My experience was very simple, just went in for a replacement plastic tube for a hearing aid purchased elsewhere. They found one for me, by just looking in the drawers and sold it to me, at a very cheap price. I was happy they had the replacement plastic tubes that fit over the ear lobe and into the ear

Very easy to miss from the outside if youve never been before. Clean inside, nice staff
