let me pay for the wrong one. 😢

The food ordered was good but trying to order coffee was a nightmare. Ordered 2 coffee ome with cream and sugar and 1 plain. Had to repeat self that there was more than just one coffee and in the end got one coffee that was overflowing. Really was unimpressed with this experience and I wouldnt want to come here again unless I wanted just food and no beverage.

Be ware this place charges you an extra 4% for using your credit card. They also have been adding this charge ( called Non Cash Fee) onto cash sales. I have had this happen the last 2 times i bought there and used cash. I asked the owner about this this am and he said it was a computer glich..... Check your receipts. They are adding 4% onto each sale - cash or credit

I normally love this place but this morning I found what I believe to be a finger nail in my coffee!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. GROSS. The manager was defensive of his employees saying nobody has yellow nails. Obviously the nail was in the ice bin or coffee pot for a while then if nobody at that time had yellow nails. He offered to repay for my breakfast but clearly did NOT care that this happened saying it couldn’t be them.

I have been a customer for two years and loved the bagels until the last few months. The bagels use to be heavy and solid like nice New York style bagels, but now are very light and full of air pockets and taste different also.Very disappointing.

Every time I go I ask for the bagel to be toasted but they never toast it and give me a cold bagel with cold cream cheese. I don’t think this is too difficult of a request but apparently it is.

Amazing bagels and bagel sandwiches. Great variety of bagels, spreads and fresh sandwiches. Coffee is always good and fresh. Staff is always pleasant and have a smile for the customer. I like when the drive through is down, ordering at the window seems much easier. I will always choose this over one of the area chain coffee places without a second thought.

The variety is second to none. I have had the sandwiches and they are excellent. The service is friendly and quick. I reccomend this place if youre looking for a great experience.

Food is a bit pricey and they keep getting cheaper on their ingredients. Chicken chipotle sandwhich used to be good, made from real chicken they handpicked but now they use a cheap chicken meat substitute that is hard as a rock and will make you sick if you eat it. Didnt change the price despite using fake and cheaper ingredients. I have also had several times where they forgot to give me my change back, which was over 10$. Coffee isnt that bad but its expensive compared to starbucks and dunkins. Staff is rude. Come here if you want to pay 15$ for a bagel and a coffee that will probably give you food poisoning.

I ate breakfast here this morning and it was delicious. I got a sesame bagel with lox and cream cheese. I think it was on the menu but I didnt look very hard. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful in getting me what I wanted. The bagel I has we as very good. Cheewey and not bready like a super market bagel.

Although the bagels may be delicious, the service was not great. I placed an order through the drive through and had to repeat my order SIX times because they didnt understand what I was ordering listed on their menu. When I got my food, they forgot 3 things I had ordered as well.

Bagle was very good, but my first time there and staff was very ignorant with the worst attitude so miserable, the lady with dark brown hair, makes my first time coming there want to be my last, maybe people shouldnt be working there if they are that miserable! Need to have more positive happy outgoing staff, I have herd from alot of people the same thing but i wanted to try for myself, and just what i was told

Outstanding warm chewy NY style authentic bagels.I get a bag full every chance I get.Their Sammys are to die for, fresh handcut veg and top quality. They even have a drive thru so I can take quality food to work for lunch, or grab a Sammy when out doing errands. This beats Einsteins or Paneras by a landslide. Go!!

The workers were extremely rude to us. They couldnt understand our order. When we asked them to fix our order they rolled their eyes at us and told us they already made it. They then threw the coffee abruptly into the sink and huffed. While the food was ok, the coffee was awful. Straight cream.
