Jeanine was SUCH a huge help! I was dreading going in to find a cell phone that would work for my special needs cousin, she took the time to explain everything, patiently and friendly - we got a great deal with excellent customer service. I am beyond grateful for their support!

Janeane Polito is the best..She gave me service with a smile, which is a rarity theses days. She took the time to help and it was genuine...She deserves all great things to come her way.

Janean goes beyond for customer service. While we waited to be helped she solved customers problems and then with us was so helpful and calm, also fixing problems with our account created by another Metro store. We were very satisfied.

Great store, happy they put in a local store since the Newington location closed. Always great advice on which phone to upgrade to. Service is always efficient and friendly.

Is so sad and disappointed the guy the work there a small man he told me he was gonna hell me to get another new phone the cost of the phone was $260 dollar so he didnt help me as he said so I when to o another metro, no just lie to me he never did anything to help me.

So unimpressed with the customer service. The man at the store was uninterested in assisting me and making a sale.

Staff members KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT plus willing to go the extra mile if need be.. Good place will GO THERE AGAIN

Been sitting out side for an hour there is a sing on the door that says went to luch be back by 12:15 about 30 people have already came a left waiting it is now 1:06pm and no one to be foynd not even a number to call someone needs to deal with this

Been trying to call METRO PC on Salem Road in Medford, MA and nobody picks up the phone. New hire left alone and could not help us out. So trying to get in touch with them to find out when manager will be in so we can get service and no pick-up. This is NO WAY to run a business.

Store closed. No notice where another store is. Tried calling other numbers. No answers. Not happy...

Siting in the parking lot for more the one hour sing on the door out for lunch will be back 12:15 I stop by around 11 am come back at 12:30 waiting till 1:40 pm and there is bunch of stop by and left

I just called to come in for new service and the guy is closing the store at 4 pm when closing time is 6pm. Not getting me service now. Unprofessional.
