I had a timing issue where my car was supposed to be delayed for almost a month from drop off yet I needed to turn in my leased vehicle. I worked with Drew and he was fantastic and able to get the work done by the time I needed to drop it off. Service was outstanding and whoever gets it the car that I turned in should be happy because it looks amazing!! Thank you specifically to Drew though!! He went above and beyond!

Service King staff is very polite and attentive on the phone. That does not stop when you come to drop your car or pick it up. The vehicle serviced was returned clean and washed, in addition to the service provided. The only place I will bring my car to be serviced now.

So far so good, waiting on them to finish, if satisfied I will come back with a Five Star review..EDIT: Going on almost two months. They are taking an extraordinarily long time. They are not really giving me any updates either. I had to find out through the rental car company that the ETA was 8/18 a day that has since passed. They did pick up payments for my rental car, a Nissan Versa with 122 horse power, a small consolation.So I am still here waiting on completion of my vehicle. It was dropped off July 6th 2021 it is currently August 23rd, hopefully it will be done by September.FINAL UPDATE: I received my vehicle on September 4th. Essentially 2 months after my accident. Overall I am satisfied with the job done. I was just a little impatient but who wouldnt be. The car runs great and looks great so I am officially a happy customer! Updated to 4 Stars from 2.UNFORTUNATELY NEEDED ANOTHER UPDATE. My steering went out suddenly while driving on a freeway on ramp and caused me to hit a guard rail. Im assuming this had to do with the work these guys did on my front axel. They said they couldnt determine the cause of this failure and told me I should go to the vehicle manufacturer. So Im basically screwed.

Took week longer than estimated, but paint is flawless so far .Will be back in a year for the overall paint job review compared to factory .

Unbelievably efficient and professional. My 1999 ML 320 Mercedes Benz was broken into. The rear window needed to be replaced. There was glass everywhere. The original time to complete estimate was 1 week. Very reasonable for a 22 year old car with privacy glass during the Christmas holidays. . But Gloria and the team had the job done in 3 days over the holidays. The quality was amazing. The whole team went way above and beyond my expectations. The interior and exterior of the car was a lot more clean than I expected. Note, Gloria and the service team are incredibly welcoming, warm upbeat and top grade professional. Im grateful GEICO referred me to Service Masters and I would highly recommend them vs other collision shops I have experienced. Thank you

These guys are so cool. I like how quick it was to set up an appointment and when I got there the agent took me through all the steps, he knew what he was doing. The car was done before the estimated time and that made so happy, and at pick up was blown, my car was glittering ✨ and looked new and they cleaned the inside aahh more pluses, keep it up guys!

They are professional but their store policy is very uninviting. You have to make an appointment to get your car seen and these guys are very busy so it might take a few days to be seen. If you go into the office they will tell you to get out and to call to make an appointment.... Not to friendly. I had work done with them a month ago. The work was average. I went here because my insurance works with them usaa.

Not happy at all. It is very obvious you’re pro-insurance and I get it they bring business to your doorstep. Few very clear repairs that were related to the accident were marked (and also not reported to me) as not related.I could not even regret bringing my car over after not approving the estimate to the adjuster as I was told I’ll pay for bring my car in. So My arm was pretty much twisted to repair it at your place.Not a fair way to do business. If I’ll ever have another claim I’ll know where not to come.

I used Service King through Geico have a window replaced after my car was vandalized. Gloria was absolutely wonderful and made the entire process so smooth & pleasant. My car was ready for pick-up earlier than they originally estimated & they did a fantastic job with the glass clean-up. They washed it as well and returned my car much prettier than it was before it was even broken into! I highly recommend their services and will definitely return should I have any car servicing needs in the future.

I had a great experience here. I have had to come here twice in the same year due to living in an apartment building with small spaces and not the beat drivers as neighbors. Every time it’s gone awesome and my car looks brand new on the areas they fixed . The second time I came in I had some additional work done that wasn’t covered by insurance and now my car looks so good that I want to get the whole car painted to match all the great work Service King was able to do on my cars behalf

Wow this body shop does amazing work. The car has gone to many body shops but this shop does best work ever. No complaints at all. Love their work. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Good place and service

I’ve worked with a few body shops in my life and the rainier service king is the only one I can recommend without reservation. The repair was great, paint matched properly, just some swirl marks from the final buff out. Not a big deal, I used to detail cars and planned to take them out later.When I mentioned the marks, they took the time to work around my schedule, set me up with a rental, and sent the car to a detailer to fix the marks. Not only did they fix the marks, the car came back meticulously detailed. Better than new.Best experience with any service shop in my life.

