I was hesitant to go there after they change names to Mavis. Im glad I did go back there. The whole crew is very, very knowledgeable. I was explained everything they had to do. They kept in touch with me by the phone to tell me how they were doing repairing my truck. They know a persons vehicle is very important to them because they told me. They tried getting it out before closing time but could not, they even stayed two hours after closing time to complete my job. I will return there again I really am happy about the outcome, and especially the price. I will return there again thats for sure.
Came in for new tires ended up needing much more. I also had a time constraint. They were able to get my car back on the road within my time frame and my car feels so much better! Adam and Corey took great care of me.
Great experience at Mavis today. Correy and the boys put new tires on my car and checked my brakes for me. Brakes werent ready to be done yet but when there due Im bringing my car back to them. I wish everyone provided the top notch customer service I received from Correy
I had to have my brakes replaced ASAP, & Cory fit me right in. He was accurately correct on what was wrong and went above & beyond on his service to make my car safe.He explains what what the problem and what is needed before any work.I highly recommend this place. He has excellent experience as well as in customer service oriented. The prices are the best I have seen and been quoted from competitors.
Have been coming here for a few months now and the service is great! Corey is an awesome guy and helps out a bunch! Their prices are super competitive and they keep you informed. Will continue coming here!
Beware: I drove up from Florida and came here for a simple puncture repair. Before every trip to Massachusetts I have a 15 point inspection done at a dealership prior (including brakes). These guys (Mavis) told me I needed brakes desperately. There “was” sales pressure. It was a lie.I called my dealer while there and they told me to go to another dealer for a check b4 having it done, they assured me they were fine.I drove back to Florida, went to the dealership and they told me I had not even reached half brake life yet and they were fine. Here I am back in Massachusetts 8 weeks later still $420 richer.Don’t be naive you will be conned. They did repair my puncture which I was grateful for, unfortunately this company has lost my trust b4 we established any relationship. SMH.I am not telling you to not go here, I am telling you I won’t be.
Mavis is the best I have found in years. They have the best technicians I have seen. The people, especially Cory are most helpful and they bend over backwards to see that I get the best deal possible, in the shortest time. I will never go anywhere else for service. FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!
Corey and the staff worked very hard to fix my tire. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They got me out of a bind!
This location was great. The folks were super helpful and informative. Each person who was helped while I waited for my car was met with kindness and honesty. I will be sure to bring my car back to this location in the future.
Yesterday, I took my car to the Seabrook Mavis location because a curb took a small chunk of rubber out of sidewall of one of my tires. My expectation was that a place like this would suggest replacing the tire no matter what in order to keep their revenue flowing. They were the only place around with the tire (which matched my other ones) in stock. In fact, if youve purchased tires before, then you know that these places often suggest replacing a minimum of two at a time. While I was waiting in the waiting room, the supervisor (Corey) came out and asked why I wanted the tire replaced. When I mentioned the chunk he said he took a look at it and he didnt think it warranted a replacement. I was sort of stunned by this honesty. It is not what I have come to expect from many auto repair places. He basically passed on an opportunity to make $250+ and sent me home a very happy and surprised customer. So, to Corey and Adam, thank you so much for your amazing and honest customer service. I am now a customer of Mavis for life.
These guys were great! Super friendly, professional and helpful. Was planning to go to the dealer to get all of my tires replaced within the next month or so but will now be coming back here instead. All around great experience.
The team at Mavis Tires & Brakes are fantastic! Their rates are great and there work was completed in reasonable time. Highly recommended!!!
This place was excellent, they are understaffed but still held my appointment and took great care of me. Understaffing not there fault as it is an issue everywhere. Corey was fantastic and explained everything every step of the way.
So I called this place and was given an appointment time and date. I drive 52 miles one way to be told I wasnt going to get my new tires put on!!.You arent calling the store but a call center who has no idea how backed up these guys are.I go back this week and I hope I get my tires this time or all hell is going to break loose.
Recently visited Mavis Tire in Seabrook NH. We were in a time crunch to get back before closing - Adam took care of us & mounted the tires right away so we didn’t have to rush. Great, quick customer service!
