I cannot say enough great things about Seacoast Stone. They have installed quartz counters in our last two homes and have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and timely. We have truly enjoyed working with them and would recommend their services to everyone.

Pros:- Really nice staff- Helped fix many of the mistakes our tile company made on threshold and niche pieces, both in measurement and polishing sidesCons:- Miscut the stone slab for the tub and made us pay an extra $1,000 because they needed to order another slab of quartz.- Had to continually call back, never knew what was going on. The staff that came out multiple times never communicated with anyone at the shop.- When they came to install the vanity and sinks they brought the wrong sinks and the team never told anyone, I had to call back several times and they seemed surprised I had no sinks.- The template for the double sink vanity was a nightmare. They didnt measure properly and the sinks didnt fit. They said they would figure out a way to cut down the sink but werent doing anything to solve the problem so I paid our amazing custom cabinet maker and luckily they were able to cut and move some internal bracing to make enough clearance in the front to clear the sink. Even after that, one of the sinks is still completely off center and looks awful.Almost $4,000 and we have a two star job.

Our experience with Seacoast Stone was fantastic. Theresa was very helpful with walking my wife and I through the process of getting our new kitchen counter tops. Aside from the stone... she helping us decide with what we wanted for the sink and faucet. The gentlemen who took the templates and did the installation were very professional and did a great job. We are very pleased with the finished product!

I was referred to Seacoast Stone by a friend whose kitchen looked fantastic. I went to the store and had a stress free time selecting the quartz. Where this company really shines is with the crews who do the measuring and the installing.They work really hard and have tremendous pride in the final outcome and appearance. I will use Seacoast Stone for any upcoming projects.

This is my second unsuccessful inquiry with Seacoast Stone, so I had to write this review. When they were located in North Hampton, NH, I contacted them about replacing a section of granite around a farmers sink I was having installing. I made multiple attempts to contact them, but never received a call back. About two weeks ago, I contacted them about a marble table top I was looking to have made. I was told, it was definitely something they could do, and I would receive a callback (by end of day), to provide me additional details related to my questions. I waited several days, but never received a callback. About a week later, I called and left a detailed message, but again, no response. This was my last attempt to support this local business. I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for any type of customer service. And yes, I have found a great local company (Eno’s), that has been excellent to work with.It is so interesting, that I had multiple no responses, but one bad review and a reply within minutes. Simple advice, do what you promise the customer, my time is just as valuable as yours.

We are a small design-build firm based in Kittery, and every project we work with Seacoast Stone on has been wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and responsive. They have a fairly extensive selection as well.

We highly recommend Seacoast Stone. When we moved to the seacoast we searched out three companies to install quartz countertops continuing with a full quartz backsplash. We first met Theresa who was efficient in pricing out the job from our detailed dimensions, explaining the process from start to finish, and always quick to email responses to any questions we had. Theresa and Jose, the production manager, gave us some suggestions and showed us stone being fabricating on site, which impressed us as the quality of the work is what was most important to us.The installer, Oscar, did a precise job in templating and installing. At time of templating he helped us decide on some smaller issues that were best for our kitchen. Since we chose quartz countertops with a full backsplash up to the cabinets there were ten electrical outlets that had to be precisely cut out. The job was done to perfection.While shopping we visited a larger company that apparently lowballed the price per foot but upcharged for various services (templating, etc.) making the total price of the job not at low as it seemed. You will not be disappointed in choosing Seacoast Stone where the staff is helpful and the work is done on location and of the highest standards.Joe & Deb

We just had a new marble surround installed on our living room fireplace and swear it looks like a million-dollar house now. I want to install marble on absolutely everything now. Installers did a great job. Done in a day. Amazing.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to say that Seacoast Stone did an amazing job on both our kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities. We had to have a seam between two pieces of marble because of the shape of our kitchen but the installers did such an amazing job, it looks like one continuous piece. Super professional and courteous, too. Totally recommend!

I finally got around to updating the countertops and sinks in my guest bathrooms (last remodel was in the 90s) and I couldn’t be happier. I chose a gray quartz with square sinks and everything looks super modern and fresh. The guys did a great job installing and cleaning up after. Thank you!

I recently purchased new counter tops and the installation was terrible!!! When I requested them to fix it they tried to tell me that I needed to resolve the issue....I would never order countertops from them again!!! I am still waiting for a resolution!!!Salisbury Ma

We recently did a first floor renovation of our home which included the kitchen. We used Seacoast Stone for our quartz countertops and they are absolutely gorgeous! From the beginning of the process, Theresa helped with the many beautiful choices in the showroom including many different kinds of stone and sinks.