My husband and I had to drop of our sons truck while hes out of town. Brandy met us outside with a mask on. Even though all three of us had masks on, she still stayed 6 from us. Its nice to know businesses that are open during this pandemic are taking precautionary measures to help keep customers and employees safe.

Service King repaired my car part of an insurance claim. They repaired the body damage very well and my car being older it actually looks newer now on one side.Unfortunately after I picked up my car I noticed some things they took apart were not put back together as they were before. I brought the car back in and in 30 minutes they fixed the issues and I am happy now. Important to note here is they had to bring in a mechanic that was not normally scheduled to work on that day. So they put some effort into it.I wish I could give them 5 stars. But in the end I had to go over there twice and that is not normal. The things that were out of order were small, but absolutely avoidable if a little more effort was put into double checking if the car was reassembled properly. The problems were cosmetic in nature, but it makes you wonder what else they would forget.To Service King: The company needs to follow verification procedure before hand-off to customer, if it has one. Nobody knows their car better than the owner, so this verification needs to be thorough. And its worth it: It would have saved everyone time in this case to take an extra 5 minutes and verify.

Went in and was helped by an employee names Austin. Not only was he welcoming from the very beginning but he explained everything to me in a way that I easily understood. Rather than using big jargon and/or going everything quickly he spoke to me as if we were friends he knew I knew very little about cars. He was also very real in what I could go without or substitute and what was a necessary repair (Something I alwaysss appreciate!). I will be getting my car serviced here and highly recommend them!

Excellent Body repair shop. I highly recommend this company. Friendly, helpful staff and service technicians. My automobile was sideswiped while I was gone on vacation. Service King is a preferred collision repair shop with my USAA Insurance Co. Austin did the estimate quickly and handled all the paperwork expertly. The repairs were done flawlessly and quickly. They replaced the driver side front fender, fixed the damage to the drivers door, and replaced the driver side mirror. The paint matched perfectly and they polished the entire vehicle. They even detailed the interior! My car looked like the day I bought it. Technician Chris cleared the check engine light caused by my battery being disconnected. Also, there is an Enterprise Rental Car lot next door and it was easy to pickup/dropoff my rental while my car was being repaired.

Great experience here! Super friendly staff that walked me through the process, as this was the first time Ive needed to take a car to a body shop! I got quotes from a few other shops, and Service King was able to get my work started the soonest! I was expecting it to take several weeks, but they were done in 6 business days (ahead of schedule) and updated me via text on estimated finish dates throughout the week. Our 3 year old Subaru looks good as new again!

I had an estimate and all repairs completed within three days! The staff was communicative throughout the process and exceeded the original estimated pickup date by an entire week. If you have the misfortune of getting into an accident, take your vehicle here! Period.

Looking at the previous reviews, especially the VERY LOW reviews for customer service I am even more moved to share my recent experience. It appears management has paid attention! The level of customer service is currently off the charts and I sincerely hope they keep the bar high! I hope the front desk personnel mentioned in earlier experiences as being quite ignorant of customer services was either retrained or fired! I was met at the door with immediate attention from all front desk personnel each time I entered the lobby. EVERYONE I encountered was quite energetic and eager. I highly recommend Service King in its current level of service. Work was done ahead of time and I was quite pleased with the job. My bar of satisfaction is quite high and I promised the staff I would write an honest review. Again, I sincerely hope management continues to pay attention to these revues and sets its mission by them as it does appear they have. Five Stars!!!!

Id never back this, i had a bad experience, dont go this place... too much racists staffs working here.I brought my car and i choosed this place, my insurance to cover my accidents damages but this guys they refused to fix my car and they call my insurance that this damage is not related.Im the on whos driving the car, how did they know that damages are not related the accident?Im suggesting you guys not to go here, a lot of racist plus idiots working here, they all look depressed and theyre trying to make you upset...

Ive had some terrible body shop experiences, and this place has always been the opposite. Through several repairs (we had an unlucky run for a year or so) this Service King has been reliable, courteous, communicative and professional. Chris (service tech) and Gloria (front desk) deserve special shoutouts for their work.There are (or at least were, might be more now) only two certified Tesla repair shops in Seattle and this place is by far the better of the two (we used the other one and their customer service and communication were infuriating and insulting).Oh yeah, and the Taco Bus right next door is superb, gotta eat there every time we go.