Thank you so much guys,Coming home from a family trip from Maine to NY, on a Sunday afternoon. Wheel started shaking. We pulled into cumbys a nice gentleman says go to mavis Seabrook. We did. He easily could of turned us away.He pulled my truck in at 5 left at 545 with 2 new front tires and a alignment .Thank you so much for.
Got a last second appointment- they were knowledgeable, courteous and gave great advice. Would definitely return!
Guys at mavis did a great job and fixed my car up really good time frame I recommend
Headed out on a big trip to west Virginia....in 2 days stopped in for an alignment they found a safety problem but Ian the mngr made me a promise to get it done....today which means staying late on a Saturday. Very grateful. This is what you want to see from local garage. Thumbs up from me. Effort like this makes for return customers
I was driving alone from Florida to Maine and broke down, in Seabrook NH. Someone was looking out for me because I couldnt have asked for better service than I received! I considered myself very fortunate that day! All the best to Corey and the boys!!!!
Very friendly and quick service. Would recommend for sure.
Good quick service. Good prices. Will definitely go back
Ian the Manager,Was so patient and courteous, despite being short handed today .made an appointment for my brakes ( very reasonable) and they took longer than normal because of the staffing.Great service would definitely be back.
Great place and friendly staff. Tires and full service which is awesome. One stop shop for everything you need.
Went to the store in Seabrook to have new tires mounted on my 1958 Ford and the team that did this work (Corey & Ron) was great. No other local shop could do the job because of how heavily compressed the tires were but the guys at NTB never had a doubt and they could do this work and finished it perfectly. They also took excellent care of the car and the service was super friendly.
Great staff! Friendly environment 😁 I would recommend buying tires or doing a brake job at this location!!
Short staffed but took still made it a point to take care of me
Fast workers high quality tires very professional
I had been to this location with a previous vehicle when it was NTB. That was not a good experience. However now it is a Mavis and I could purchase tires and service on Amazon for this location so I figured I would give it a shot. They were great. The guy that helped me was great, as Amazon screwed up the shipping of tires the people at Mavis worked with me every step of the way. What a difference. I would use them again and would recommend their service.
Only place that was open so late which was a life saver! The manager was wonderful.. great communication and lots of help. Definitely recommend them!
Ian is there for his customers from beginning to end! If you need any automotive work he is the one to see. Not only does he have extensive knowledge, but more importantly is his devotion to customer satisfaction.
I came here multiple times, and each time a good experience! The quickest workers, and most efficient so far are Pat and Will. They were quick, charismatic and efficient. They help me almost each time I come by!
I installed new inner/outer tie-rods on Saturday afternoon and needed an alignment. Everything was closed but I saw that Mavis was open on a Sunday. I called and showed up first thing and they took care of the alignment right away. They even installed the pesky boots onto the steering rack which is apita! Went to breakfast and came back to see them pulling the car out front. Perfect timing! Couldnt be happier, until I was a quarter mile down the road and noticed my hood was open. My hood does not latch unless you know the trick.so that brings me to wonder why they were even opening the hood at all for an alignment.
Awesome guys here I brought my Taurus sho in for tires and during their inspection on the lift they found that my front brake pads were worn out gave me a great deal on new parts and had it done the same day
Friendly staff, very quick service. Durrell was awesome and very accommodating. In and out in less time than he said it would take.
I bring all my cars here, and they help me out everytime! Will is quick, efficient and knowledgeable and Pat always helps out the same way too! Would recommend going when these two men are on!
These guys are amazing ! I had a burst tire from my wife’s car which was stuck on the side of the road . When I explained the whole crazy situation like how her spare didn’t fit her car and was popped the whole thing for me was frustrating ! But the guys were patient, understanding and expedited the tire for me !! I had to give the tech in the back a tip for being so professional I could see he was busy ! Unfortunately I just bought four new tires for my vehicle but when I need new tires on mine or my wife’s car Or oil changes I will be using Mavis Seabrook ! Highly recommended! Best customer service in the area !
Great job.
Great service and understandable explanations.
Great prices and service. The best deals and discounts for tires. No one can beat mavis tires & brakes
G8 service n work. corey took care of me.
Went to drop off car for two FRONT wheel replacement, they told us to come back at 1 for pickup. Came back at 2:30 and they have the BACK tires off and are doing a full inspection of the vehicle WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! Had to wait on them to put the tires back on. would not recommend coming here, very rude when we came to pick up a vehicle that they said would be ready and it wasnt.
