Beware !!!! These people have no business painting boats. Please go somewhere else !!! You will be sorry if you use this guy. Complete disaster that now will cost thousands to fix.

Ben did a great job on the bottom of my boat the rest of his services have been nothing less than upsetting. Exclude his mechanic Coke. The guy helped and did no wrong. But the problems I had started the day I paid them the total of $3500 before all the work was completed. When the boat came off the hard cushions in the main cabin were ruined. The battery cover in the main cabin’s hinges were broken. Didn’t tell me. There was grease all over the pilot house. The pedestal crown was on the deck (broken) and the compass cover was broken and pieces all over the pilot house. Nobody could have missed this fact. Didn’t mention it upon returning it to my dock. he has not addressed them even though I sent pics, made Calls, and sent emails. His office won’t pick up my calls. In addition to that the boat now leaks from some of the through holes which he serviced. There is water coming in from around the head. Can’t figure out where the leak is coming from. Just wanted him to come back and do the things we agreed to. I also had a lot of work done on my diesel engine with Ben and not only is one of the batteries burned up which was brand new, they also did not come back to ascertain what was going on with the starting problem. I also asked Ben to do additional work which he has never come back to even try to complete. I paid for him to hook up all electronics, test, make sure the wind power was working, and report any issues. Didn’t complete or communicate these things. I’ve reached out to Ben no less than a half a dozen times. He answered his cell one day, and he promised to go over to the boat, and then didnt show up or call me to schedule a time. I have not been able to get A hold of his staff nor have they replied to any of my emails pictures of problems or proposed any solutions. I’m certainly disappointed after hearing that Ben would do my boat right. I have A list of issues that are directly related to their possession of the boat. But they refused to even call and address it. $3500 later; I will never use BM Boat Works again. Beware

Ultimate service!This is my second bottom/hull polishing job I have had done by BM Boatworks. Both have been above and beyond expectations. They have just finished the second job - took my admittedly tired hull and transformed it into showroom condition! It looks so good that Ill forget about trading up for a while!

We had them do our bottom paint, install a new thru hull, and wax the hull of our Beneteau 473. Star is easy to work with and Ben is a straight shooter. Prices were competitive, the work was done quickly, there were no surprised, and the boat looks great!
