Great staff. The manager was extremely helpful when the salesperson dealing with my line could not figure out the issue. Friendly, efficient and really engaging!
After spending too many hours on the phone with multiple xfinity agents most of which were offshore we got conflicting as well as misinformation from them. Because of all this we were not able to get the promotion we wanted on new iPhones. We requested agents in the United States because the information was inconsistent but were told that couldn’t be done.We finally decided to go to our local xfinity store in Seabrook. And by far and away we were delighted to find professionals to listen to us as well as help us! The sales people are knowledgeable, courteous and most sympathetic to our situation. And when they found they could only do so much they referred us to the manager Eric Thibedau. He worked with us and explained what had happened. It was refreshing to speak with him as he really understand what had happened. He made sense of the whole situation and we are now working with him to come to a good resolution. We feel so fortunate to finally have a person we can work with and suggest this store to anyone feeling frustrated by the Comcast/ xfinity group.Thank you Eric for all your help and most importantly the professionalism you and your staff have shown especially as we go through these most difficult times. Great place to go for help and we would give more stars if possible.

Pleasant experience. Agent very cooperative. Unfortunately, I have to go back and return Gateway Modem. Ive only had it about 3 weeks. Gets very hot to touch. I found out its not supposed to do that. So tomorrow will get another Modem.

The line was long. I had to wait for a little while but my return was done quickly and efficiently when I got to the desk. Maybe they could have someone doing just returns when they busy? Overall it was a good experience.
I stopped in the Xfinity store (Lafayette Rd. Seabrook Commons) yesterday with a nasty phone problem. My Samsung Galaxy Notebook 8 was losing applications, couldnt delete search items, couldnt send or receive emails and a variety of other frustrating issues. An associate named ERIC methodically assessed the problem, told me what he wanted to do to fix it and the expected result, which I agreed to. He performed his magic, fixed my phone and life was good again. I was fourth in line, and in less than a total of 15 minutes, my phone was fixed. I hope Xfinity knows what an asset ERIC is to the company. THANK YOU ERIC.!

Avoid this company like the plague. Their agents are only outsourced overseas. They do not care about their customers. I had one of their tech supervisors Anchal use his access to my system to reset my modem as a way to disconnect from my chat conversation with him. They lie, have no idea how to fix their own products or services, and do not truly care about their customers
Wanna waist your money? Get xfinity Internet, you’d have a better chance at getting anywhere online at a hospital (:

Dan is the man!When I have a technical issue I want to work with Dan.With other techs I have mixed experiences.....one visit( I was told I dont know, sorry asking 4 additional technical help of co-worker I was given the standard line its a problem on your iPad ). I returned when Dan was working.......was a simple fix...not a problem on my iPad.Dan knows his product and is forthcoming with information. He doesnt talk down to you, he talks with you.Management take note:Dan gives outstanding service making for the perfect client experience! He is the man!

Not crowded with 4 employees behind the counter just hanging around.Nice female employee took back the cable tv box and had me sign a receipt with a copy for myself.No more cable box rental fee to pay :)Use streaming stick instead!One or two people was the boss behind her.Google Maps still shows the wrong location of the store which is now a few stores before Walmart instead of across from it (10/17/28).
Some how an issue occurred with my account, linking my account to my mothers account. This removed all managing permissions from my account. Customer service on both chat and phone were unsuccessful in helping solve the issue, so I went to the xfinity store (to purchase a new phone) and get help to fix the problem.Dan the manager at the store, worked with me over two days and a total of 6ish hours on the phone with xfinity support to fix the problem. He was able to communicate what I was not and help the representatives on the phone fix the issue.Dan could have passed the buck, but he cared that this issue (which was pretty major, as I had no access to manage my account) got solved. And it did get solved and as a reward my wife and I got two Iphone minis (which we paid for; NOT A BRIBE, LOL) and saved a ton of money by switching to xfinity mobile.Thank you Dan for your commitment and hard work.
I cannot say enough about Emilia who spent over half an hour with me, helping me set up my WiFiand my account. She waited patiently while I hooked up the wiring, then guided me through settingup my account with understanding and compassion. She deserves do be recognized and applauded.I wish that her superiors would be made aware of this commendation, and she receive her well duereward. Thank you sincerely, Nancy Frenette. She also reminded me several times to write down andsave my account name and password. I needed that! She goes above and beyond!!

Judith!!!!!! She helped me as soon as I walked in. She was confident and positive and knew her stuff. She truly wanted US to be happy. She didn’t push anything on us and really fought for me when I said I wanted an Apple Watch. My husband still said no 🙋🏼♀️But we tried. She was great! I will be sending my family and friends to her.