Corey was amazing and very helpful!
Good service, changed my tires in a timely manner.
Crooks!! Never again after spending well over 1600$ in the household with this place, tried to get a tire fixed they said I needed a new tire, Harrys auto in Salisbury fixed it no problem 25$
Correy has taken this facility and made it a professional, trustworthy and reliable to the customer seeking care and value to their vehicle. I highly recommend Correy and his team for all your vehicle needs.
They installed a new alternator..no surprises..He told me what it would cost and thats what it was..Thanks Mavis. I will definitely go back.
Had brakes done 1 month later dealing with the same issue I called mavis they said come down I got there and they said they cant fit me in I live in mass and this location is in nh the car barley made it there I couldnt drive anywhere so I went next door to jiffy lube and they fixed the problem.
They got us right in when we needed a tire replaced.
I am a regular customer, of 10 yrs, At NTB in Seabrook NH . Right now they are more efficient, very informative, and knowledgeable about how to serve us customers with excellent, timely service !
Great customer service, extremely fast, great prices
Was taking my car to Sullivan tires and because I was unable to use their restrooms I switched to NTB- now Mac is amd so glad I switched. Very courteous and professional and I am always able to use tjere restroom weather I am bringing my car on or just driving by. Now I take mine and my wifes car to Mavis tires
Ive visited a handful of the chain automotive shops in the area, and this, bar none, is easily the best of the lot. This is primarily based on the attitude and persona of the employees. Ive interacted with 4 or so, and they have all been top notch personable, positive attitude, willing to help as much as feasible, even in their busy, hectic environments. Prices are very reasonable for a chain store. I could have easily been upcharged for a few tasks, but they did not.
From the first phone call for an estimate to driving away after the job is done... great experience. Desk agent was sweet, smiling and very helpful. Waiting area was clean and warm, great visibility of the work place and your vehicle. The mecanic team fast, efficient and honest, (they were not trying to sell me the store by telling me everything was falling apart on my vehicle as a woman).Really awesome experience overall.. highly recommend them!
I came here for new tires and the job was done quick and efficient. Pat and will helped a lot! Funny guys too!
Made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. Sunday the installer isnt there The manager doesnt know where he is wasted an hour out of my day
My wife and I were having car trouble this past Sunday afternoon. We were looking at the prospect of being shipwrecked with a bum car, two-and-one-half hours from home, during a pandemic. NTB in Seabrook was the only place we could get to that would look at the car. A young man named Corey was at the desk. He diagnosed and fixed it quickly, without trying to take take advantage of our dilemma When I attempted to tip him, he refused the money. A total class act. What I got from NTB, which I had never heard of before, on that Sunday afternoon was honesty, expertise, and genuine professionalism. If Corey was representative of their work force, NTB is a real gem in the auto repair industry.
DO NOT GO HERE! They are not NTB. They are Mavis Tire living under the NTB name. I had rear brakes done. I was very unsatisfied because brake fluid was leaking about a week later. I took it back to them to fix it and they sold me a lie. I took it to another place and they opened up the brakes for me and showed me what Mavis Tire (NTB) actually did. Wrong shoes, missing hardware, leaking wheel cylinders. I couldnt believe my eyes. They are a chop shop.
I had a nail in my tire and the girl came out to my car and tested it to see if it was leaking. I was ready for new tires soon and decided to buy the new tires instead if fixing the slow leak. The girl at the desk and the manager were both very helpful and pleasant. I left there happy and would definitely go back there again.
