They made it incredibly easy to find our new car. The manager berated his employee in front of us, then proceeded to act rude and dismissive to myself and wife. We walked across the street to Hyundai, who were helpful and very pleasant, and bought a brand new 2021 Chevy Spark from them instead

Friendly staff knowledgeable staff with a variety of really well maintained new and used cars .We were treated VERY well and we drove off with a sweet Toyota Rave 4 fully loaded. We will be back. Rob was our salesman. He was friendly,genuine and upfront. He even bought us lunch . Ask for Rob hes a pro and VERY good to his customers.

Want to buy a good car at a fair price, without the typical car dealer pressure and upselling? Go to Victory Toyota and talk to Emanuel V. He may be the best car salesperson ever. I went there and was thrilled with the service, respect and understanding of my time that I was given. I could not recommend highly enough Victory Toyota and especially Emanuel V. as a salesperson. Also be sure to speak to Rocío N. about finance. She was absolutely great. I bought a car with a loan that I am very happy with.

I am so upset with Victory Toyota. I went in for a service and to have a recall fixed. I scheduled the appointment ahead of time. They said it would take a couple of days to order the parts. I reminded them about the recall when I dropped off my car. I thought their prices were high, but the service needed to get done. When I picked up the car I asked if the recall had been taken care of and I was told yes. Now over a month later I find that they never completed the recall. This is my life we are talking about. I will never trust them again and recommend no one else does.

Im glad I did my research ahead of time because this dealership is either cunning or ignorant. The sales person was extremely kind, attentive and helpful but he was being handed false information from his superiors on pricing as well as financing. Do plenty of research before going in. They had one price listed online and then tried to charge a much higher price when paperwork came out and the price was over what the Kelly Blue Book value for the car is. They also tried to low ball our trade in again completely ignoring the Kelly blue book value. With online dealerships offering no haggle, all inclusive prices with free home delivery and especially with the current pandemic there is no reason to go to a dealership like this. Oh and although they did not seem to know how to work with an outside bank I highly recommend doing your financing elsewhere because their APR is ludicrous compared to our banks.

I had a great experience trading in my car and getting a RAV4. Rob was my sales person and was friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped out of car and never made me feel pressured. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. The finance department was also extremely helpful and everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend buying your next car here.

This is the shadiest dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime. I filled out the Costco auto program form through Costco.com and was contacted by Ashley from Victory saying they had the vehicle I wanted. I drove an hour with my children with the intention of either buying that day or placing a deposit on a vehicle. When price was discussed I was told they wouldn’t honor the Costco auto program pricing. They contacted me through the Costco auto program and then wouldn’t honor the pricing. This is a warning to anyone thinking of doing business here. They are complete scammers and I can’t stand posting reviews, but this was an awful experience. I’ll happily spend my money anywhere but this dealership and I’ll be sure to avoid any dealership they are affiliated with. Absolutely despicable business practices. They have zero integrity.

I just drove away from Victory Toyota in my fifth Corolla, my fourth lease. The people at Victory are not only professional, intelligent, gracious, and well-informed about their products, but they met me as a person rather than a possible commission. George Czechowski runs the sales side and is excellent at what he does. Bright and personable, I am pleased to call him a friend. Jeremy Koennel handled my new car lease. Never a hint of impatience, fully knowledgeable about the company and the product, and pleased to make sure that my choice would fit me. Thats the way car-buying should be handled. Thats why I cant imagine ever going to another dealership.UPDATE: I just had the 5,000 miles/6 month check-up. Well, it was two weeks shy of six months, and Id only driven 1046 miles. Everything was in perfect working order, as I had expected, and they washed my car. It was all done efficiently and on time, and I had a great chat with George and Jeremy. I love my car, and am delighted with Victory Toyota. Thank you, good people.