Judith was great! She helped us quickly and made sure we got everything we needed when we switched 5 lines over to Xfinity and lowered our bill a ton! She was great when we came in a second time to replace a phone that had an issue and it was quick and easy!
Initially I didnt think the sales staff was very friendly, butwe ended up very happy after Judith quickly and efficiently transferred 4 phones over from our old wireless phone carrier to Xfinity. She was fast, helpful, and left us feeling like we definitely made the right choice. Store was not busy at all on a Saturday morning, which was nice. Love that there are no sales pitches and no gimmicks and jargon like every other wireless carrier. We were in and out of there (and saved a ton of money) in about 30 minutes.
Went in to get defective remote exchanged & left with cheaper cell plan than Ive been paying for with Verizon( now that Xfinity & Verizon share towers). Bella was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient dealing with me & my limited tech knowledge!! She answered all my questins thoroughly and in a language I could understand. She even took extra time to help me with issues with no receipt of Xfinity emails on my tablet, for which I was thrilled & most grateful! I was in store for over 2 hrs, due to Verizon holding up the transfer process and Dan was sooo beyond patient helping me get thru that frustrating process and was soo calm juggling me & other customers at same time. The store was very busy & they really did the best they could waiting on customers as quickly as possibly.
Staff at this store are TERRIBLE! went to purchase a new phone, the man that helped me was rude, wouldnt allow me to put my email in my new phone or anything to set it up. He literally just told me to go home and go into this app and it will change everything over. He also swore that the insurance was switched onto my new device, THREE phone calls to customer support later and i am still fighting to get insurance on my phone as this guy decided to cancel it! Worat customer service experience ever!Sadly this seems to be the norm for this location

We just visited the Seabrook NH xfinity store today... We worked with Judith an Dan... Dynamic duo!!! Walked in the store frustrated an unhappy with Comcast service. Left extremely happy and satisfied.. These two worked together to resolve all the issues we had.. This store is very lucky to have these two extremely professional individuals......
Buyer Beware! I tried a package bundled service and decided to cancel it before the 30 days was up. All that worked out fine (although I lost my older cheaper grandfathered internet only service), but when I decided that I was just going to get internet only again, whoever waited on me at this store told me the only internet plan available to me was the performance internet plan. So for several months I have been paying $30. more per month then necessary (as opposed to the starter internet Plan).The other day I decided to check the Infinity website and found I had been deceived (lied to) at this store and it cost me several months of higher priced product. My fault but dont believe these people, do your homework! Dont know if they get paid like used car salesmen (tried to sell me mobile phone service) or by the hour, but buyer beware!
The woman in the store with the brown highlighted wavey hair (I think she is the manager) is extremely rude and not helpful. I went in for a phone upgrade... She was quick dismiss me for simple questions. I was very calm and respectful however was told she could not help me and had no other choice but to leave. Immediately after, I made a call into customer service (whom was very nice and patient and helpful on the phone) then a while later went back to back to the store to fix an issue on my account. I couldnt believe my eyes! She was rude to the wonderful customer service rep too! Not to mention she cared more about whatever her friend was texting her than what was going on in the store. Xfinity should really pick better candidates for their customer facing employees. Im very diappointed. I feel bad she was so rude to the nice guy.While processing the upgrade she was talking to her coworker more than proceeding with my upgrade and answering further questions I had. This is unbelievable! Xfinity please find new employees because this is terrible. Not to mention she left halfway through the process and handed it to another employee to deal with it.
Walked in to ask if i could drop my old box off there. Two employees dealing with one customer. I asked and was told to sit down. Again said i just need to know if you take back the boxes. Waited 15 mins while they played around with one customers channels. I left after pacing around the room for 20mins. Comcast sucks in every aspect.
After 15 years with Sprint and a very high cell phone bill I wasn’t sure what options I had. I originally went in to get a new X1 cable box and that turned into the great associate JUDITH informing me that there was an updated gateway/router available to me as well and she asked me in a non pressing manner about my current cell phone provider and service. She went over the xfinity mobile plans and handed me a brochure with her card. Needless to say she helped me out of the Sprint service and into the xfinity mobile plan. So now she’s assisted me with my other 4 lines I had with sprint and switched over to xfinity. My cell phone bill will be 1/3 of what it was with sprint and cannot recommend Judith and the team at this store in Seabrook. What impressed me the most is over the period of a couple months, she remembered me by name. Awesome job, thanks again!!!
Terrible customer service. There was no one in the store and the sales person was really unhelpful, but more importantly was rude and didint seem to want to help. Very unsatisfied with this store.