The staff was friendly & greeted me with a smile very courteous and professional. They took me right in and were gracious enough to explain everything regarding their promotion on the oil change special that they were having. After discussing everything they had me take a seat in their nice cool air conditioned waiting room with plenty of seating with comfortable seats and refreshments in vending machines or a free cup of coffee if you so desired. There was a television to watch if you decided you wanted to watch TV or you could just sit there and relax waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. When it was done (which took a little longer than I had anticipated)but they seemed as though they were short staffed and it really didnt take all that long and it was just an oil change so it wasnt too badplus the price was fantastic so how can you complain when you pay $19 to get 5 and a 1/2 quarts of oil & a brand new oil filterI guess if the waiting is the hardest part then thats not too bad at all.You cant get a better price anywhere in the world I dont think for an oil change these days.Again there were gracious and friendly very polite and professional and they were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend if somebody wanted something in their area of expertise that I would refer them to stop at this particular location and check it out and see if they couldnt find what they were looking for at this particular location as I would definitely consider returning here again for services especially if they are on another special on oil changes.I usually dont go to this location or any other place than my usual stop for oil changes but I needed an oil change really bad and you couldnt beat the priceand Im stubborn when it comes to going to certain places to get certain things doneandI broke from my usual habit of going to the same place over and over again and decided to try this just because of the price and I was glad that I did. Ill gladly come here again if they run another special like they just did cause it was definitely worth experimenting and finding a new place with smiling faces pleasant personalities and definitely professional in running the business as it should be run as professionals but with that personal touch that makes you feel like an individual and not just another customer.Very happy to give them my business and would be very happy to do so again if the situation were to arise.Nothing but thumbs up and 5 stars for this particular visit at this particular location. Highly recommend it.
The manager Cory was awsome. Very friendly, listened well and always worked with my budget. Mechanic Dan is also awsome. Will be going back and will be referring people to them. They did great work to my truck and have gained a long term customer
Awsome service and great job!!!
The NTB was very helpful and all the TECH..were very nice.COULDNT HAVE BEEN BETTER..THANK YOU
So helpful!
I came in this afternoon as a walk in for a new set of the same tires and an estimate to replace a lower ball joint/tie rod end. Parts were found and showed up quickly. I must tell you that despite the old parts being frozen up and many other stores shortening their business hours, the amount of dedication to my repair blew me away. A second mechanic was brought in by the service manager and they worked on my fj for two plus hours past their closing time because the service manager wanted to be sure it will be 100% safe to drive home. Again, thank you so much to the service manager, mechanic and new tech on his second day there for the amazing job you did on my fj cruiser. You all are truly dedicated to your customers needs.
Great service.
They do not try to up sell you on anything. This is the most honest shop I have ever been too. I was going to the dealership for the work on my car but they were trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. This place is my new go to for any car related issues.
Had to get a tire mounted on a rim and had these guys do it for me. Much friendlier than the guys down the street. Thanks guys
Excellent service!! They were not able to help me for my issue but they pointed me in the right direction and really helped me out. I would recommend them for any of your tire needs.
I had a solid experience two days ago. Called ahead looking for a set of snow tires as the balded all seasons had not served me too well in the last two snow storms. The guys not only had the tires i needed, but had the availability. Very impressed. impressed enough to apply. Good Job guys.
Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes to pay while several employees could be seen doing nothing. Go elsewhere!!
We started having troubles with our car about half way into a long drive. We stopped here and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Rich serviced our car and drove all the way to Portsmouth and back to get a part on Sunday since no other place was open. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Really please with the cost, turn around and service for a single tire (off the car, just rolled it in)
Affordable prices for oil change and tire rotation. You can also make an appointment online. Only took an hour for everything. Ill definitely be back
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. I would recomend this place to anyone. On a side note. I know how stressful it is when your vehicle is not up and running. Please do not place your frustrations on the mechanics. WE ALL have things to do and places be. Pipe down...let them handle their business. Thanks guys.
Showed up at 11:30 to have an inspection done. I was told they could not get it done until 3pm. No problem. So I leave the car and come back at 4pm to find the car hasnt moved from the spot I parked it. I am told they should be able to get me in in about an hour after it was already scheduled for an hour earlier. No phone call to say they were running late. The mechanic was sitting on a chair watching TV holding my registration and keys, though. If I cant trust them to keep an appointment or at least communicate, I certainly wont trust them to work on my car.
Just had 4 tires on my jeep grand cherokee replaced here. The service manager explained everything up front. The quote I got was spot on. Vehicle was ready for pickup before the 90 minute window. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Very reasonable pricing. Very helpful. My service did take some time because I didnt have an appointment. I would suggest making one.
Work done was good. Issue is the facility is under staffed. My 3 pm appointment the car went in at 5:30 wasnt out of there till 7 pm. Staff was very nice just not enough.
I want to say THANK YOU to everybody at NTB Seabrook, blown tire yesterday and call this morning and they had my tire size and got them done today.Thank you so much katelynn and everybody.
