I requested a safety inspection, oil change and they recommended a tire rotation. I was treated like a friend of the manager and I was updated several times during my service which was done in a very reasonable time! I highly recommend this location for most car and truck service!

Nick at the Seabrook location (sometimes North Hampton) is courteous and knowledgeable. I generally do not enjoy getting my car serviced (in for ac recharge this time) but this was pain free. Could even use a coupon!

I highly recommend you stay away from this place until Covid-19 is past. They DO NOT practice safety at all. Neither technician was wearing a mask. They came directly up to my window. They were going to get into my car until I asked to drive it in myself. Neither practiced safe distance and it was very disconcerting. You are definitely putting yourself at risk if you visit here during this pandemic. I had no choice as I needed my oil change and I thought a well known brand would be practicing safety but they did not. They were very nice people and I believe did a good job with the car, but safety is the number one priority now and you will not find that here.
No one wore a mask- even when driving my car. Jason complained to me the entire service (which took an hour for an oil change and tire rotation). He complained about working, other clients (who just left), and other miscellaneous instances.I think the biggest issue was no one wearing masks - especially when inside my car.

Best oil change experience that I have had in a long time. In and out in 20 minutes, they vacuumed my car, washed the windows, checked all of my fluids and topped off any that were low. Didnt try to push anything on us that we didnt need, friendly, honest, impeccable service. Definitely my go-to oil change location from now on!!

Very good service from the employee greeting me yesterday when I had asked about an oil change. One other employee talks too fast but is still very helpful. Great service but rather expensive oil change
Brought my Tacoma in for an oil change in May. While I was paying, the manager told me he would be giving me a discount because he caught his trainee filling my engine with radiator fluid. He promised me he had flushed the engine several times to ensure no damage happened. As hes explaining this, I watch as the same trainee stalls my truck out 4 separate times attempting to pull it out of the bay. Eventually the next higher-up employee jumps in and pulls it out and parks it outside the bay. As Im paying the bill, the manager abruptly calls out Catch it! Catch it! I turn around and watch as my truck is rolling down the hill in front of the store. It thankfully was stopped by their sign before it had a chance to roll on to Rt. 1, where it could have been totaled, or worse, caused a serious accident. The bumper was pushed up in to the engine by the impact, and thankfully due to a custom steel bar I had replaced the stock bumper with, no damage was done to the engine itself.The employees were the most apologetic, friendly, and accommodating, going so far as to even give me their personal contact information. My hangup is with the process following this incident. My insurance is STILL trying to get in contact with the District Manager to reclaim the money for the damages. After repeated calls and emails I have not received a response either.Overall, I understand the employees just work there, and the employees at this specific location are exceptional. Jiffy Lube, as a corporation, is apparently run by people who abhor transparency, and try their hardest to deny/ignore responsibility in order to maintain whatever profit margin they can. Well see what the future holds, but I have no evidence to support that an effort will be made to resolve the issue.

Brought my Nissan SUV in yesterday to get a state inspection. They not only found a huge problem with one of my front brake calipers but were able to replace the caliper within an hour or so, and did so at what I view as an amazingly low cost to me. Im very happy to have a safe vehicle for my kids again. Thank you Jarrod, Nicholas, and Ronald for your great attitude and exceptional service.
Quick and good. They do sometimes push for services you may not really need. But i always go there for oil changes.
I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube for a long time and use a one close to my home but I was travelling to New Hampshire and I saw one that was not too busy. I went in and requested the Basic oil change as I always do but for the first time Ron explained how if I changed to synthetic I could wait until 7500 miles for an oil change.I quickly agreed as it would save me a trip.The team there is respectful and knowledgable. Top notch service

If I was able to post with negative stars I would. Calling the NH safety office in Concord to file a formal complaint. This service center is awful.Absolutely worst service Ive ever received in my life. The management staff are out of control trying to scam customers into more services and they bully their employees. The Seabrook location is sadly missing the part in sales that includes customer service. Run! Go anywhere else, you will regret ever going thru their doors.Luckily there are half a dozen service centers in the same area where you can receive proper respectable service. NH State should look into this location asap! If you dont want to receive sloppy service and from a group of individuals just looking to make extra on customers who put their trust in them.... go somewhere else.

I pull into jiffy lube in Beverly,,never been there before. I pull off to the side and a young guy smoking says Ill pull it right in . Mind you Im in my truck thats got ladder racks and toolboxs on it . The guy asks me whats in my boxs I said tools . He asks again,, I said the same thing. Im starting to get annoyed with the whole thing. I finally ask him why he is asking.. He said the lifts they have cant handle anything heavy !!! What your working on random vehicles all day . Then to boot they shorted my oil by a quart and a half !!!Ill pay a real garage next time and pay probably the same price!! 70 bucks at a jiffy lube who cant handle an F150 with toolboxs and a ladder rack!!
I usually get my oil changed here. They always say that I need this, that or something but I just polity decline and just get the oil change. I have a regular mechanic who does anything else. They are usually pretty good here except I dont think I have ever seen the same person twice. Last time I was there they got an oil stain on my floor mat and they forgot to put a valve cap back on my tire. I did not notice these things until after I had left so I was not able to bring it to their attention. I get my oil changed there, that is it.
Per a bad experience a few years back, I stopped using Jiffy Lube for my maintenance and repairs. Your new manager Johnny Linehan changed all that. After the way my vehicle was handled, and the customer service I received, I will absolutely be a return customer and recommend your shop to everyone I know. Its nice to see a company acknowledge the right person for the job. You made the right choice going with Johnny Linehan.

At first I was told by staff that it was a 45 min wait for a top off of oil. Thank god the store manager stepped in got me in and out within minutes. Hopefully the rest of his staff follow his example.

Friends took my car there for an oil change, first mistake. Next oil change somewhere else comes out to tell me my oil pan is damaged and the drain plug is screwed up. Spent the next year and a half being called a liar by area manager until with oil change receipts with notations proved to him they did the damage. First offer was I buy the oil pan and they would donate the labor. I did not damage the pan you did so they agreed to replace it. Sat there for 7 hours while they did it. Got home and pan was leaking. Spent another 7 hours sitting there and went home. Moved to NC and went for an oil change. Was told there is an aftermarket oil pan & it is leaking. They have had my car for 2 days and told me the oil pan is warped and the bolts were stripped. Costing me over $300 and in total have lost use of my car & time for 4 days. So much for a specialized oil change business. Ridiculous. I am in contact with the headquarters in CA now.