Every single staff was very kind and helpful but one of the service advisors, Tim Mundt, was the worst employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I dont usually give out one stars and especially to one where most of the staff is exceptional.But lately everytime I have went in to get a service for my car, Tim has managed to ruin the whole experience to me.Since the first time I met him, he has shown me no kindness at all and no type of customer service whatsoever.He is a very rude and sad man, who shows how much he dislikes working at this flourishing company.I dont trust him to be in charge of servicing my car at all or advising me in future services.I dont have any proof but at this point Im positive he is tampering with my car and cant rely on victory Toyota to service my car.As long as that rude man is working there, I am never coming back here again.

Very good service. They said 1 1/2 hrs and they were pretty on point with that. They use Lyft to give you a ride back home while your car is being worked on, nice, but Lyft service wasnt explained to us well by service dept. Lyft sign they directed us to was not visible as you exit showroom, spent a lot of time looking for it, I finally had to go in and ask a salesman who was extremely nice and helpful. Sign faces parking lot so if your coming into parking lot from street it is visible. Would be helpful to give customers better directions regarding the Lyft process. There were other customers outfront who were confused as well to process. Overall we were very satisfied with their work and love Victory Toyota, they even disinfected the interior of our car for us! So nice.

Purchased a 2021 Tacoma from victory Toyota in February. Everything was good until the finance manager kept trying to sneak in the extended warranty and paint protection without my knowledge. Tried to get me to sign the contract before even looking at the final price and total cost. The price was 2,000$ above the price we had previously agreed. Shady business practices thankfully I caught it before signing. Their prices are low compared to other dealerships but as always be careful at the finance office. Wont be returning.

Got a quote from the online sales department. When I went to the dealership to purchase the car the numbers totally changed. Almost 2000 extra was added to the price for pointless options like nitrogen filled tires, and some clear coat. These were not part of the quote that brought me to the dealership. These were already on every car, so you have to pay for them. To make matters worse the sales person was very aggressive when I questioned the difference in the price he was showing me and the online quote. I had to drive to San Jose, but I was able to get an honest straight forward deal there that matched what was online. It was worth the drive. Bait and switch. Not good.

Both were professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sales manager George was also amazing in getting the deals ready. Terrible dealership, bought a used Prius - dealership has black tape over light on dash board.I could not get my car smog - had to spend $900. so it would pass.Don’t give your money to this dealership. Should be closed down. Don’t care about our community.Real scum. I contacted Victory Toyota through BBB to pay it and they never responded. Drive to Santa Cruz. My experience was disappointing to say the least. Sales person failed to provide my second key to the vehicle for two weeks - I had to go back and get it myself. Even worse, I was told that my credit union couldnt match the financing when in fact, they did and got me an even lower rate. I had to re-fi and get a gap insurance refund check from Toyota. FFD 6 weeks and I still dont have the refund check. And good luck getting any email response or calls back. Terrible post-sale customer service. Theyll take your $$$ but theyre done after that. New management from last time I purchased. Never had this problem in the past.

My husband and I came to this lot on Sunday and not only is there selection of cars amazing but Tomas our sales representative and Robbie our Finance Director were extremely helpful and made sure we got the car we wanted and the price we wanted as well. Worst customer service experience ever! I called about a truck for sale, was told by Sean the interned sales manager that it was available. I gave him my drivers license and committed to buy the vehicle at full asking price. I also told him I would be paying a large cash down payment, financing the rest. He assured me the vehicle was being held for me and he would be emailing over the info to fill out. I specifically told him I wanted them to take a credit card deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle, he said that wasnt necessary. I also told him I was flying from San Diego to Monterey to get the truck, he said they would pick me up at the airport no problem... I booked my flight.An hour later I had received nothing via email, I texted Sean and told him so. He replied he was waiting on his General manager Jason to send me the email...?More time goes by... I get a call from Sean. He tells me hes very sorry but the truck was being sold to someone else, and if that falls through he would let me know....WOW!I just bought a ticket to fly there....I called back and spoke to Jason the general manager, wow...let me say that as a business manager myself he did not handle this situation well...He basically told me I was out of luck, someone else locally wanted the truck.. they hadnt paid for it nor given any deposit. But I guess my money was no good?Jason went on to say I should not be bothering him with such petty complaints, and this thing happens all the time.I am floored, totally and utterly disgusted at the lies I was told by Sean and the disrespect and lack of care by Jason.I asked him to make it right by refunding me the $288 I paid for the one way flight, he told me what kind of idiot buys a non-refundable ticket?Well Jason, I guess I do.. fooled me once Victory Toyota, never again.I am posting this review anywhere and everywhere I can, hoping to save others from being lied to and cheated by Sean, Jason and Victory Toyota.Also, I have texts, email, and phone recordings to back up everything I said.