Brian the store manager was great! Explained everything up front and the job was done professionally and prompt! Would go back for any future tire needs.
While another location did not take care of me despite availability, the Lafayette location in Seabrook was able to address my vehicle issues today. The Seabrook location was very busy and Dan still made it a point to squeeze me in today. Dan did not only assist me but he was also assisting his coworkers. I am so grateful that there are still people that understand the meaning of customer service.Although there is a location in Woodbury much closer to my home, I will continue to come back to Dan’s Seabrook location due to his professionalism and his great team. A sincere thank you from a long standing customer of NTB/Tire Kingdom!
Do not go to this store for repair work. We went in for tires 27 days ago and it has been there ever since. The management team is deceitful, wrong parts are ordered, the team in the back continues to break parts. Needless to say, 27 days later and we still do not have our car back. It has gone to their insurance company and could take many more weeks. This is not a situation you want to be in. No to NTB!
Service is crap. I know I got ripped off with the price on the tires, but it was one of those situations. The work was done to the car, which took forever, saw the car taken out of the garage driven out to the front of the store. I waited for a good 10-15min, no one came to get me to tell me the car was ready, I walking out to the front to see the rep sitting with the mechanic having a conversation with my car keys and info in front of them. I was so upset, I paid and didnt bother saying anything bc it probably would not haven ended nicely. Dont go there, pick a mom and pop shop Im sure youll be in better hands.
I ran over a screw which then got jammed in my tire and the staff was able to just repair the tire rather than having to buy 4 new ones. They were very nice and accommodating. I would absolutely go back for my future tire needs.
Had them install tires from TireRack, and Im very dissappointed with their installation service. They said it would take 1.5 - 2 hours (which is longer than it should be) for mount, balance and alignment. It ended up taking 2.5 hours. They said one of the reasons it takes so long is they clean up as they go. When I got my car back the wheels were filthy, including tire lube everywhere. The alignment report didnt show any before values, only after values. Many of the alignment specs were right on the borderline, they could have done better. The tires were underinflated by 2-4 PSI, and they didnt reset the TPMS after changing the tires. They also overcharged for the alignment. TireRack quoted 69.99 for the alignment and my wife was charged 89.99.
Easily the worst place I’ve ever spent money with asked for one tire mounted and balenced witch would of cost 120$ when it was done they told me 200$ and told me I needed a tire package and they can’t remove it charged me for a tpms service when my truck doesn’t even have one I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Waiting room was a mess and place was just dirty
Took good care of my daughters tire.
Staff is friendly, honest, a huge help and had my car finished in under 2 hours. I will definitely go back
Worst experience we’ve ever had at an NTB. We came in for an oil change and inspection. The guy at the counter was extremely short and rude. We had just registered our vehicles about 20 minutes ago, and since we are not from N.H. we didn’t know the state requires two plates and consequently did not have the mount for the front. The guy didn’t say anything until about it until halfway through our service, when he said unless we got a front plate mount he would fail us. We went next store to autozone to buy the required mount, and when we returned he said he would mount our new plates. We had two sets of plates in our vehicle - one for our car and one for our truck (the truck was being serviced). They still mounted the wrong plates and when we went back to put on the proper plates, there was no apology and they handed us a screwdriver to do it ourselves. This place has no idea what the term “customer service” means.
Blew out my tire plowing. These guys got me going fastThank you!
Awesome customer service, they balanced my 20 inch wheels when no one could seem to get it right. All the employees are great people, took the time to make sure everything was done right.
Good Service staff THERE NOT to RIP U OFF BIT LETTING THAT U NEED SOMETHING JUST FOR THEM TO GET SALES UP
As usual, your services was outstanding. Thank you very much.
Went in for a routine alignment as I would be driving my Jeep 230 miles to Maine for school and I don’t know how but they screwed it up. The Jeep needed a full alignment and as it sits it has a brand new steering rack that I informed them about as I didn’t not want it to be chowder up by a pipe wrench. It is movable by hand and I know this because i put it in myself. So I thought everything was good. I waited over 2 hours after I was told it would be done in an hour. So I get it back and what was wrong with it was the steering wheel wasn’t straight. The toe angle was to the wrong speck and it was pulling to the right. And worst of all my 300$ steering linkage was all messed up by a pipe wrench. So I thought okay I’ll bring it back tomorrow and have this fixed because it’s unacceptable. I get there in the morning and the guy at the counter says he’s booked full. And I’m ripshit at this point I payed 100$ for an “alignment” and it’s junk and they can’t help me. So now I’m sitting at Salem NTB waiting to have this fixed. I’m never coming to NTB ever again. And I’d appreciate a refund.
