Never before have I called a dealer for service and been given an appointment in 45 minutes. Everything went smoothly with the service.

Always a nice and please to experience when I have had to take my Crosstrek in. I’ve always had an appointment for my services so it’s been a seamless process. Technicians are as fast as they can be with still being attentive to your Subaru. Will continue bringing my Subaru for maintenance and any future issues (fingers crossed that’s not for a while).

Second time here. Normal oil change this time. Attitude of service advisor was clock in clock out type. Oil change completed on time but despite no customers were waiting for their cars, it took 30 mins to have my car brought up. No one really wanted to check when I asked for an update. Every employee minding their own world and asking you to move aside regardless where I was waiting.TLDR: sorry, would go elsewhere next time unless I had to do a recall at Subaru..