Apparently some consumers think they have done their research and yet they do not understand the buying process or pricing tools such as kbb, costco auto, etc. If you want a great experience you have to understand the process as well as buying tools, financing, inventory and the installed equipment from Toyota. Go talk to Jeremy K. He is transparent, has exemplary customer service skills, and a genuine way of communicating. He can explain any issues straight forward. Jeremy is there to help you find the right vehicle, inform you of options available and provide you with accurate information. If you are financing you must understand that rate will affect your payment. If a vehicle comes from Toyota with a roof rack, you will be buying that roof rack, or he will locate one that does not have it for you. The purchase of a new vehicle doesnt have to be exhausting or stressful, just ask for Jeremy and you will be in good hands and everyone comes out a winner!

If you want exemplary bad customer service, this is your place.In all seriousness, the staff that helped me were dishonest, unwelcoming, made me feel as though they were doing me a favor speaking with me when I came out of my way when they said they had time to show me a car and I came to spend over 40k on a new car.. I didnt ask for anything for free, I only requested they remove things off the car I didnt want to pay for so I dont know where their attitudes toward me came from. It all around was the worst experience Ive had at a dealership.Though, the customer service isnt even what got under my skin the most to make me write a bad review, its the fact that I specifically asked them not to run my credit as I didnt want the inquiry on my credit score and they did it anyways. I had my own financing and they offered me rates to which I told them they may give me their offers but DO NOT run my credit, I know my credit score and history and offered it to them. If they cant offer prices without running my credit, I dont want your prices. So I have to deal with this just awful customer service only for them to disregard my request and run my credit. To me that just speaks volumes about this locations business ethics and disregard for their paying customer. Oh and it is also illegal to run someones credit without their permission so there is that too.. I also see that they have a review on here with a similar complaint, so I will be reporting this to the BBB.Please take this into consideration before going to this dealership. Its a stressful process and you do not need to deal with people who treat you bad in any way or disregard your requests towards something that will effect your credit score (kind of a big deal). And apparently customers like me have to be the ones looking out for other potential customers because they clearly do not care about them; they only care about making sure they line their pockets and nothing else.

I went in for an oil change and they informed me that I had a recall on my vehicle that they could take care of at the same time. They offered me a ride somewhere but I declined and waited in the lounge. I was warned it would take upwards of 2.5hrs; however, they completed both jobs in under 2hrs. I am pleased with the service and professionalism and will be back as long as I am in the area.

I bought a new RAV 4 in August and I cannot be more impressed with a car buying experience. The salesman (Emmanuel) worked with me for two months to try and get me the model I wanted and a great trade in value for my vehicle. I went to other dealerships closure to where I live (Sacramento) but none had the same care and were willing to meet with me like Emmanuel and Victory Toyota. They were even able to give me a better price for my trade in by a couple thousand dollars then any of the local dealerships. Ive been back a couple times since to get some upgrades or ask questions on the process of payments and theyve been nothing but helpful after the sale! I highly recommend this dealership and Emmanuel.

