The crew at Roadmaster was very helpful to me. They had the parts that were needed for my vehicle even though nobody else in town seemed to have it. They done good work in a speedy manner and got me back on the road to work. Thanks guys. The price was one of the best that Ive came across also

Roadmaster has helped us a few times with our older work van, which is from Illinois, so the undercarriage is quite a rust factory. Theyve been very prompt, professional, and fair priced. Highly recommend them

Great place we had a hose break and had to be towed in spent the night ( noisy next to Loves so had trucks next to us ) but they came out first thing the next morning and had us back on the road in a couple of hours. Thank you

Over night parking very huge clean lot for semis right next to the loves truck stop. $10 per night 5pm to 10am.

Just had Steve and his crew replace the brakes on my 2004 Itasca Suncruiser Motorhome. Also fixed my dash A/C and replaced my fan belt. Great folks. Highly recommend them if you need some RV service.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I came in to have my clutch replaced. After they drop the transmission they advised me that the transmission was messed up too. Once they got the remanufactured transmission and clutch in there they discovered that a transmission hose was leaking. That was what caused my transmission to mess up. They took me to a hotel and picked me up whenever I needed to go to the truck and then they’d take me back to the hotel. Highly recommended them. If ever I’m in this area and I need work done, I will be stopping here again. Thank you Steve awesome work and very helpful.

They wait for you to park and go to sleep, than they come knocking after 2 to 3 hours when all your time is gone to charge you for parking. Never going to see me here again.

This company has 24/7 roadside service. They were able to come out and hook computer up to figure out what was going on with my truck. Quick to respond and they dont over charge. Highly recommend them!!

Night Guard, so disgusting that I decided to leave the parking lot right away. He only swears because I got out of the truck to check if it was clean for parking. I do not recommend this parking to anyone.

Charged me over 700.00 & couldnt r&r air compressor like the owner said they could. The mobile Mech literally told me I should probably have dealer do the work they gave up on the parts swap but still charged over 700$ for waisting everybodys time.. unless a caveman can do it dont call roadmaster.

Super fair and fast! They stayed late to take care of our driver and were extremly fair on pricing! We will be using them in the future as we travel the area often!

Review is for after hours parking: Dont go on this lot after 5 unless your going to park. I pull in their lot after finding no parking at Loves (because a driver was behind me) and get on my phone to look for another place to park and the security guy comes up to me really nasty and tells me Im not in a parking spot. I told him what I was doing and he got really nasty and still told me to move. So I did. He followed me over to the Loves and got my truck information, for what reason evades me. Dont be an a-hole to potential customers. 3 stars because of the impression the guy left on me.

Very excellent road side service. My truck broke down last night and called Roadmaster. They meet up with me very quickly and were very easy to work with. Very reasonable prices and incredible service. Will use again and highly recommend.

Went in for hole repair on wood floor but they put a sheet of metal to cover the hole instead. Should have informed us that they don’t have wood to replace. 2hrs charge for a bandage.

Good shop with good mechanics who know what theyre talking about. Right across from the loves so you can shower and eat while they work on your ride. Id pick this place over the loves shop every single time. And for the drivers that complain about the 10 dollars to park you know they could fence it off and close the gate right? Instead they give an option at a price,thats America. You have no right to park on their property its a privilege.

Best truck and trailer repair very fast and cheap

I am a local commercial truck dealer and Road Masters have worked on Dozens of my trucks in 2018 alone. In my line of work, timing is everything. RM is responsive, personable, accommodating, and they provide quality work. I highly recommend them and we continue to use them weekly.

These guys are great! They have fixed dozens of truck issues for me, always in a timely manner with respect to my route schedule, always courteous and professional, and always upfront with me on cost. I highly recommend them!

$10 to park in a dirty dusty lot? Taking advantage of drivers who have electronic logs and cannot leave shows low moral character. I am putting you on my do not use list for myself and my drivers. One star for taking advantage of drivers who are just trying to earn a living and support their families. Shame on you. And I think I might have my lawyer do some digging and find out if you need an attendant on duty, parking spaces clearly marked, etc. Im sure he can find something that will give you the pain in the a$$ you are giving drivers

I left my truck at the searcy ar location at 10:30 am . They told me they would start on my oil change at 11 am . When I arrived there were 5 mechanics and one truck there . I called at 1 pm they told me they would be through with it in a few minutes. Called back at 1:45 pm they told me they were fixing to start on it but 3 other trucks came in after me so they did them first. I told them not to worry about it got there at 2 pm to pu truck and they had no customer. Very disappointed in their shop I will not be back ever .

Very dangerous parking ... This morning I found two snakes under the truck. I will never park here again.

RM did good work but the charges on the labor was ridiculous, how are you going to charge 7.5 hours of labor when it took 2 hours to get the job done? Labor and all ended up being more expensive than the Petro, L❤️ve’s even the dealership, talk about HIGHWAY ROBBERY.

17 minutes out of my 30 minute break, old fatty was threatening to call cops on me.

Highway robber the old bait and switch. $485 to do 10 minutes worth of work they charged 2 hours travel time but supposedly when I first called they were only 20 minutes away. Come time for the bill it’s an hour drive for them each way. I always try to avoid stealerships and give local businesses some work boy was I wrong don’t trust these guys!

They got me in and out in time for my next pick up they fixed my trailer hinges

Youd have to be a damn fool to use this joke of service. Rates are sky high and its just a cash grab for them. Look elsewhere and spare yourself the disservice of this awful excuse for roadside help.
