Both times going to this particular T Mobile was outstanding. I cannot describe how insane these employees are. My first experience with Jay was awesome. I admittedly showed up an hour before closing and he could have easily been annoyed. Instead I was treated to a great conversation and a awesome customer experience. My second time I again admittedly showed up near closing and Connor who had already been doing 5 hours unpaid overtime stuck with me for an extra 20 minutes past closing. I rarely have such back to back amazing customer experiences but at this point T mobile could charge me a thousand bucks in fees and I still wouldnt be mad because of how well treated I was.
I have to give this team high marks because I was desperate after dropping and destroying my phone, I went to 3 places that ABSOLUTELY could not help me or even provide any type of plan of action. After arriving and initially having a wait for service behind other customers, they immediately listened ( and heard) my dilemma and offered me a phone from their stock. Although stock was limited, it was a good solution because other places had absolutely no phones or solutions to offer me that fit my circumstances. Jose and Connor both offered me ideas about what they could do and explained it so I understood. I was In a panic! Bobby offered encouragement on my plan moving forward and new guy was watching and learning. I am very appreciative of what they have done for me and I say HIGH MARKS for the team on shift that day. Thank you T Mobile team 1000 times!!!
I purchased a new IPhone from the Seabrook store yesterday. The sales persons name was Bobby. What a great guy! He really listened to my needs and worked to pick out just the right model for me. I’ve been a Sprint customer since 1998 and was a little uneasy about the merger. I can say with confidence that Bobby has won me over toT Mobile!
I just wanted to say thank you to Jose for being so kind and helping us today with our phones. I would definitely recommend his store. We will be back there to get some accessories for our new phones.
Honestly I said Id give them a 5star review but they signed me up for the wrong plan even when I asked for the cheaper option, they signed me up for the unlimited Hotspot. plus they didnt enroll me in autopay like we discussed. head to a different location where the less experienced staff arent made uncomfortable and overlooked.
Great service from Terence L. on upgrading my iPhone and my service from Sprint to T-Mobile yesterday. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. A busy day in the store and he did his best to help waiting customers whenever he had a minute while working on my order.
Conner and Terence were both extremely helpful and did a great job dealing with a difficult customer who was also in the store with us and who was acting unreasonably. Excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend this location!

I worked with Mike and he was AMAZING! Everything was explained in depth. He helped me for over an hour trying to make sure I got the best deal. Im so glad I chose them to help me. 1000% would recommend to anyone. P.S. Mike deserves a raise for entertaining my kid while helping me.
Very bad experience. We went to add another line to our phone line. I have 2 lg 7 from sprint both phones are not working now because they switch to t Mobil. I got new phone with other line that we open. Didnt use for 2 weeks but my other phones dont work so i have new phone turned on. In 3 days new phone dont work. He changed new sim card dont work. My phone# is different # so when i call people they dont know New# and when they try to call me i dont get phone calls its going to t Mobil store and they told my friend i forgot my phone their.my problem is still not resolved yet. 3 weeks with out phone. I will never go there again.

Was refused service due to not having a mask. I requested a mask since the governor no longer requires them. I was refused a mask and service. The assistant manager said this himself his name is Terrence in the seabrook NH store.

Went in there twice this weekend. the first time was to upgrade to Tmobile and Iphones from MetroPCS androids. the first time I went was almost closing time and they had 2 guys working who were both very helpful and worked to get me what i needed. unfortunately to no fault of theirs one of the 2 iphones I got was defective right out of the box and never turned on. so I went back in on sunday and saw the Assistant Manager Terence. he was extremely helpful and apologized for the issue. returned the defective one and gave me a new one without issue. very helpful staff, friendly and clean location. would absolutely recommend them for any and all tmobile related needs in the area.