Gone for alignment service with coupon, first he agreed and called us on next day, on visiting the next day the guy totally flipped his word that the coupon is misprinted.I think he doesn’t want to do service and upon listening him seems like he was not happy with his job.You are loosing business so it’s better if you change or properly train your staff.Is the coupon was really misprinted or it was that guy ignoring the service just because of coupon..??

I’ll be the first to admit, car issues are never fun to deal with, and cause a huge interruption in our lives. That is why you buy a Toyota or a Lexus! If you do have a problem, their service team is top notch and you are always given a professional and warm welcome. They also do a great job following up and explaining the issue, and what it will require to remedy it. I have more trust in the team at Toyota than any dealer I have ever worked with. Given run around many times when all I wanted to do when I called in advance is to get a car rental, either receptionist doesn’t know extension of rental department or they think it’s fun transferring call to every dept, no one picks up at rental dept. called yesterday early morning was asked to give name and number and no one called me back. If you’re looking for a dealership that cares about their customers and goes above and beyond in their services provided, then look elsewhere.Now don’t get me wrong, the dealership is nice while you’re there signing the paperwork and make a great show of being very friendly. The problems comes around after you have left the lot.The General Manager Jason is very rude and standoffish and seems to care more about lining his pocket than providing customer service.I recommend this dealership only if you want to be treated like a unit towards their monthly quota. The great service stops there.

Ill preface this by saying Ive never filed a complaint about anything in my entire life. Im not a Karen. I Overheard a conversation between Danny and a mechanic while he thought he had me on hold about replacing parts they knew werent bad and providing services they knew I didnt need. I confronted him about it in person, so he ended up not charging me for the services they had already done. I attempted to file a complaint with the manager, Hap, who was dismissive of the incident and told me there was nothing he could do about it. I intend to take further action, but figured I could give fair warning to people who may get taken advantage of the way they tried to do to me. 0/10 would not recommend.

I ended up at Victory Toyota under less than ideal circumstances. When my car started acting up, I brought it into the service department and left it in the very capable hands of Jesse. He was quick and straight forward, letting me know that finding the cause would take a day or two, and lent me a 2020 Corolla Hybrid to drive while they tried to trouble shoot my vehicles issues. The next day I received a phone call letting me know the issues with my vehicle. I wont bore you with the details, but basically my super old engine was finally on its way out. He recommended I speak to the sales department, as the repairs would cost much more than my vehicle was worth.Now, my hubs and I dont have the best credit. Weve been diligently working on it and hoped our vehicle would last us at least another year to get it to an even better spot befote purchasing, but life doesnt always happen how you want. Add in our temporary unique living situation and we were pretty sure we wouldnt even get approved for our loan. We worked with sales associate Daniel (aka Dan the Man) to look at what certified pre-owned vehicles they had available for purchase. Dan was knowledgeable and courteous, understanding our predicament and offering as much help as he could. After loaning the vehicle from the service department, we were pretty sure we wanted a certified pre-owned 2020 Corolla Hybrid. A quick test drive later and we were sold.Finally we worked with Robbie in finance who pulled all the strings to get us approved for our loan with Toyota. The monthly payment was a little higher than what we had hoped, but was expected due to our credit situation. Robbie explained what we can do after 6 months to 1 year of on time payments to lower our interest rate. That definitely relieved some of our stress and made us feel much better about purchasing a vehicle we hadnt planned on. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explainations of the contracts and made sure to answer any questions we had about our loan.We walked into the dealership to get a vehicle repair and left with a brand new vehicle that will last us many, many years to come. The team at Victoty Toyota are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Even though I was a nervous chatter box who was not yet ready to relinquish my first car, I couldnt have asked for better people to assist with the process. I highly recommend everyone we worked with from start to finish!

Extremely poor service. The staff only wants to help you get a sale and get out the door. I expected better from Toyota when I decided to go with them on a brand new car purchase. Every time I visit for maintenance, I am blown away at how unprofessional the staff is. Today, I went in for the third time (15k miles) and they didn’t ever call me to tell me my car was ready. I had to call, and was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be told my car has been ready. No call. No text. Never offered a ride. 1 star service. I will be taking my business elsewhere when it comes to buying a new car. Steer clear.