Great work and superb service. They kept me in the loop continuously, and made pick up and drop off a breeze.

This place was a horrible from management to the front desk. You would think sense you are a paying coustmer. You wouldnt be lied to and get your car fixed the way you want. Let just say thankfully I went to somewhere else and my car was repaired very nicely and for alot less $$ and disrespect. Never again and I will notify my insurance company about this place and ask from there removal from there list of providers.

I had the worst experience with them. My car has been under repair more than 2 weeks for a simple rear bumper replacement. I called them many times and they keep telling me the parts come later. They could have asked me to drop the car when the parts are ready. Even one star is a lot for the service Im receiving. Im so disappointed cause I still didnt get my car back

Worst experience Ever, i replace my back bumper and they told me not to wash it for 90 days, so i didnt wash for 90 days, after 90 days i hand wash it and the paint started coming off. i took it to the collision center, they told me that is because someone hit my car that is why the paint is coming off. that is not true it was not install properly and it wasnt painted right that is why it is coming off. how can someone hit me without seen the area it was hit.. It is my lose, i will chose another insurance company and collision next time. additional their customer service was wonderful before you gave them the repair however if you come back to complain about the work is the worst customer service experience i have seen because they dont want to admit to what they did.

Oh. My. God. More like Worst Customer Service King, because boy, they sure are leaders in that arena. I called Service King because I was required to use them in the past and was really happy with the job they did. I talked to one of the CS phone people, who said I couldnt drop my car off after hours (hi, get a drop box like every other auto place). I explained that I actually work, and she worked it out by calling this store and checking if I could simply drop it off on a Saturday morning for a Monday appt. Awesome! I was super happy and excited they could work with me.I got there this morning, walked in, and said to the manager, Carlos Galvez, that I had an appt to drop off my car for next week. He immediately looked at me incredulously and said wow thats weird we never schedule that on Saturdays in the most annoyed voice he could muster. This immediately put me on the defensive, but I explained that the person I had talked to had called and checked in with the location. He started to get logged on to the computer, and clearly couldnt because it kept denying him. He got all huffy and said well, youre going to have to wait because all of these other people were before you. I literally was under the impression I was dropping off my keys.So I sit down and he goes to help the other people. He finally comes back to me and says you arent scheduled here, again, super rudely. I told him that I have a text message that proves I am scheduled there, and he insisted he see it. He said well, obviously SOMEONE made a mistake and went back into his office.Im sitting there, and my husband comes in to get me. He can see Im livid. Its too bad he didnt get there earlier, as Im sure he would have been treated with more respect than I was, being a woman. My husband and I decided that obviously they dont want our $700, and left. I went back to tell Carlos, and he sarcastically said OK and looked at me with the best mean girl stare I had ever seen in my life. Better than middle school.I called Service King to try and get my car into the Renton shop. When I explained what happened, the woman lectured me about how they dont do that on saturdays. I explained that it didnt justify his behavior, and she finally agreed. Ultimately, they told me that in order to schedule with them, I would have to take time off work, which I simply cant do. I will NEVER go back here again, and you shouldnt either unless you want to be treated horribly and take time off work to get an appt.

After I got my car back I noticed my dashboard dimmer button was broken and they did not fix my license plate light housing or the bulb. Im leaving this review because I couldnt get a hold of anyone and Im hoping theyll make it right. I will try to contact you guys again on Tuesday July 5th.They have never got back to me even after they said they would fix it..... so wassup?

I should have checked the reviews before bringing my car here. DONT DO IT, even if the location is convenient. They have the WORST customer service. The front desk girl was playing on her cell phone while training a new person, and openly gossiping about the company. I dont hear from them in over a week, so I call to check the status on my car to find out it was considered totaled. I call my insurance to discuss options and we agreed to have the car towed late in the week (thursday or friday) so I have time on Tuesday to pick up my personal items. Go in on Tuesday to find that Service King towed my car to Tukwila an hour earlier without my authorization. I leave, call my insurance who confirms it wasnt supposed to be towed. Call Service King back to only argue with the front desk girl and get transfered to her managers voicemail. This place is awful. Just dont go.