This TMobile location just made changes to my account without actually being at the store or authorizing the transaction. When I contacted the store manager, Mr. Lewis said that TMobile corporate had already called him and its all set telling me theres nothing further to discuss. Yet, a regional manager from TMobile calls me telling me what they did was 100% incorrect?? Interesting business practice...
I went in to get help with an app. The staff were very helpful. Need more training on android apps.
Earlier this year we went to this location to transfer over 6 lines from Verizon to T mobile. We were the first ones in the store and when we mentioned to the rep what we wanted he asked for his more senior associate Ines to help.Unfortunately this transfer to T-Mobile turned into a nightmare of a day. It took them 5 hours to successfully, and correctly, make the transaction. In fact we had to catch one of their mistakes causing the whole transaction to be redone. During our 5 hour visit Ines decided to start helping other customers, which we understood at first, but you would think the most senior associate at the store would consider helping the original customers in the store after an hour or two... but no.Afterwards when we finally got home we spent 3 more hours on the phone with customer service trying to report the issue. During this call we talked to multiple service representatives and even Ines, who tried to defend and misrepresent what happened at the store.This all happened in early January, it is now March and not all the mistakes have been fixed, they have still made errors with our transfer. And the apology for wasting 5 hours of our day and 3 more on the phone was $50 credit towards our first bill.I hope this is not the standard for T-Mobile but it seems to be the standard for this location.
I had a really wonderful experience with sales rep Ines, she was dealing with several different customers at once and she managed to help us all and I still felt that she was catering to me. I upgraded my device and she made sure all of my information was transferred and backed up for future upgrades. I would give 5 stars but only 4 because of being short staffed. Otherwise it was a great visit!
I walked into the store to get a new charger but I ended up buying a few more accessories. The sales rep Ines was so friendly and helpful. She informed me about the T-Mobile Tuesday App! This girl needs a raise🙌🙌.

I had an issue with my phone freezing and the girl there helped me figure out what was wrong with the device so I didnt have to get a replacement. She showed me how to make sure all of my stuff is being backed up so I wont lose anything. I didnt come in to buy anything and they helped me anyways. Great customer service.
I went into the store to get info about switching from ATT. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The rep Jay who helped me answered all of my questions he was very friendly. With the money that Id be saving, I decided to switch that day! I just got my first bill in and its exactly what I was told it would be which is not something that usually happens with wireless. Thank you for making my experience a great one, I suggest if you have to go to T-Mobile go see the friendly team in Seabrook.
Went in to get an “upgrade”. Ended up in a 3 week battle over what a sales rep could remember off the top of his head. I was told I got a these different offers and trade in bonuses that turned out to be a completely lie. Got conned into signing what I thought was just to order the cellphone to the store but it added 60+ dollars a to my bill(after I was told at the end of the day it would only go up 80 cents....). The sales rep Jayce lied through his teeth and the store manager Megan took and it said there is nothing we can do. Take the time to go to the Epping store instead. Or better yet, just go to Verizon or AT&T.
The folks who work here are simply awesome. They listen carefully and provide excellent customer service and care.

Went there to ask them how much it would be for a down payment and they gave me the price on the tags. Didnt bother to look up my credit to SEE what I, myself have to have to put as a payment on a new phone. They should automatically do that

The Best Mobile to Date. YAZ & Co-worker went out of their way to simplify my present. LG30 that had too many unnecessary apps interfering.10* Yaz escorted me to the door at 8pm. Another, couple arrived in the freezing cold. She went outside to accommodate their inquiry. This is a general tmobile review. I was with this company for 11 years. I left finally because thier coverage is just awful and I travel all of the US. When I did they charged me 200$ service fee and Ive just learned they turned me over to collections for an additional 200$. Mind you the guy in northern San Antonio couldnt believe they were charging me the disconnect fee and now a year later have decided to do this reguardless of my outstanding loyalty to them and always on time payments. Worst conpany ever, go with Verizon.
DO NOT GET T MOBILE. IF THE SERVICE DOESNT WORK THEY STILL CHARGE YOU ACTIVATION FEES AND RE STOCK FEES. 200 DOLLARS FOR 2 PHONES I NEVER COULD USE AND TURNED IN WITHIN 2 DAYS!!!