All too often compliments go unsaid and only negative things are posted about businesses. Today I want to complement the staff of Victory Toyota. I found the specific vehicle (even down to the color) I was looking for at the facility via an online search. From the first contact via phone to the completion of the transaction they were professional and accommodating. The accommodating point is critical considering I was going to travel 400 miles from Southern California to pick up the vehicle. Everything they promised and agreed to with no changes. I can’t recommend then enough and a big thank you to the Tomas (salesman), Jorge (sales manager), the finance team, and the GM. All were professional and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I bought a newish 2018 Toyota Tundra from this dealership that decided to never register the vehicle with the DMV since its been 6 months and I haven’t received license plates. So now I can’t drive my truck and they aren’t very helpful so I’ll probably be pursuing legal action. If you want a Toyota go somewhere else.

After having moved to the area not long before visiting, it was time to get my cars oil changed. I came to the dealership in hopes to have my oil change completed and this is where it all went downhill. After I park my car, I walk into the dealership garage area and see 4 people sitting at desks in front of me. Not a single one of them lifted their head to acknowledge that I was there. I then spoke up to get their attention and one female said she wasn’t able to help me but walked me over to the desk of her coworker who could. Note that she walked me there herself. I then sat at his desk, he did not greet me, nonetheless acknowledge me whatsoever. I thought, okay, he is probably busy doing something. This was until he put that pile of papers away, grabbed out a new stack and started working on those STILL while I was sitting there without him ever saying a word to me. It took TWENTY FIVE minutes of me sitting there in his silence before he finally said “what do you want?”. Wow. So polite. I told him I needed an oil change, he begrudgingly helped me. I asked him that my windshield wipers be replaced too, that never happened until after when I pointed it out and then they had to take extra time to fix that issue. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life, and to have that be my first experience with the dealership nonetheless. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I asked to see two specific cars and they showed a completely different one listed 4k higher than the ones I was interested and lied about the list price in person. Once we started talking price, they absolutely refused to negotiate with me on even one cent. If youre female or active duty military this company will try to walk all over you. I went the other day to test drive and buy, the salesman was nice. The problem I saw was that the salesman rides with you during covid- and his mask kept falling off. I am a healthcare worker and when questioning him about riding in the car with us he said that every dealership owned by this company has this policy of riding in the cars with customers during Covid 😬. I went to many other dealerships the same day to try and find a car— nowhere else did the salesman ride with you. He or I may have exposed each other, who knows?! Also, if that’s the practice there— how many other people has he been in contact with- in a close and enclosed (car) space? If he was positive he could of went around spreading disease to every customer that test drove cars. Thinking back I really regretted test driving there and decided to not test drive the other cars I was interested in. I ended up not buying a Toyota this time.This was not a healthy distance and I would appreciate if the company would focus on trying to prevent the spread of disease. I am a 3rd time repeat customer and have recommended them to family, co-workers, and friends. I hope they change their policy to meet the standards of their peers at the Seaside auto mall. Otherwise, please call ahead and make sure you do not put yourself or the salesman at risk.

I bought my Corolla from Gilroy Toyota but I wasn’t satisfied with our 2 initial visits to their service department. For our 3rd maintenance appointment we decided to visit Victory Toyota, and that first visit was all we needed to be loyal customers for as long as we live here. We’ve been coming to Victory Toyota for all of our service and maintenance needs since. We’ve even bought a brand new Camry for another family member here. The service and sales team are amazingly friendly, and NEVER pushy. All of the staff here are really great at what they do!I’ve noticed they’ve gained a lot more customers over the last year which is great! They’ve definitely been busier but they still never miss a beat when it comes to providing excellent customer service. We had Pablo as our service advisor tonight and as expected, service was awesome as always! My 4 year old Corolla is doing great and I’m confident that being maintained by this team will ensure it lasts forever! We’ll continue to be loyal Victory Toyota customers for as long as we live out here. Keep up awesome work guys!