I was in and out in no time! Very fair prices. Friendly staff!
NO OIL ON DIP STICK AFTER OIL CHANGE. Read on...I took my Cadillac DTS 2006 for a “quick” oil change which eventually ended up taking over 3 hours. They sold me a power steering flush and replacement after showing me a dirty sample of fluid on a “special” piece of paper.I paid and was ready to get in and drive away but the floor mat was covered with black foot prints and oil.I pointed it out and they apologized, the assistant manager got a cleaning kit and cleaned it.Now I thought, what else “did they do” to my car? I opened the hood and checked the dip stick.NO OIL ON THE DIP STICK!!!I pointed it out and they added 3 quarts to bring the level up.Now the question is? Did they damage the engine while they drove it with only 4.5 quarts in?Didn’t the mechanic see the low oil level alarm when he drove it from the bay to the parking lot? The light is supposed to come on approximate 2 quarts from full.I thought, what else didn’t they do and noticed the cover for the steering fluid was missing and fluid had spilled down the side of the engine, pulleys and belts.I pointed it out and they spent over an hour looking for the cover.I asked if the spilled fluid could pose a fire hazard but was ignored. Now I thought what else could be wrong.I took a sample from the power steering reservoir and put a drop on the “special” paper they had used to show me how dirty it was. It was darker than the original piece they first showed me.They offered to flush the system “again” and replaced the fluid while I was watching. The tech also informed me that the fluid is ALWAYS dark in color even after they have changed it.During the “inspection” they concluded that the drivers side front wheel bearing needed to be changed. I said that I would think about it. Shortly thereafter I took the vehicle to the Cadillac dealer. They checked all the wheel bearings and found nothing wrong. SO NTB WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF FOR A WHEEL BEARING.Other issuesThe portable oil container they used for adding oil was dirty and covered with dust outside.Their large storage tank with “clean” oil had several openings on the top because the plugs and covers were missing.I pointed it out to the manager, he apologized that they had recently performed maintenance on it and not reinstall them. The openings were covered with fussy dust. They refunded the money and told me that the “mechanic” had a bad day because of family problems.I could have ended up with a busted engine and a long law suit.I contacted NTB customer service on February 1st. They took notes and asked if was OK that the store manager called me. I told them NO and specifically asked that I get a call from their corporate office. Regardless, the store manager calls me late in the afternoon. I told him that I expected a call from corporate.Mr. SS called me a few minutes later and informed me that he was the Corporate Director for NTB. This is a bit strange since NTB’s HQ is in Florida and Mr. SS was located in Massachusetts.I asked Mr. SS to provide me with a letter from Cadillac stating that the engine will not suffer any damage if operated with only 4.5 quarts of oil. Mr. SS stated several times that he did not think so and that I should take his word for it as he had been in the industry for a long time.We ended the conversation with me still requesting a letter from Cadillac.Mr. SS promised to call back February 2, 2010 with an update.I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM MR. SHELDEN OR ANY OTHER NTB EMPLOYEE SINCE.
I went in with a flat tire with my spare tire on the car. They told me I just needed some air in it, filled my tire, and replaced my tire for my spare for free! Love these guys.
I was refered from Salem ford to take my car to Seabrook NTB to take a look at my car. Aaron the service manager diagnosed my vehicle is and was very helpful. Hailey Allis and Nathan Carrell were very polite and well mannered . Brian Craig the technician did a very good job and recommend things for my car that could help it improve my fuel mileage. This is why I think they deserve 5 stars. Also Aaron Wamsley help me write this review because I have trouble writing.
Was very impressed with the customer service and honesty, they did a great job with my truck and had me in and out as quickly as they could, was trying to get tires mounted that were slightly smaller than stock and they had to refuse them, this affected the star rating none as honesty amongst safety is #1 in this industry, and their concern for that says a lot about them. Thanks Nate!!
