Yesterday I visited the Seal Beach & Newport Beach office. Both places are clean the staff is nice, helpful and professional.

Nice that they meet you outside, take temp and escort you directly to a room.

Dr Shohet is an awesome guy! Has done surgery on both of my ears and restored my hearing!! Full service hearing center in two locations. Staff always friendly and professional! 5 Stars and two Thumbs Up!

Was pretty nervous about getting my ears treated for Surfers Ear, and had 95% blockage in both. I very highly recommend Dr Shohet, he did a great job on my ears! Super knowledgeable and experienced, and easy to talk to.

**AVOID THEM - MALICIOUS BILLING TACTICS**I was only granted an appointment if I agreed to a $300 hearing test which I was told my insurance would cover, and I would not pay anything for (I am 29 and my hearing is fine). After the appointment the billing department told me the insurance didn’t cover any of it and attempted to bill me the entire $300, in addition to the other services. They ran it through the insurance a second time, and apparently then my insurance paid out half of the $300. Now I’m responsible for $150, after being told it would cost me nothing.The billing manager Terri Brown was rude and hostile, threatening to send me to collections today if I didn’t pay. Once I paid, she hung up. I would avoid this office at all costs. Beautiful building - malicious billing tactics.

Attended a fitting for my daughter (who discovered she had hearing loss during a TSA application process) and was extemely satisfied withthe geniune care and concern provided. This organization rocks!! If not for the generosity from Tanya and Adriana my daughter would not be able to experience something most if us take for granted. Tanya i just love your energy!!!! I would also be remiss if I didnt say THANK YOU to Cathy! You are the best! Lastly, the young lady (I feel horrible that I forgot her name) that actually did the fitting was so thorough and patient. It was a great experience. I felt like I was hearing for the first time.

Nice modern office & friendly staff. However some of the chairs in the exam rooms do need replacing.