Victory Toyota is much like any other New Car dealership, all the usual gripes related to the industry apply here, but the difference and 5 star rating is made by the staff. I worked with Luis Salas to begin with, who I found personable, easy going, and a pleasure to work with. During my negotiations, I worked with the general sales manager, George, who was able to work with and accommodate me to the best of their ability while still remaining professional and friendly. The entire process of buying a car was quicker than other dealerships that I have been to which was a huge relief. I will keep Victory Toyota in mind for future car purchases.

The salesman are not bad its their finance dept that is making me give them a 1 star. You got a dept that does not keep to their words when they say they will called you back, when they say the paperwork will be done, when they waste your time signing all kind of paperwork and they still cant give you a straight answer as to when I can pick up the car. I choose this place because it was near home not because it was cheap. But I guess they are too busy because I am just buying a used car. Finally...Toyota came out with a nice blue in their Tacomas! I contacted Victory Toyota and requested a Cavalry Blue Tacoma with all the specific options I wanted. They found only one in No. CA.....The very next day I had the truck!!!George and his staff are amazing at customer satisfaction and I highly recommend this dealership. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and both times they have been simply the best. Excuse the length of my review but I believe every piece of my relatively short time with them is extremely important. I took my car in for a part that was recalled through a third party. I was able to schedule this appointment for within the week and its an odd repair that I had expected them to have to order the parts for. However they had them in stock and were very quick to get it replaced. It took less than the quoted time and they even washed my car for me. They were going to vacuum the inside but I didnt have time to clean out my car before taking it in so thats my loss. Zeus was the very polite gentleman who helped get me checked in and personally called me when it was done. To which he extensively apologized for waking me up from my nap, unnecessary of course since I wanted my car but nice of him none the less. When I got there it was a matter of signing the paperwork saying I got my keys and my car was in the same condition if not better than when I arrived (a new passenger side air bag that wont kill my entire family and a car wash, Id say it was in much better condition). It didnt cost me a dime for all the work they did. I will be going back for my oil changes and other maintenance Ill be needing in the future even if it will end up being a little bit on the pricier side. Best experience Ive had at a dealership in a very very long time!

I do not recommend this place for service. For an oil change and tire rotation I was charged $100 for parts and $75 for labor plus tax. They add extra costs, extra quarts of oil and “additives” that are ridiculous price gouges. $8 a quart for oil! Do yourself a favor and take it to another dealership if you can. I’ve gone there a number of times for service. Not sure why the change to shady business practices. I no longer trust their business.

Great service at first. Got a new vehicle! First in 40 years. Salinas Toyota, not Victory.Gave great service until everything electrical started going wrong. Discovered water leak in roof rack from bad install at factory. They wouldn’t honor the obvious water with electrical problems. Finally took to arbitration with clear records of trouble since purchased. Thought they would work with me but they are all about the money.

Our experience at Victory Toyota was far and above the experience we had the day before at a different Toyota dealership. My wife and I walked out of the other dealer after haggling over a couple of hundred dollars.We saw a vehicle at Victory Toyota that interested us. My wife was a bit reluctant to go after our experience the previous day. Upon our arrival at Victory we were greeted by Chris Montana. We told him what we expected on our used Tacoma that we were trading in. We looked at the vehicle we were interested in while he talked to his manager. Chris came back with good news on our trade in, unlike the other dealer. We struck a bargain in about 5 minutes. When it came time to fill out the credit app. Chris did the filling out, unlike the previous dealer saying, This is a part of MY job. Unlike the previous salesman Chris treated my wife as a full partner in our purchase, the other salesman directed questions etc. only to me, which my wife wasnt happy with.So, to sum up Victory Toyota is a great place to buy a vehicle, courteous, knowledgeable, fair pricing and a lot less haggling.
