One of 2 of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. HearUSA-Seal Beach is the place to go for your hearing aid. The staff we met (Daniel and Steven) are top notch. Daniel understood my husbands needs and fitted him with a hearing aide (that arrived just 2 days later) that is far more advanced than what we knew was on the market. Compared to the old bulky devices from a few years ago this thing is super small. We chose a color that blends in perfectly with the color of his hair so you can hardly see it and my husband is happy with how well he can hear. No echos. Adjusting the volume is done by simply tapping the buttons on the hearing aid but you can also change the sound to suit the environment your in through the App. Yes, an App. Its so easy. Its amazing how far these things have come. Oh, and I havent had to repeat myself once and its been a full day. I couldnt be happier. Thank you Daniel for being you and for giving us excellent service.

I lost the Dome off of one of my hearing aids. I wanted to be sure it wasnt in my ear, so I called HearUSA and they said come on over before lunch. They were very professional. Checked my ears and everything was fine. I got new domes and we made an appointment for an annual checkup. If you need hearing aids or if you want to check up to be sure, I would definitely recommend them.
