Its a very nice store. I couldnt get everything that I needed though. They were out of a lot of things. But it could have been that I went there to late. It was 9:15pm. Maybe during the day they have the shelves stocked.

Have been shopping here over 10 years now, pretty much know the staff. They are all great & greet me by 1st. Name. Always willing to help out & get you your items.WPS

My daughter ( at 17) worked there .for over a yr At one point she went almost an entire month with no pay because of the accounting depts incompetence.When she quit they still owed her 400.00 which mysteriously vanished.( she has still not received 3 yrs later ) The lady in accounting laughed and said she could do nothing . I pity the young people who work there cauae they cant post the truth . Keep your kids from working here

This is our go-to grocery store. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and they even have a Starbucks built-in to store. Ralphs tends to always have the freshest vegetables and their bakery and deli is quite nice as well. This store has a large house wares section and deals can be had on air fryers and instant pots if your timing is right.

Good purchaser, and store is always clean. If you close the place, know there will be a lot of pallets out on the floor unpacking, and boxes get in the way.

Best Ralphs market around. This location has so much to offer. Great meat (butcher) something most markets lack, amazing deli, and fruit and vegetable section.

I think this Ralphs is one of the most complete Ive ever been in. They have a little of everything I need. So I will definitely shop there again.

Overall prices are fair but be aware of brands and other items before shopping. No one was cleaning carts but wipes were available. Bathroom was clean.

I love this Ralphs! Ive been here as early as 630am and late as 1am. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Aisles are kept clean.I just discovered they have a recycling ctr in the back which is awesome idea and not an eye sore.Their pick up service also is great!!

Ralphs is my favorite grocery store and this one is my favorite large Ralphs. Its probably 30% larger than the one by my house that I go to most of the time. And while the one by me is great and has most of the things I buy most often, this has more of everything (so less likely to be out of stock) and has some things my local Ralphs doesnt. And as always, plenty of open checkout lanes so that it never takes long to get through.

Good variety of food. Clean store. Open bathrooms which is a must for me or I do not shop at stores without bathrooms. Some good prices.

Self-checkout lady was kinda rude. No bags at the registers so I asked for a bag - she gave me an attitude as if I should’ve known the bags were hidden from customers. When the register froze as I finished my order, i waited a few minutes for assistance. She came over & started going thru my shopping bag as if I was stealing something & immediately said, “sorry it’s broken, you have to go to a different one.” I guess they are not able to suspend an order and ring it up on a different register, because after proving that I wasn’t stealing, I had to start over at a different register.

I love Ralphs Ive been shopping all Ralphs for years the staff at some stores could be better but that comes with training and experience the Ralphs I go to in Cypress and the one I go to in seal Beach are phenomenal Ive been shopping there like I said for years if you want good deals and digital deals and all that good stuff I suggest shopping at Ralphs

Although there are some standouts, its hard to give just one person a compliment... the customer service here is so fantastic! I have never had anything that ever turned into an issue because their response is prompt and friendly. This store, is very well run.

Good service. Ralphs at Seal Beach has peanut butter, bagels, beer, cheese, spinach and ice cream. Clean and safe during covid-19 times.

Enjoying the freedom to go down any aisle any direction. Space enough to pass others, masks required.
